For marketplaces

Registrations are cheap. See which ads bring accounts that transact.

The ad platforms stop at the registration. LeadJourney follows every account from the first click to its first transaction, on both sides.

Every campaign, priced in activated accounts.

Registration counts reward the campaigns that attract the curious; activation rewards the ones that bring accounts that move money. LeadJourney prices every campaign in sign-ups, activated accounts and GMV, with its spend next to it, on the supply side and the demand side.

  • Sign-ups, activated accounts, GMV and cost per activation per campaign
  • Supply campaigns and demand campaigns in one report, each in its own unit

Registration is the last thing a pixel sees. Verification and the first booking happened days later in the back office, and both still land on the LinkedIn ad that acquired the supplier.

Sign-up to transaction

Attribution that survives the gap between registration and the first transaction.

A registration is the last thing the pixel sees. Verification, the first listing and the first booking happen days later, with no campaign on them. LeadJourney keeps a first-party click ID from the first visit into the account, so every event after it still credits the ad that acquired the account.

Optimize on activation

Feed the algorithms accounts that transact, not registrations.

When Meta and Google only see registrations, they optimize for people who register, and activation falls as the sign-up count rises. LeadJourney sends verified, first order and first booking back server-side, with the transaction value attached, so the platforms bid toward accounts that move money. Cost per activation falls without a new creative.

Customers

Growth teams put transactions behind every campaign

Platforms with many sign-ups and few that matter use LeadJourney to follow every account to its first transaction, price campaigns in activation and GMV, and feed the ad platforms accounts that move money.

  • 5 out of 5 starsGoogle

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

What marketplace teams ask before switching

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

Our conversions happen days after registration, in the back office. Can it attribute those?

Yes. That gap is the reason the page exists. LeadJourney keeps a persistent first-party click ID from the first visit and stitches it to the account at registration. Every event you push afterwards, verified, listing live, first order, first payout, lands on that same journey and credits the campaign that acquired the account, however many days later it happens.

How do our own activation events get in?

Three ways. Stripe connects natively, so charges and payouts join the journey on their own. CRM stages sync from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close or Attio. Anything that lives in your own backend, such as a verification flag or a first-booking event, goes in through the REST API, a webhook, or Zapier, Make and n8n. Each event can carry a value, so GMV per campaign is a report and not a spreadsheet.

Can it keep supply-side and demand-side campaigns apart?

Yes. Every account carries the journey that acquired it, so a LinkedIn campaign aimed at suppliers is priced in verified suppliers and listings, and a Meta campaign aimed at buyers is priced in first orders, in the same report with the same spend data. Multi-touch models show which channels open an account and which ones activate it.

Which events can it send back to Meta and Google?

Any event you map: registration, verified, first order, first booking, or a transaction with its value. They reach Meta through the Conversions API, Google Ads as an offline conversion import, LinkedIn through its Conversions API and Microsoft Ads matched on the click ID, so bidding learns from activated accounts instead of registrations.

Does it work for B2C marketplaces with high volume?

Yes. Tracking is server-side and first-party, so the mobile, social and in-app traffic a consumer marketplace buys is captured at the same accuracy as desktop, and the account is stitched at registration regardless of the device the journey started on.

Does it replace our data warehouse or product analytics?

No. Product analytics answers what accounts do inside the marketplace. LeadJourney answers which campaigns and channels produced the accounts that transact, joined to spend, and the REST API and webhooks push the same data into whatever your data team already runs.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Tracking is first-party and server-side with no third-party cookies, and the data is hosted in the EU, which matters for a platform that holds personal data on both sides of every transaction.

How long does setup take?

About 21 minutes for the site, the ad accounts, Stripe and the CRM. Pushing your own back-office events is one API call per event, and our team does the first setup with you on a call if you prefer.
