Whatagraph's pricing page shows two plans and one number. Max starts at €699 a month, or $812 with the currency set to dollars, billed annually, and Prime is custom. Both buttons book a demo. There is no trial, no monthly price and no published price for the extra credits a growing agency ends up buying.

This guide explains how source credits set the price, what each plan includes, what the annual contract commits you to, what the page used to charge, and what an agency pays as its roster grows. Every Whatagraph fact below was read on whatagraph.com and its help center on 13 September 2026.

Whatagraph Pricing in Short

In short

Whatagraph has two plans, priced by source credits: Max from $812 a month billed annually (€699, or €8,388 a year) with 50 credits, and Prime on a custom quote. One credit is one connected account, such as a GA4 property or a Facebook Ads account, and users and reports are unlimited. Extra credits can be bought up to the next plan threshold at a price the page does not publish. There is no free trial and no monthly billing: plans are annual, renew automatically and are non-refundable. And it is a reporting layer: the report shows what the connected platforms report, it does not track leads itself.

How Whatagraph Pricing Works

Whatagraph prices on one unit, the source credit. Users, reports and clients are not what you pay for: every plan comes with unlimited users and unlimited reports. What you pay for is the number of accounts you connect.

What counts as a source credit

The help center's rule is one account, property or page per credit, on every channel. Its own example: one GA4 property, three Facebook Ads accounts and two Instagram pages are six credits. Blends and source groups use no credit, and neither do new reports or copies of a source inside a report.

  • A client is several credits. A client with a GA4 property, a Google Ads account, a Meta Ads account, an Instagram page and HubSpot uses five.
  • Max's 50 credits cover about ten such clients. The eleventh means buying credits.
  • Extra credits stop at the next threshold. The FAQ says you can buy credits until you reach the next plan threshold, and then it is time to upgrade. Above Max, the next plan is Prime.

Why the price is a conversation

Extra credits are bought in the app's subscription settings, where you choose a quantity and then see the price. That price is not on the public page, and moving to Max or Prime means booking a call. The only figure an agency can budget from outside is the Max entry price.

Whatagraph Max vs Prime: What Each Plan Includes

Both plans share Whatagraph IQ (report creation, themes, summaries and chat), unlimited users and reports, pre-made themes, version history, automated emails with PDF, linked report templates, custom branding, goals and alerts, an EU data center, live chat support and a dedicated customer success manager. Where they differ:

Early access to IQ Agents is listed on both plans and opens by cohort. Prices are shown in euros and US dollars only.

What Costs Extra, and What the Contract Says

Whatagraph prints no add-on prices. What the page marks as extra:

  • Source credits beyond the plan, bought in the app up to the next plan threshold.
  • A custom report domain, a Prime add-on and not available on Max.
  • The public API and the BigQuery transfer, both Prime add-ons.
  • SAML single sign-on, a Prime add-on. Max signs in with Google.

For an agency the domain line matters most. White-label reports are in Max, but a report on the agency's own domain, and any data leaving Whatagraph through the API or into BigQuery, needs Prime plus an add-on.

The contract terms

  • Annual only. The plan overview lists Max at €699 a month and €8,388 a year, with a dash where the monthly price would be.
  • No free trial. Every button on the pricing page books a demo, and neither the pricing page nor the homepage mentions a trial.
  • Automatic renewal. A plan renews for another term unless cancelled, and the request has to arrive at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • No refunds. Payments are made in advance, and the help center calls them non-refundable.

How Whatagraph Pricing Changed

Archived copies of whatagraph.com/pricing show four different price lists in just over two years, all in euros and all billed annually.

whatagraph.com/pricing, archived from June 2024 to 29 August 2026, and the live page on 13 September 2026

The entry price went up and the way in narrowed. In June 2024 a team could start at €219 a month with 20 credits, try it free and ask for its money back within 30 days. From September 2025 there was a free plan and a €199 tier ($229), and in May 2026 Boost bought 50 credits for €399 a month. By the end of August the plan with 50 credits was Max at €699, bought after a call on an annual, non-refundable contract, and the free plan and the self-serve tiers were gone. The extra credit price, €5 in 2024, is no longer printed.

What Whatagraph Really Costs as Your Agency Grows

Whatagraph and LeadJourney are different products, so the table compares what each costs for the job it does. Whatagraph's price follows connected accounts. LeadJourney's agency plans follow the spend an agency manages and the leads and sales it tracks, with client workspaces included.

Assumptions: five credits per client, as above; Whatagraph at its only published figure, billed annually; LeadJourney's agency plan read off managed spend and monthly leads and sales, with 5, 10, 20 or 40 client workspaces included and $19 a month for each one beyond.

Whatagraph vs LeadJourney agency plans, US dollars per month

Two things are true at once. For a small roster LeadJourney costs less: five clients are $429 a month against $812, and ten clients on small budgets $524. Once managed spend passes $50,000 the order flips: at ten clients and $200,000 under management Whatagraph is $267 a month cheaper than LeadJourney on monthly billing and $51 cheaper on yearly. Past 50 credits Whatagraph's price is no longer on the page.

The commitment, not only the rate

Max is $9,744 a year paid in advance, non-refundable, and renewing unless cancelled 30 days before the date. LeadJourney bills monthly or yearly and starts with a 14-day free trial without a credit card, so an agency can see its own clients' numbers before it pays anything.

What the difference buys

A Whatagraph report is a very good presentation of what each platform reports: Meta's conversions, Google's and GA4's, blended and branded. LeadJourney produces the numbers under it. It tracks the visit server-side on the client's own domain, follows the lead through the CRM stages to the closed deal, attributes the revenue to the campaign, and sends stages and deals back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads as offline conversions. When a client asks which campaign made the deals, the answer comes from tracking rather than from the platforms' own counts.

When Whatagraph Is Worth the Price

Whatagraph makes one of the best-looking client reports in the category, and it makes it fast. It earns Max when:

  • The report is the deliverable. SEO, social and brand accounts, where the client reads impressions, rankings and engagement, are what it presents best.
  • You connect many kinds of sources. 68 native integrations, plus Google Sheets, BigQuery and a custom API.
  • Your roster is about ten clients. At 50 credits, $812 a month covers them with unlimited users.
  • You want help on the plan. A dedicated customer success manager is included on Max.
  • Your data should stay in Europe. Both plans run on an EU data center.
  • You want AI on the report. Whatagraph IQ writes summaries and answers questions on every plan.

When Whatagraph Pricing Works Against You

  • You are small. The entry plan is €699 or $812 a month for 50 credits, whether you use 50 or 15.
  • You want to try it first. There is no free trial and no free plan any more, and the way in is a demo.
  • You want to pay monthly. Plans are annual, paid in advance and non-refundable.
  • Your roster grows past ten clients. Neither extra credits nor Prime has a published price.
  • You need your own domain, the API or BigQuery. Each is a Prime add-on and not available on Max.
  • The client asks what the budget returned. A report can blend what the platforms report, but no connected source knows which click became a closed deal.

Whatagraph Pricing vs LeadJourney Pricing

LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform, built lead generation first for B2B and B2C, with e-commerce through Shopify beside it and agencies as a named audience. On an agency plan each client gets a workspace with server-side tracking on its own domain, every attribution model, branded client dashboards with unlimited client logins and scheduled client emails.

How Whatagraph and LeadJourney price, side by side

The LeadJourney agency ladder

LeadJourney agency plans in US dollars, unlimited client seats, extra client workspaces $19 a month; also priced in euros, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars

In euros the same ladder reads €399, €999, €1,999 and from €2,999 a month, against Max at €699. Where Whatagraph is ahead, it is ahead: the report itself, the templates and themes, 68 integrations, and a lower price for a mid-sized roster with real budgets. LeadJourney does not try to out-design it. It answers what the report cannot, which campaign produced the revenue, and prices that by the spend at stake. The two also run side by side, because a Google Sheet or a BigQuery dataset filled by LeadJourney is a source Whatagraph reads.

The full Whatagraph comparison sets both products against each other row by row, including the rows where Whatagraph wins.

How to Estimate Your Whatagraph Price Before the Demo

  1. Count connected accounts, not clients. Every GA4 property, ad account, social page and CRM you want in a report is one credit; blends and source groups are free.
  2. Add headroom for new clients. A roster that grows by one client a month adds about five credits a month.
  3. Ask for the credit price on the demo. It is shown in the app, not on the page, and it stops at the next threshold.
  4. Ask what Prime costs at your size. If you are near 50 credits, that is next year's number.
  5. List the Prime add-ons you need. A custom report domain, the public API, the BigQuery transfer and SAML are each priced separately.
  6. Read the renewal terms. Annual, paid in advance, non-refundable, and cancellation at least 30 days before renewal.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions agencies ask about Whatagraph pricing before the demo.

How much does Whatagraph cost per month?

Whatagraph Max starts at €699 a month, or $812, billed annually, which is €8,388 a year, with 50 source credits and unlimited users and reports. Prime is priced on a custom quote. Extra source credits can be bought in the app up to the next plan threshold, but their price is not published on the pricing page.

What is a source credit in Whatagraph?

One connected account, property or page, on every channel: a GA4 property, a Facebook Ads account or an Instagram page is one credit each. Blends, source groups, new reports and copies of a source inside a report use no credits. An agency client with five connected accounts therefore uses five of the 50 credits on Max.

Does Whatagraph have a free trial or a free plan?

Not any more. The pricing page offers two annual plans and a demo button, with no trial and no free plan. Archived copies show both used to exist: in June 2024 the paid plans came with a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, and from September 2025 until at least May 2026 there was a free plan with five credits.

Can I pay for Whatagraph monthly?

Not on the current plans. The pricing page shows Max and Prime billed annually, and the help center's plan overview lists Max at €699 a month and €8,388 a year with no monthly price. Plans renew automatically, cancellation has to be requested at least 30 days before renewal, and payments are described as non-refundable.

How much do extra Whatagraph credits cost?

Whatagraph does not publish it. Extra credits are bought in the app's subscription settings, where the price appears once you choose a quantity, and only up to the next plan threshold, after which the FAQ says it is time to upgrade. In June 2024 the pricing page still printed the figure: €5 per extra credit.

What is a cheaper alternative to Whatagraph for agencies?

It depends on the roster and on what the report has to show. For a small agency, LeadJourney's agency plans start at $429 a month with five client workspaces, monthly or yearly, after a 14-day free trial, and they track leads and revenue rather than presenting platform numbers. For ten clients managing more than $50,000, Whatagraph Max at $812 billed annually costs less.
