Channel reporting at
Six channels, one set of columns
Meta brought the most leads. Google Ads brought the most revenue. The report says both, one row each.
The definition
In short
A traffic channel report lists every channel that brings visitors to your website, paid, organic, AI search, email, referral and custom, with the same columns on every row: spend, visits, leads, qualified leads, customers and revenue. The revenue comes from the deals in your CRM, so the report shows which channel produced customers, not which one produced clicks.
Google Ads and Google organic, Meta and a newsletter, LinkedIn and ChatGPT, side by side with identical columns. A report that shows sessions for organic and conversions for paid is two reports stapled together.
Leads, qualified leads, customers and revenue are read from the deal records in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive and joined to the channel that started the journey, not taken from each platform's own count.
First click, last click, linear, position-based or multi-touch, applied to the whole table at once, so the channel that opens journeys and the channel that closes them are both visible. See multi-touch attribution.
A channel row opens to its campaigns, a campaign to its ads and landing pages, and any figure to the named leads and deals behind it. A total nobody can open is a total nobody can act on.

What the report shows
The ad platforms sit next to Google organic, ChatGPT, Perplexity, your newsletter and the sites that refer you, each on its own row. Paid rows carry the spend the platform charged, the rest the cost you enter.
Every row runs from visits to closed revenue, and the outcomes come from the deal records in your CRM, so the channel with the most leads and the one with the most customers are both named.
One control above the table: first click, last click, linear, position-based or multi-touch. The rows recompute in place, so the channels that start journeys and the ones that end them both get their turn.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok and DeepSeek are recognised as distinct sources rather than lumped into referral or direct, with leads and revenue per engine. See AI search engines tracking.
A podcast, a newsletter, an affiliate, a print ad: define the channel, give it a UTM or a referrer rule, enter what it costs, and it reports in the same columns as a paid campaign. See custom traffic channels.
Click a channel and it splits into campaigns, ad sets and landing pages. Click a revenue figure and the deals list by name, with the amount and the date they closed.
Inside the report
Four campaigns add up to the channel row. Click a campaign and its keywords open the same way.
The drill down
The channel table is the summary. Click the Google Ads row and €128.6k of revenue becomes four campaigns with the same columns, including a Performance Max line that costs a fifth of the row and closes a seventh of it.
First click: Google Ads. Linear: a third each to Google Ads, organic and email. Same deal, one switch.
The deal behind the figure
Click the €71.3k on the non-brand search row and the deals list by name. Open one and the path is there: the ad click, the organic visit, the newsletter, the form, the stages up to closed won.
Live in 21 minutes
No GA4 channel groupings to maintain, no spreadsheet joining spend to deals.
Add one script to your website on your own first-party subdomain. From then on every visit is recorded with its source, medium, campaign, referrer and click ID, which is what a channel row is built from.
Connect the ad accounts for spend and your CRM for the outcomes. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close and Attio connect with one-click OAuth; Salesforce and 100+ others through a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n.
Paid, organic and AI search are recognised on their own. Add the channels that are yours: the newsletter's UTM, the podcast's landing page, the affiliate's parameter, each with its cost. The report fills the same day.
Original reviews
4.9 out of 5 across 11 public reviews. Quoted as they were left, shortened only by dropping whole sentences.
“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”
Andre WitzelFounder, Trading.de“The ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple channels and see real-time insights has significantly improved our campaign results. We now focus on metrics that truly matter, like ROI and qualified leads.”

Common questions
What marketers want to know before they replace the GA4 acquisition report and the spreadsheet next to it.
Every channel that sends a visitor: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads with their spend; Google and Bing organic; ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok and DeepSeek as AI search; email, social and referring sites; and any custom channel you define, such as a podcast, a newsletter, an affiliate or a print campaign, with the cost you enter.
From the deal records in your CRM. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close and Attio connect natively with one-click OAuth; Salesforce and 100+ others through a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n. LeadJourney matches each deal to the tracked journey that produced it, so revenue on a channel row is the closed-won amount, not a platform estimate. The wider reporting setup is on the marketing reporting software page.
Each ad platform counts its own conversions with its own pixel and its own window, so Meta, Google and LinkedIn can each claim the same lead and the sum is more than you got. The traffic channel report counts one journey per person, with the credit split by the attribution model you choose, and the customer count comes from the CRM. It is the neutral figure the platforms can be compared against.
Yes. Organic and AI search rows carry the same columns as the paid rows: visits, leads, qualified leads, customers and revenue. Spend is €0 unless you enter a content or agency cost, in which case cost per lead and cost per customer are computed for them too. That is how an SEO budget and an ad budget end up in one argument.
Give it a rule: a UTM source, a referrer domain or a landing page that only that channel uses. The newsletter's links carry utm_source=newsletter, the podcast has its own landing page, the affiliate has its parameter. LeadJourney then tracks that channel's visits, leads and revenue like any other row, and the cost you enter goes into the spend column. It is marketing tracking software underneath, so nothing needs a second tool.
Whichever you set it to. First click, last click, linear, position-based and multi-touch are one switch above the table and the rows recompute in place. Most teams read the report under two models: first click to see what opens journeys, last click to see what closes them. A channel that looks weak under one and strong under the other is usually doing a job the other model cannot see.

Same month as above, one switch later. The total holds, the rows move, and organic gains what it started.
