For iGaming affiliates

Every FTD on the keyword, page or stream that sent it. Days before the statement.

The program reports FTDs, not which keyword, page or streamer sent them. Land every reg and deposit on the traffic that earned it.

The questions an iGaming affiliate stops asking on the 10th

  • Program dashboard94 FTDs this month. From which page? From which keyword? It only knows the tracking link.
  • Google Ads1,240 clicks on bonus keywords. Zero conversions, because the cashier is not mine to pixel.
  • Reg to FTD312 regs, 94 deposits. The other 218 cleared the welcome bonus and left. Which traffic sent those?
  • StatementThe FTDs I counted on the 3rd are not the FTDs on the statement on the 10th. Shaving, or my count?
  • GeosDE prints, BR burns, and the blended CPA hides it for two months.
  • AM"Your traffic quality dropped." Says who? I have no click log to hold against theirs.
  • StreamersThe Twitch deal is a flat fee. Did it bring 33 FTDs or 3? The program cannot split it from my other links.
  • BrandsSix operators, six dashboards, six statement formats. One spreadsheet that is never current.
  • BiddingGoogle optimises on the click. I get paid on the deposit. Nobody is telling Google.
  • Rev shareHybrid deal, three brands, negative carryover on one. Which of my pages is on the losing one?

Your account speaks affiliate

Offers, networks and campaigns. Every click and every player rolls up through all three.

An affiliate account in LeadJourney is built from the things an iGaming affiliate actually runs: the operator deals, the programs that pay them, and the traffic that feeds them. Set each one up once and every report reads in those terms.

Offers

Each operator deal is an offer: the brand, the geo, the CPA amount or the rev share terms. Reg, FTD and deposit events land on it with the payout, so a brand's value per player is on the offer, not in six statements.

  • One offer per brand and geo, with its CPA or rev share terms
  • Reg, FTD and deposit as stages on the same player
  • Reg to FTD rate per offer, so the bonus hunters show
  • Unlimited on every plan

Networks

Each program is a network with its own postback URL: Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert, NetRefer, Affilka, Scaleo, or an operator's in-house program. Anything that fires S2S connects, with the click ID and the event on it.

  • One postback URL per program, set up once

Operators do not let affiliates put scripts on the registration or the cashier, and most of your traffic runs an ad blocker anyway. LeadJourney records the click on your own domain, and the program's postback carries the click ID back with the reg, the FTD and every deposit.

  • Click recorded server-side on your own domain, blockers and ITP bypassed
  • Click ID kept for months, so a deposit on day eleven still credits the page that sent the player
  • Reg, FTD and deposit as stages of one journey, not three counts
  • Direct linking to the operator supported, the click is still recorded

Meta sends the second most regs and the fewest depositors: bonus hunters inside a cheap reg. The review pages send fewer regs and the best reg to FTD of the month.

Reg to FTD per source is the number that separates depositors from bonus hunters.

The program pays on FTDs, so the report ranks on FTDs: per source, page, keyword, streamer and geo, with the regs and the reg to FTD rate next to them. Spend and entered fees sit on the same rows, so cost per FTD and payout per FTD are one line apart.

  • Regs, FTDs, deposits and payout per campaign, page, keyword and geo
  • Reg to FTD rate per source, so a cheap reg stops looking like a win
  • Cost per FTD from synced spend or entered fees, next to the CPA
  • Rev share and hybrid amounts on the player when the program posts them back
  • Six brands in one report, each with its own offer and terms

FTDs go back with the CPA as the value and registrations stay out of the signal, so the bidding hunts depositors rather than bonus hunters.

FTDs back to the ad platforms

The FTD goes back to Google as the conversion. The bidding starts buying depositors.

A bonus keyword campaign optimised on clicks buys bonus hunters. LeadJourney sends the FTD postback back to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn server-side, with the CPA or the deposit as the value, matched to the click that started it. From then on the algorithm sees what you get paid for.

  • FTD, qualified FTD or deposit as the event, the payout as the value
  • Matched on the platform's own click ID from the first visit
  • Sent server-side, nothing on the operator's pages
  • Regs kept out of the signal on purpose, so cheap regs do not get bought

The player's path

Search, review page, operator, reg, FTD, redeposit. One player, one path, one page credited.

A player finds your casino review from a search, clicks through to the operator, registers, deposits on day three and again on day eleven. LeadJourney holds that as one journey, so a brand-search click does not take the credit from the review page that did the work.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

Questions iGaming affiliates ask

Asked on the demo call, answered here

Postbacks, operators, rev share, geos, compliance and what happens on the 10th.

The operator will not let me put anything on their site. How do you see the FTD?

You do not need anything on the operator's side. The click is recorded server-side on your own domain when the visitor lands on your page or follows your direct link. The program then fires its postbacks, registration, FTD and deposit, to LeadJourney with the click ID, event and amount macros filled in. Every program platform supports that today; it is the same postback you would point at any tracker.

Which programs and platforms work?

Any program that sends a server-to-server postback: Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert, NetRefer, Affilka, Scaleo, Post Affiliate Pro, and the operators' in-house programs. One postback URL per program, set up once, and programs are unlimited on every plan.

Can I see rev share and NGR, or only CPA?

LeadJourney attributes whatever the program posts back. A CPA arrives as the amount on the FTD; rev share and hybrid programs that post deposits or commission amounts land those on the same player, and the offer's payout per player follows. What LeadJourney does not do is compute an operator's NGR from their statement: if the program only reports rev share monthly and never posts it back, that figure stays in the statement and the report shows the FTDs and deposits it did receive.

Does the FTD go back to Google and Meta?

Yes. The FTD postback is sent back server-side through Google Ads offline conversions, the Meta Conversions API, Microsoft and LinkedIn, matched on the platform's click ID captured on the first visit, with the CPA or deposit as the value. Regs are kept out of that signal unless you choose otherwise, so the bidding does not go looking for cheap registrations. Where and how you advertise gambling is between you, the platform's policy and your licence; LeadJourney tracks the traffic you are allowed to buy.

I am mostly SEO with a few streamer deals and no ad spend. Is this for me?

Yes, and the plan is priced on visitors alone then. Organic pages are tracked as sources of their own, a streamer or Telegram deal gets its own campaign with the fee entered as its cost, and every FTD lands on the page or stream that sent the player. Google Organic and the AI search engines are sources in the same report as paid.

How does this compare to the tracker I run now?

Voluum, RedTrack, PeerClick or ClickFlare do the click and the postback the same way. LeadJourney prices by spend and visitors instead of events, hosts in Frankfurt under GDPR, adds multi-touch attribution across organic, AI search and paid, and Atlas answers questions in plain language. It does not do traffic distribution or rules against traffic sources. Most affiliates run both for a month and compare the counts against one statement.

What does it cost?

Affiliate plans start at €129 a month for up to €10,000 paid spend and 250,000 unique visitors, offers, programs and sources unlimited. The Network plan covers teams over €200,000 spend or 5 million visitors. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no credit card.

Where is the data hosted and how long is it kept?

In Frankfurt, on EU infrastructure, GDPR-native, which matters for the geos with a licence that asks. Click and conversion data is kept for 12 months on Solo and Pro, 24 on Scale and 36 on Network, with the full logs of clicks, conversions and postbacks for that period.
