How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Cancel within 30 days of your start and we refund your first payment in full, no questions asked. On a yearly plan that is the whole year. In those 30 days a tracking expert sets the account up with you, so you decide on your own numbers rather than on a promise.

Is there a free trial?

No. Tracking only pays off once it is set up properly on your domain, your ad accounts and your CRM, and that is work we do with you rather than leave to a trial. So instead of 14 days on your own, you get a tracking expert for the setup and 30 days to get your money back. If you want to look around first, the live demo is the product with example data, no signup.

What counts as tracked marketing spend?

The combined spend of every ad account you connect, measured per calendar month and converted into your billing currency. Organic traffic, email and AI search are tracked too and cost nothing extra, because they carry no marketing spend.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing gets charged automatically. Your tracking keeps running and you keep seeing your data. We reach out to you and move you to the plan that fits, so there is never a surprise invoice.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, in both directions. Move up whenever you need more room, and move down at the end of your current billing period. Seasonal months do not lock you into a bigger plan.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Do I need a developer to get started?

Can I get the MCP connection on a smaller plan?

Yes. The connection to Claude, ChatGPT and your own agents is included from Growth for advertisers and agencies and from Scale for affiliates. On every plan below that it is an add-on: €49 a month for advertisers and affiliates, €99 a month for an agency, covering every client workspace, or the equivalent in your currency. Once it is on, it is on for the whole workspace.

We are an SEO agency with no ad spend. Which plan fits?

Ad spend is only one of the two numbers that set an agency plan, and it can be zero. If your clients run SEO, content or email, your plan follows the leads and sales you generate. You still get the full picture: which landing pages and blog articles bring the leads, which of those turn into customers in the CRM, and what that is worth in revenue.

Do you have plans for agencies and affiliates?

Yes, both are live. Agency pricing follows the marketing spend you manage across all your clients together with the leads and sales you generate.
