How Klickkraft sees which Meta ads drive qualified leads and revenue

A coaching business spending €10-20k a month on Meta ads into a video sales letter, and what changed once every lead in Close carried the ad that produced it.

The challenge

Meta counted leads, Close held the revenue

Klickkraft coaches health coaches across Germany, and the whole client acquisition runs on Meta: €10-20k a month in ads that send people to a video sales letter, from which the leads land in Close CRM to be qualified and closed by the sales team.

Two systems, two stories. Meta reported leads and cost per lead for every ad. Close knew which of those leads qualified and which of them bought. Nothing joined the two per ad, so budget decisions leaned on Meta's lead count, and the ads that filled the funnel cheaply were not necessarily the ones filling the order book.

The fix

Every lead in Close arrives with its ad attached

LeadJourney sits between Meta and Close. Every click is tracked server-side through the video sales letter to the opt-in, unaffected by iOS or ad blockers, and the lead record in Close carries the campaign, the ad set and the ad that produced it.

When a lead is qualified or a deal is won in Close, that status and its revenue read back against the same ad. Cost per qualified lead and revenue per ad replace cost per lead as the numbers budget is decided on. And because LeadJourney's MCP connection puts the same data into his AI assistant, Florian asks which ads are producing qualified leads this week and gets the answer in the chat, without building a report first.

  • Meta ads connected to Close CRM, so every lead carries its campaign, ad set and ad
  • Qualified lead and revenue status per ad, not just Meta's lead count
  • Server-side tracking through the video sales letter, unaffected by iOS and ad blockers
  • The MCP connection: questions about the data answered in the chat, not in a dashboard

The result

Budget decisions made in minutes, ad by ad

€10-20k

in monthly Meta spend, tied to qualified leads and revenue per ad

With Meta and Close on one dataset, Florian can see which ads drive qualified leads and revenue rather than which ones drive the cheapest opt-ins. He describes it as far more clarity, and decisions that used to wait for a report now happen fast, in the same conversation as the question.

The €10-20k a month is his figure for the Meta spend that runs through this setup, which is why his name and company stand next to it.
