54% better lead quality after using LeadJourney for marketing

Every click from a campaign, a founder's post or a creator you activated, followed into the client's CRM. Paid and organic in one report that ends in revenue.
One client's LinkedIn month, twice
Campaign Manager counted 41 conversions on the Insight Tag and the posts counted 318,000 impressions. The client's CRM closed €81,000, and half of it started on a post nobody was crediting.
Watch it
One setup that ties every channel to real revenue in the client's CRM, and what it changes in the renewal call.
Capture every conversion
A form after a post click, a slot booked from a DM, a call from the lead magnet, a stage change in the CRM. Each one names the campaign or the post behind it.
Website and lead magnet forms, down to the campaign or the post.
Server-side and first-party, so the source survives the LinkedIn in-app browser dropping the referrer. Call tracking with static and dynamic numbers is available as an add-on.
Every LinkedIn surface
Eight earned surfaces and the ad formats beside them. Each arrives as its own row, with the leads and the revenue it produced.
A tracked link on any of these, and every click carries the surface, the author and the post it came from.
LinkedIn appends its li_fat_id to every ad click, so campaigns, formats and creatives report themselves.
Tracked links are built in the app, or with the free UTM builder, so nobody has to remember a naming convention.
The number every client actually asks for
Every client workspace, LinkedIn ad spend and creator posts against the revenue their own CRM closed. Switch client in one click, export a branded PDF for the monthly call.
See ad spend, closed revenue and the organic share across every client workspace at a glance, then drop into any account in one click. The creator retainer and the media budget finally get judged on the same number.
Case studies
One measured result per customer, with the person, the role and the company behind it.

Backlinks marketplace (SaaS)
Built for people-led growth
Campaign Manager can produce the top three rows. The bottom three are the half of the work it never sees, and here they closed more.
Paid and organic
A click carrying the li_fat_id LinkedIn appends to ad links is credited to the campaign. Every other LinkedIn click is organic, and the UTM on the link says which post it was.
The founder posts nine times and outproduces the brand account twelve times over. That is the case for the next creator retainer, in one row.
Creator activation
Give every author their own tracked links and the organic side breaks down by person: posts published, leads produced, revenue closed. The case for the next creator, in one row.
Closed deals go back to LinkedIn through the Conversions API, matched on the li_fat_id from the click and a hashed email from the CRM record, with the deal value attached.
Conversion sync
Qualified leads and closed deals go back through the Conversions API, matched on the li_fat_id from the click and a hashed email from the CRM, with the deal value attached.
Connect and extend

How much of Northwind's LinkedIn revenue came from posts rather than campaigns?
€40,200 of €81,000 came from organic posts, most of it the founder's. Thought Leadership Ads returned 5.8x on €4,200; Sponsored Content returned 3.1x.
Connect the CRM in one click
Native, one-click integrations for the CRMs B2B clients run on:
No native integration? Connect any tool via Zapier, Make or n8n, plus a webhook and our REST API.
Onboarding in 21 minutes
No developer hours, from your side or the client's.
First-party, so ad blockers and Safari leave the click alone all the way to the CRM.

“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”

By the click ID. LinkedIn appends li_fat_id to the landing page URL of an ad click and not to a link in an organic post, so a click carrying it is credited to the campaign and every other LinkedIn click is organic. The UTM on the link then says which post, article or profile link it came from.
It breaks referrer based tools, which is why so much LinkedIn traffic sits in Direct in GA4. Here the tracked link carries its own parameters, so the visit is filed under LinkedIn and under the specific post even when the in-app browser sends no referrer at all.
Yes, as long as each author's links carry their own value. utm_content names the post, so the organic side breaks down by person and by post: what they published, the leads their links produced and the revenue those closed. That report is usually what gets the creator budget renewed.
They are ads, so their clicks carry the li_fat_id and they report as their own surface next to Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms. That matters for people-led growth: the organic post and the ad amplifying it stop competing for the same credit and each shows what it did.
Yes, through the CRM. Once the client's CRM has created the record from LinkedIn's form sync with the campaign on it, the lead is followed from there like any other: stage changes, deal value, closed revenue, all in the same report as the website leads.
Not here. LinkedIn's own reporting is capped at a 30-day click window by default and 90 days at most, which is shorter than plenty of B2B cycles. The journey is kept whole, so a deal that closes on day 120 still names the post that started it and the ad that closed it.
The links do. A lead magnet or booking link sent in a DM is tracked like any other tracked link, so the meeting it produces is attributed to that campaign. The conversation itself stays in LinkedIn: we track what the person clicks, not what anybody typed.
For the revenue half, yes, and that is where the argument gets settled. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Attio and GoHighLevel are native, and a webhook plus the REST API cover anything else. The client can authorise the connection themselves inside their own workspace.
Yes. Most clients keep the Insight Tag for retargeting audiences and read performance here. Conversions sent server-side carry event IDs so they can be deduplicated against a tag that is still firing, and LinkedIn keeps receiving the events it needs to optimise.
No. One tracking script on the client's site, the LinkedIn ad account connected and the CRM linked, about 21 minutes in total. Organic LinkedIn needs no connection on LinkedIn's side at all, and we do the first clients with you on a call.

Half the revenue came from posts that Campaign Manager never reported on. That half is the reason the creator retainer renews.
