One month across four programs, told twice
Same programs, same month, same commissions. Awin sends the most clicks and Impact earns twice as much per click. The dashboards showed four totals; the page that earned a quarter of the month was not in any of them.

Your account speaks affiliate
An affiliate account in LeadJourney is built from the things a publisher actually runs: the programs you earn from, the networks that pay them out, and the pages, emails and channels that send the clicks. Set each one up once and every report reads in those terms.
Each program is an offer: the merchant, the commission terms, the cookie window. A commission lands on it with its amount, so EPC, CR and revenue per program sit next to each other whatever network pays it out.
Who pays. Each network or program gets its own postback or webhook: Impact, PartnerStack, Digistore24, ClickBank and every program on Everflow, TUNE or CAKE fire S2S; the rest connect through the webhook, Zapier, Make, n8n or the API.
Where the clicks come from. A campaign per channel: the site, a newsletter, a YouTube channel, a paid test. Organic and AI search are sources of their own, so the report says Google Organic sent the click and the review page turned it into a commission.
Postback, not pixel
The click is recorded where you control the domain and the sale arrives by postback with the click ID, so the two are one record.
A merchant's checkout is not yours to pixel, and half your readers run an ad blocker. LeadJourney records every click out on your own domain, first-party, with the sub ID it carried. The program's postback brings the commission back with the click ID, so the sale sits on the page and the link that earned it.
Where your clicks come from and who pays for them, on one tracker
The report you write for
Awin sends the most clicks and Impact earns twice as much per click. Amazon takes a third of the clicks out for five percent of the commission.
Every commission arrives with its click, and every click knows its page and its source. So the report reads the way a publisher thinks: pages ranked by commission, with visitors, clicks out and EPC next to them, then the same commissions by program and network.

The product, screen by screen
Each postback carries the click ID, so the commission lands on the page or the email that earned it, and a reversal lands on the sale it cancels.
Program postbacks and webhooks
Paste the LeadJourney postback URL into the programs that fire S2S, with the click ID, amount and status macros. Networks with a webhook or an API connect through Zapier, Make or n8n. Either way the commission lands on the page that earned it, and a reversal on the sale it cancels.
The desk review has the most visitors and the least commission. The CRM review earns five times as much on half the traffic, which is the next three articles decided.
Landing page report
The landing page report puts the whole site on one screen: each article with its visitors, its clicks out and the commissions that came back. Sort by commission and the editorial calendar writes itself; sort by clicks with no commission and you have found the programs that are not paying.
Fourteen days from click to commission, then recurring on the same click. A coupon site's last click on day fourteen shows up in the multi-touch model, with the review still credited.
The reader's path
A reader finds your comparison from a search, clicks through to the merchant, starts a trial and converts on day fourteen. LeadJourney keeps that as one journey, so the commission credits the review that did the work even when a coupon site took the last click.
Logs and blacklist
When the network counts 4,800 clicks and your pages sent 5,820, the log is the record you did not have: every click out with its page, source and IP, every postback with its payload and the click it matched, every rejected event with the reason.
Built around the way you earn

Which pages earned the most last month, and from which program?
Best CRM for small teams: €2,210 on 1,910 clicks out, all Impact. The standing desk review has the most visitors and €437 from Amazon. Three more SaaS comparisons would out-earn every retail page.
Live in 21 minutes
Five steps, none of them a developer's. Your links keep working throughout; the tracking sits on your own domain and the networks see the same sub IDs they see today.
One snippet on the site, a subdomain of your own for the tracking. Every click out is recorded first-party from then on.
One per program: merchant, commission terms, cookie window. Same merchant on two networks is two offers.
Postback URL where the program fires S2S, webhook or Zapier where it does not. Fire a test, see it match in the logs.
Sub IDs go into your existing links per page. Newsletters and channels get a campaign each.
Pages, programs and networks in one report, one currency, reversals against their sales.
The same payload, the matched click and the created conversion show in the logs, so the network's count and yours can be settled line by line.

Reviews
4.9 out of 5 across 11 verified reviews from affiliates, agencies and advertisers.
“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Questions publishers ask
Which networks connect, what Amazon can and cannot do, SEO traffic, price and running a program of your own.
Any program that fires a server-to-server postback connects with one URL: Impact, PartnerStack, Digistore24, ClickBank, and every program running on Everflow, TUNE, CAKE, Affise or Scaleo. Networks that report through an API or a webhook instead, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, Webgains, Admitad and the like, connect through the webhook, Zapier, Make, n8n or the open API, and their conversions land on the click the same way. Network integrations are unlimited on every plan.
Amazon sends no postback and its reports name no click, so an Amazon order cannot land on the click that caused it in any tracker. What LeadJourney does record is every click out to Amazon per page and per tracking ID, server-side, so you see which pages send the Amazon traffic and how much, next to the programs that do report per click. The order totals stay in Amazon's report.
No. Your existing tracking links keep working. LeadJourney records the click out on your own domain and its click ID travels in the sub ID field the network already supports (clickref on Awin, SID on CJ, SubId on Impact, for example), so the postback or the report comes back with the ID and the commission lands on the page. Deep links and direct links are supported.
Yes, and the plan is priced on visitors alone then. Google Organic, Bing and the AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot) are sources of their own, so the report says which search sent the reader, which page turned them into a click out and which program paid. Newsletters, YouTube and socials are campaigns next to them.
As statuses on the sale, not as separate rows. A commission arrives as pending, flips to approved when the program confirms it, or to reversed with the reason the postback carries. The page report shows approved and pending side by side, so the month's earnings are readable before the network locks them.
Partly. If you pay partners on performance, give each partner a tracked link and their clicks, conversions and revenue report the same way network traffic does, with a click log of your own to hold against theirs. That setup is walked through on the affiliate traffic verification use case; this page is written for the affiliate side of the deal.
Affiliate plans start at €129 a month for up to 250,000 unique visitors and €10,000 paid spend, with offers, programs and sources unlimited. A site with a million visitors is on Pro at €249, five million on Scale, and the Network plan covers teams above that. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no credit card.
In Frankfurt, on EU infrastructure, GDPR-native, which matters for the EU readership most publishers have. Click and conversion data is kept for 12 months on Solo and Pro, 24 on Scale and 36 on Network, with the full logs of clicks, conversions and postbacks for that period.
