54% better lead quality after using LeadJourney for marketing

Every client's channels, leads and closed revenue in one workspace, on a dashboard they can open themselves. No export evening, no analyst, no dashboard build.
One client's month, twice
Three exports and a spreadsheet still end in the question you cannot answer. The same month in one workspace: 114 leads with their true source, €68,400 closed according to the client's own CRM, and half of it from channels that never appeared in the old report.
Watch it
One setup that connects every channel to real revenue in the client's CRM, without a data team behind it.
Capture every lead
A form on the site, a call from a mobile ad, a slot booked out of the newsletter, a deal moved in the CRM. All four keep the channel that produced them, paid or not.
Every submission arrives with the full source, down to the ad and the keyword.
Server-side and first-party on the client's own domain, so a lead keeps its source whether it came from an ad, a search result or your newsletter. Call tracking with static and dynamic numbers is available as an add-on.
The overview a team of one never has
Every client in one list, their own spend against the revenue their CRM closed. Open a client in one click, or send them the link to their own live dashboard.
Ad spend, leads and closed revenue for every client you run, in one list, and any client one click away. The monthly report stops being a build: it is a link the client can open on any day of the month, branded as yours.
Case studies
One measured result per customer, with the person, the role and the company behind it.

Backlinks marketplace (SaaS)
Built to keep the retainer
Every ad platform report gives Google Ads the whole €7,300. The newsletter that started it is 16 days upstream, and it is the line item the client asked you to drop.
Multi-touch journey
Every touchpoint from the first click to the signed deal, on one timeline. That is how a newsletter or an organic article keeps the credit an ad platform hands to the last brand search.
The client's own CRM grades the leads, not your dashboard. That is why the number holds up when they check it themselves.
Lead quality
Every lead appears with the stage the client's pipeline put it in and what it was worth. The disqualified ones too, which is what makes the qualified ones believable on the call.
A small budget cannot afford to teach the algorithm the wrong thing. Closed deals go back with their value attached, so €2,300 a month buys the audience a much larger budget would.
Conversion sync
Closed deals and their values go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads from the client's CRM, so the algorithms optimise on customers rather than on the cheapest form fill.
Connect and extend

What should go in Harbor Events' report this month?
€68,400 closed from 114 leads. Half of it came from the newsletter, organic search and one referral partner, with no media spend at all. LinkedIn Ads returned 5.2x on €1,500.
Connect the CRM in one click
Native, one-click integrations for the CRMs your clients run on:
No native integration? Connect any tool via Zapier, Make or n8n, plus a webhook and our REST API.
Onboarding in 21 minutes
No developer, on your side or the client's, and no dashboard to build afterwards.
First-party, so ad blockers and Safari leave the click alone all the way to the CRM.

“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”
Andre WitzelFounder, Trading.de“The ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple channels and see real-time insights has significantly improved our campaign results. We now focus on metrics that truly matter, like ROI and qualified leads.”

FAQ
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
The entry plan is written for exactly this: it carries five client workspaces, each with its own tracking, reports and users, and every additional workspace is a small flat rate on top. Client logins are never limited, so the number of people who can open a dashboard has nothing to do with your plan. The prices are public, in five currencies, on the pricing page.
About 21 minutes: pick the channels, connect the ad accounts, add a first-party tracking subdomain, put one script on the site and connect the CRM. No developer on your side or the client's, and we do the first client with you on a call if you want.
No, and that is the point. The reports are there the moment the data flows: channels, campaigns, landing pages, leads, journeys and closed revenue, each one filterable. If a client wants a cut nobody built, the report builder makes it from raw event data, and Atlas answers the one-off questions in plain language instead of sending you back into a spreadsheet.
Yes. Every client workspace supports unlimited client logins with access to their own live numbers and nothing else, the reporting is branded as yours, and scheduled emails go out on whatever rhythm you agree. A client who can check any day stops asking for last month's numbers again.
It is the reason the reports are worth sending. Organic search, a newsletter, a podcast, a referral partner or an offline campaign can each be a channel of its own with its own cost, so it appears next to the ad platforms with the leads and the revenue it produced. Half the revenue in the report on this page comes from channels with no media spend at all.
The CRM is connected inside that client's own workspace and the client can authorise it themselves in a couple of clicks. You never need a seat in their system: you get the attribution report, they keep their pipeline. If they have no CRM, a booked meeting, an answered call over a certain length or a payment can be the outcome instead, and a webhook or the REST API can post one back per lead.
A new client workspace is added from a template rather than set up from scratch, so the second client takes less time than the first and the fifteenth takes the same as the second. Workspaces beyond the ones your plan includes are a small flat monthly rate each.
Yes. Tracking runs server-side with first-party identifiers on the client's own domain, so leads are recorded when an ad blocker is active or iOS strips the pixel. That is how accuracy stays above 95%, and it is often the first thing a client notices: more leads in the report than the ad platform ever showed.
It removes the reason a prospect picks the agency in the room. You bring a live dashboard with their competitors' channel mix questions answered, they get a login of their own, and the reporting carries your name rather than ours. From five active client workspaces there is also certified partner status and a listing in our agency directory, which sends enquiries the other way.

Half of the €68,400 came from the newsletter, organic search and one referral partner, which cost no media at all. That half never appears in an ad platform report.
