Follow every lead you generate into the client's CRM. The monthly call moves from lead volume to qualified leads and closed revenue.
One client's monthly report, twice
153 leads at €64 each reads like a good month until the client says half were junk. Their own CRM qualified 64 of them and closed €89,200, which makes the qualified lead €153 and turns the call into a budget conversation.
Watch it
One setup that connects every channel to real revenue in the client's CRM, so the retainer defends itself.
Capture every lead
A form on the landing page, a call from the ad, a booked slot in the calendar, a stage change in the CRM. All four carry the campaign that produced them.
Every submission arrives with the full source, down to the ad and the keyword.
Server-side and first-party, so every lead type carries its true source into the client's CRM. Call tracking with static and dynamic numbers is available as an add-on.
The number every client actually asks for
Every client workspace, delivered leads against the outcome their own CRM gave them. Switch client in one click, export a branded PDF for the monthly call.
See delivered leads, qualified leads and closed revenue across every client workspace at a glance, then drop into any account in one click. When lead quality comes out of the client's own CRM, the argument ends before it starts.

Built to settle the quality argument
The client's own CRM grades the leads, not your dashboard. That is why the number holds up when they check it themselves.
Lead quality
Every lead you generate appears with the stage the client's own pipeline put it in and what it was worth. The disqualified ones too, which is what makes the qualified ones believable.
The platforms stop optimising for form fills and start optimising for the leads the client keeps. Cheap leads that never qualify get cheaper to stop buying.
Conversion sync
Qualified and closed events go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads from the client's CRM. The platforms stop optimising for the cheapest form fill.
The client's CRM had this lead as a brand search. The ad that started it is two clicks and eight days upstream, which is the credit your invoice depends on.
Multi-touch journey
Every touchpoint from the first ad to the signed deal, on one timeline. The end of the argument about whose channel produced the customer.
Connect and extend

Which channels delivered leads that Northside Dental actually qualified last month?
Google Ads qualified 21 of 38 leads at €138 each. TikTok delivered the most leads and qualified 3 of 19, so it costs €200 per qualified lead.
Connect the CRM in one click
Native, one-click integrations for the CRMs your clients run on:
No native integration? Connect any tool via Zapier, Make or n8n, plus a webhook and our REST API.
Onboarding in 21 minutes
No developer hours, from your side or the client's.
First-party, so ad blockers and Safari leave the click alone all the way to the CRM.

“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”

FAQ
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
The CRM is connected inside that client's own workspace, and the client can authorise it themselves in a couple of clicks. You never need a seat in their system: you see the attribution report, they keep their pipeline. Client logins are unlimited, so they can open the same numbers you are looking at whenever they want.
You do not, and neither do we. The client's CRM does. Their stages and fields are read as they are, so a lead is qualified when their team marks it qualified. That is the whole point: a number the client set themselves is a number they cannot argue with on the call.
Then the outcome has to come from somewhere else, and usually it does: a booked meeting in the calendar, an answered call over a certain length, a payment. All three are tracked. If they run a spreadsheet, a webhook or the REST API can post the outcome back per lead, and the reports treat it like any other stage.
Yes, and for most lead gen clients they are the majority. Call tracking with static and dynamic numbers is available as an add-on, so the number that rang, the page the caller was on and the length of the call all land next to the form leads, with the campaign attached.
Yes. Tracking runs server-side with first-party identifiers on the client's own domain, so leads are still recorded when an ad blocker is active or iOS strips the pixel. That is how accuracy stays above 95%, and it means you deliver leads that pixel based setups never see.
Any CRM stage can be mapped to its own conversion event, including the ones you do not want more of. Send qualified and closed as positive signals and the algorithms move budget towards the audiences that produce them, which is the fastest way to stop buying cheap leads that never close.
Agency plans include client workspaces well above what an agency of that size normally runs, client logins are never limited, and the plan follows the leads and sales across your workspaces. Pricing is public, in five currencies, on the pricing page.
No. One tracking script on the client's site plus the CRM connection, about 21 minutes in total, and we do the first clients with you on a call. No developer hours from your side or the client's.
Yes. Every client workspace supports unlimited client logins with access to their own live dashboards and nothing else, reporting is branded, and scheduled client emails go out on the rhythm you choose. A client who can check the numbers any day trusts the monthly report a lot more.
Built for lead gen agencies
Book a demo and bring one client account. We connect its channels and its CRM live on the call, so you see exactly which of last month's leads qualified.
Two channels deliver half the leads and a fifth of the revenue. That is the slide that gets the budget moved instead of cut.
