For SaaS growth teams

AI marketing attribution software for B2B SaaS.

Scale profitably, on data you can check: every signup is followed from first click to first invoice, so CAC and new MRR are live per campaign, not per platform.

  • Trial-to-paid per campaign
  • CAC and payback, live
  • MRR credited to its first click

Joined, the same month shows new MRR per campaign and a CAC that runs from €338 to €1,400 depending on where the trial came from. Budget follows the campaigns that convert trials, not the ones that start them.

Meta starts the most trials and converts one in thirteen. G2 converts one in four at a quarter of the CAC. New MRR per campaign, with its spend next to it, is the number that moves the budget.

Every campaign, priced in MRR.

Signup counts reward the campaigns that attract the curious; new MRR rewards the ones that attract buyers. LeadJourney prices every campaign in trials, customers and MRR from Stripe and your CRM, with its spend next to it, so CAC and payback are live per campaign.

  • Trials, paying customers, new MRR and CAC per campaign
  • Renewals and refunds counted, so ROAS becomes lifetime value per channel
  • Self-serve and sales-assisted revenue in one report

Paid

The trial started on day nine and the invoice was paid on day twenty-three, outside every platform window. The click ID persists into Stripe, so the subscription still credits the G2 listing that started it.

Trial-to-paid attribution

Attribution that survives a 14-day trial and a 60-day deal.

A signup is where the pixel's story ends and where yours begins. LeadJourney keeps a first-party click ID from the first visit into the account and into Stripe, so the invoice paid three weeks later still credits the G2 listing that started it.

Optimize on revenue

Feed the algorithms paying customers, not signups.

When Meta, Google and LinkedIn only see signups, they optimize for people who sign up, and trial-to-paid falls as the signup count rises. LeadJourney sends trial started, subscription started and first invoice paid back server-side, with the amount attached, so the platforms bid toward accounts that pay. CAC falls without a new landing page.

  • Amounts attached, so bidding follows MRR

Customers

Growth teams put revenue behind every campaign

Software companies use LeadJourney to credit trials and MRR to campaigns, report CAC the board believes, and feed the ad platforms paying customers instead of signups.

  • 5 out of 5 starsGoogle

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

What SaaS growth teams ask before switching

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

Can it attribute a subscription that starts weeks after the first click?

Yes. The journey has no window. LeadJourney keeps a persistent first-party click ID from the first visit and stitches it to the account at signup, so a trial that converts on day twenty-three, or a deal that closes after a sixty-day cycle, still credits the campaign that started it, with every touchpoint in between.

How does it get MRR per campaign out of Stripe?

Stripe connects with a sign in and an authorisation screen, read only. Every charge, subscription, invoice and refund on a customer is joined to the journey that acquired them, so new MRR, renewals and churn are grouped by the channel and campaign that produced the customer. Nothing has to be written into Stripe metadata.

Can it handle self-serve and sales-assisted plans in one report?

Yes. Self-serve revenue comes from Stripe and sales-assisted revenue from the CRM, and both land on the same journey. A campaign that starts trials and a campaign that books demos are priced in the same units: paying customers, new MRR and CAC.

Which events can it send back to the ad platforms?

Any event you map: trial started, subscription started, first invoice paid, payment succeeded, or a CRM stage such as qualified or closed won. Each carries the amount and currency, and reaches Meta through the Conversions API, Google Ads as an offline conversion import, LinkedIn through its Conversions API and Microsoft Ads matched on the click ID.

Can it measure G2, Capterra and other review sites as a channel?

Yes. A click from a review listing is captured like any other source and followed through signup, trial and the first invoice, so a paid category listing is priced in paying customers and CAC next to your search and social campaigns, instead of disappearing into branded search.

Does it replace product analytics or the warehouse?

No. Product analytics answers what users do inside the product. LeadJourney answers which campaigns and channels produced the accounts that pay, joined to spend, and the REST API and webhooks push the same data anywhere your team needs it.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Tracking is first-party and server-side with no third-party cookies, and the data is hosted in the EU, which matters when your customers' procurement teams review the tools on your marketing site.

How long does setup take?

About 21 minutes: one script on your site, your ad accounts linked, Stripe and your CRM connected. No engineering sprint, and our team does the first setup with you on a call if you prefer.
