Every entry page priced by the leads and the closed revenue behind it, with AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot as their own channel.

Organic revenue reporting at
One quarter of organic search
The post with the most sessions earned the least. Organic search only: AI answers are their own channel.
Why the content report says nothing
Sessions, positions and impressions are all real, and none of them is a number the business recognises. Meanwhile the two things that would make the case, which page produced pipeline and which channel actually sent the reader, are the two things the tools cannot tell you.
So content is argued for with a traffic chart. The pages that produced the revenue are usually not the pages in it.
What LeadJourney does instead
LeadJourney records each visit first-party, keeps the entry page and the referrer, and stitches the sessions into one journey per person. When the deal closes, the amount comes from your CRM and is credited to the pages that produced it, under any model, with no attribution window. Visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini are resolved as their own channels.

Integrations
Organic search, the AI answer engines and the paid channels a reader can also touch, plus the systems the revenue is recorded in. Open any tile for what exactly moves between LeadJourney and that tool.
Spend, campaign structure and click IDs come in. Closed deals go back out as offline conversions.
The traffic your analytics still files under direct. No setup, the tracking script separates it.
Lead stage and deal value flow in. Every campaign sees the revenue it actually produced.
What you get
Every URL that starts a journey carries its sessions, leads, qualified leads and closed revenue, whether the conversion happened on that page or nine touches later. It is the report that decides what to write and what to update next. See the landing page report.
Visits that followed a link inside a ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot answer are resolved as those engines rather than as direct or referral, and they carry through to leads and revenue like any other channel. See AI search engine tracking.
Switch between first click, last click, linear, position-based and time decay on the same recorded journeys, so the guide that opened the research is not erased by the brand search that closed it. See multi-touch attribution.
Open any lead and read which article they found first, what they read next, which AI answer sent them back and where they finally converted. The content case stops being a correlation and becomes a list of journeys.
Qualified, opportunity and closed won with the amount come from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close and Attio natively, Salesforce and 100+ others by webhook, so organic revenue is the CRM's number rather than an assumed lead value.
One table, one model, one revenue figure, so content is compared with the ad channels fairly instead of being the column with no number in it. That comparison is usually the strongest argument the content team has.
The number that reorders the content plan
A comparison post can bring six thousand sessions of people who are still reading, while an operational guide brings four thousand and half your quarter's pipeline. On a traffic chart the first wins every month. On a revenue report the order flips, and so does the plan.
The reports
The AI engines are 6% of the sessions and 21% of the revenue here. In GA4 all four sit inside referral and direct.
Search channels
One table for everything that answers a question: classic organic search and the four AI engines, each with its sessions, its leads and its closed revenue. It is the report that shows an AI channel becoming material long before anyone would have noticed it in a referral list.
Last click credits the brand search. First click credits the guide. Both are one setting apart, on the same journey.
The assisted journey
The same journey, four touches, two different stories depending on the model: last click hands everything to a brand search, first click hands it to the guide, position-based splits it between the guide and the AI answer.
One lead per 47 sessions, against one per 107 from classic organic here. What the answer said is not knowable; the source and the landing page are.
AI answers
AI answers are the part of the funnel that grew while the reporting stayed still. LeadJourney treats each engine as its own channel with its own entry pages, leads and revenue.
What changes
Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney, ready the moment you ask. No SQL, no export, no analyst in the loop.
Which pages produced pipeline last quarter, and which only produced sessions?
What did organic search close, next to what we spent on ads in the same period?
Which article opened the deals we signed this quarter, not just the page they converted on?
How much traffic and revenue are ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot actually sending us?
Which post should get the internal links and the update, based on the pipeline behind it?
Does the glossary do anything except rank, or does it also produce leads?
How long does it take, on average, from the first article to a closed deal?
Live in 21 minutes
One script, one CRM connection, and nothing changes about how you publish.
Add one script to the site on your own tracking subdomain, blog, guides and glossary included. Every visit is recorded first-party with its entry page, channel and referrer, and joined to the person the moment they convert.
Connect the CRM your deals close in, and the ad accounts if you want organic and paid on one scale. The AI engines need nothing: their referrers are resolved as channels out of the box.
Choose the default model, first click if you are arguing for content, position-based if you are arguing for the mix, and which CRM stages count as qualified and won. Every other model stays one click away on the same journeys.
How it compares
| What you need | A rank tracker | LeadJourney | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it measures | Partly: Sessions, clicks, impressions, positions | Partly: Rankings and visibility | Yes: Leads, pipeline and closed revenue per page |
| AI answer engines as their own channel | No: Referral or direct traffic | Partly: Some track AI visibility, not revenue | Yes: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot named |
| Credit for the page that started the journey | Partly: Data-driven, on the sessions it kept | No: Not what it does | Yes: Five models on recorded journeys |
| Joined to the CRM | No: Sessions, not people | No: No lead data at all | Yes: Qualified and closed amounts from the CRM |
| Cycles that run for months | No: Session and lookback limits | No: No journey to keep | Yes: No attribution window |
| Organic and paid on one scale | Partly: Channel groups, no closed revenue | No: Organic only | Yes: One table, one model, one revenue figure |
What changes
Updates, internal links and the next five pieces go where the pipeline is, which is usually not where the traffic chart pointed.
First click and position-based models on recorded journeys give the guide that opened the research its part of the deal, instead of handing everything to the final brand search.
Once ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot have sessions, leads and revenue of their own, being cited in answers is a measurable outcome rather than a hunch.
A revenue figure next to the paid channels turns the content case from a traffic chart into the same arithmetic everyone else in the room is using.
No attribution window means a post read in January still earns its credit when the deal signs in May.
Entry pages, channels, AI engines, leads and revenue in one place, so the monthly update is a screenshot rather than an afternoon.
Original reviews
4.9 out of 5 across 11 public reviews. Quoted as they were left, shortened only by dropping whole sentences.
“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”
Andre WitzelFounder, Trading.de“The ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple channels and see real-time insights has significantly improved our campaign results. We now focus on metrics that truly matter, like ROI and qualified leads.”

Common questions
What content teams ask before they change how organic is measured.
Search Console is the best free data in SEO and stops at the click; GA4 counts sessions and events, groups AI referrals into referral or direct, and has no idea which of those sessions became a customer. LeadJourney records the visit first-party, stitches the sessions into one journey per person, joins that person to your CRM and puts the closed amount back on the entry page. Keep both: they answer different questions.
Yes, for visits that followed a link inside an answer: the referrer identifies the engine and LeadJourney resolves it as its own channel rather than as referral or direct, then follows it through to leads and revenue. What the person asked the assistant is not knowable to anyone but the assistant, and this page does not claim otherwise. See AI search engine tracking.
The entry page is kept on the journey, so a lead that converted on the pricing page can still be credited to the guide that started the research. Which page gets how much is the model: first click gives it to the guide, last click to the final touch, position-based splits it. Switching the model re-reads the same journeys, so the argument is about the model rather than about the data.
Yes. Journeys are kept for months and there is no attribution window, so a post read in January is still on the journey when the deal closes in May. That is the single biggest difference from session-based analytics for a content team. See SEO content to revenue.
Yes, that is the channel report: paid, organic, AI answers, email, referral and social with spend where there is spend, leads, and closed revenue from the CRM, all under one model. It is the comparison that makes the content case, because it puts organic next to the channels that have always had a number.
One script, loaded async, first-party from your own subdomain and consent-aware, with nothing stored for a visitor who declines. Hosting is in the EU and a signed data processing agreement is part of every plan. See GDPR.
No. One script in the site or the tag manager, a one-click CRM connection and a model setting, and most accounts are live in about 21 minutes. The entry pages, referrers and AI engines are resolved without any tagging work on your side.
