Let the client's own CRM grade the leads you sent.

A small budget cannot afford to teach the algorithm the wrong thing. Closed deals go back with their value attached, so €2,300 a month buys the audience a much larger budget would.

Conversion sync

Make a small budget behave like a bigger one.

Closed deals and their values go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads from the client's CRM, so the algorithms optimise on customers rather than on the cheapest form fill.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

What freelancers and consultants ask before their first client

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

I am one person. Is this not built for agencies?

The entry plan is written for exactly this: it carries five client workspaces, each with its own tracking, reports and users, and every additional workspace is a small flat rate on top. Client logins are never limited, so the number of people who can open a dashboard has nothing to do with your plan. The prices are public, in five currencies, on the pricing page.

How long does one client take to set up?

About 21 minutes: pick the channels, connect the ad accounts, add a first-party tracking subdomain, put one script on the site and connect the CRM. No developer on your side or the client's, and we do the first client with you on a call if you want.

Do I have to build the dashboards?

No, and that is the point. The reports are there the moment the data flows: channels, campaigns, landing pages, leads, journeys and closed revenue, each one filterable. If a client wants a cut nobody built, the report builder makes it from raw event data, and Atlas answers the one-off questions in plain language instead of sending you back into a spreadsheet.

Can the client open their own dashboard?

Yes. Every client workspace supports unlimited client logins with access to their own live numbers and nothing else, the reporting is branded as yours, and scheduled emails go out on whatever rhythm you agree. A client who can check any day stops asking for last month's numbers again.

Most of what I do is not paid ads. Does that fit?

It is the reason the reports are worth sending. Organic search, a newsletter, a podcast, a referral partner or an offline campaign can each be a channel of its own with its own cost, so it appears next to the ad platforms with the leads and the revenue it produced. Half the revenue in the report on this page comes from channels with no media spend at all.

My client will not give me access to their CRM.

The CRM is connected inside that client's own workspace and the client can authorise it themselves in a couple of clicks. You never need a seat in their system: you get the attribution report, they keep their pipeline. If they have no CRM, a booked meeting, an answered call over a certain length or a payment can be the outcome instead, and a webhook or the REST API can post one back per lead.

What happens when I take on client six?

A new client workspace is added from a template rather than set up from scratch, so the second client takes less time than the first and the fifteenth takes the same as the second. Workspaces beyond the ones your plan includes are a small flat monthly rate each.

Does tracking still work with ad blockers and on iOS?

Yes. Tracking runs server-side with first-party identifiers on the client's own domain, so leads are recorded when an ad blocker is active or iOS strips the pixel. That is how accuracy stays above 95%, and it is often the first thing a client notices: more leads in the report than the ad platform ever showed.

Will this help me win work against agencies?

It removes the reason a prospect picks the agency in the room. You bring a live dashboard with their competitors' channel mix questions answered, they get a login of their own, and the reporting carries your name rather than ours. From five active client workspaces there is also certified partner status and a listing in our agency directory, which sends enquiries the other way.
