LeadJourney vs Whatagraph
Whatagraph presents data that other tools produced; LeadJourney creates, attributes and explains it. The rows are the features our pricing page lists, so the table shows where the reporting layer stops and the attribution layer starts.
| Capability | LeadJourney | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | LeadJourneyLead generation first, B2B and B2C: forms, calls, CRM stages and closed deals are the conversion model, plus e-commerce through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, for the agencies that run it and the clients they run it for. | |
| Collects data | LeadJourneyYes. First-party tracking on the client's domain, server-side, 95%+ of conversions captured, plus static and dynamic call tracking numbers as an add-on. | |
| Sources | LeadJourneyMeta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, the organic and AI sources, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign and Odoo, calls through the call tracking add-on or CallRail and Podium, and custom channels by webhook. Fewer, joined per lead. | |
| Attribution models | LeadJourneyEvery rule-based model on every plan, on the click stream and the CRM, switchable without re-tracking; custom models on Enterprise. | |
| CRM and pipeline | LeadJourneyStages, deal values and closed revenue joined to the journey per lead, with attribution written back into the client's CRM. | |
| Revenue back to the ad platforms | LeadJourneyConversions API sync to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft on every plan; stage changes and closed deals arrive as offline conversions. | |
| Organic and AI search sources | LeadJourneyGoogle, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) as distinct sources, out of the box. | |
| Lead-level view | LeadJourneyThe full journey of every named lead, from the first click to the closed deal, with the CRM stage on it, inside the client's workspace. | |
| Reports | LeadJourneyChannel, campaign, landing page and conversion path reports per client workspace, branded client dashboards with unlimited client logins, a cross-client overview, scheduled client emails on every plan and a custom report builder from Growth. | |
| AI analyst | LeadJourneyAtlas answers questions on the tracked and CRM data in plain language on every plan; Atlas agents send scheduled reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp from Growth. | |
| MCP, API and export | LeadJourneyMCP connection for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor from Growth, the Zapier app on every plan, API from Scale; the data warehouse export is on the roadmap. | |
| Data hosting and compliance | LeadJourneyFrankfurt, Germany. First-party tracking on the client's domain, Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request, two-factor authentication on every plan. | |
| Setup | LeadJourneySelf-serve, live in 21 minutes per client with the reports filled, one-click client onboarding, an onboarding call with a tracking expert on every agency plan. | |
| Pricing | LeadJourneyPublic agency tiers by managed spend and tracked leads: from €399 a month with five client workspaces, up to forty on Enterprise and €19 for each further one, monthly or yearly, after a 14-day free trial. |
Whatagraph makes a better-looking client report than almost anything in the category, and it makes it fast: 68 sources, blends across accounts, white-label themes, a scheduled PDF. An agency whose clients read a report on impressions and rankings should keep it. The table is about the accounts where the client asks what the ad budget returned.
Pricing
Whatagraph prices by source credits on an annual contract, LeadJourney's agency plans by the spend you manage and the leads and sales you track. Both ladders below are the published tiers.
Priced by source credits, billed annually
Euros as published on whatagraph.com, billed annually. One credit is one connected data account, so a client with two ad accounts, an analytics property and a CRM is four credits. Public API, BigQuery transfer and a custom report domain are Prime add-ons. No free trial on the pricing page; plans start from a demo.
Priced by managed spend and leads per month
Agency plans in euros, monthly billing; yearly billing saves 20%. Client workspaces are included well above a typical roster, client seats are unlimited. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
See the full pricingSource credits price the connectors; managed spend and tracked leads price the accounts. An agency managing €150,000 across twelve lead gen clients sits on LeadJourney's €999 Growth plan, everything included. On Whatagraph the same agency is at €699 on an annual contract, and the report still shows the numbers the platforms reported.
Why agencies switch
Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.
A workspace per client with its own tracking, reports and unlimited client seats, a cross-client overview on top, built for agencies that run lead generation for others.
Static numbers per campaign or dynamic number insertion per visitor, on every plan, billed per number plus usage, and CallRail or Podium if you already run one. Every call lands on the click that made the phone ring.
Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.
Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.
Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.
Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.
Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.
First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.
Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.
Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.
Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.
Build any report from raw data, pick the metrics, dimensions and layout, then save it as a live dashboard. No SQL required.
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about your own data over MCP, pull it through the API or move it with the Zapier app. The export to BigQuery or Snowflake is on the roadmap.
From signup to live tracking in under 21 minutes, self-serve; an onboarding call with a tracking expert from Starter, and 14 days of setup support.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no credit card, so the numbers can be checked against your current tool before anyone signs anything.

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.
Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the tags that feed your Whatagraph sources today. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.
Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.
The standard reports are there the moment data arrives: channels, campaigns, landing pages, conversion paths and the journey of every lead. For anything else, ask Atlas in plain language or build the report yourself from raw data, then save it as a dashboard.
Original reviews
4.9 out of 5 across 11 public reviews. Quoted as they were left, shortened only by dropping whole sentences.
“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”
Andre WitzelFounder, Trading.de“The ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple channels and see real-time insights has significantly improved our campaign results. We now focus on metrics that truly matter, like ROI and qualified leads.”

FAQ
The questions agencies ask before choosing between a reporting tool and an attribution platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.
Whatagraph is a reporting layer: it connects to 68 sources, blends and transforms what they report, and turns it into white-label reports and dashboards with a scheduled PDF. It does not collect data itself. LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform: it tracks on the client's domain server-side, syncs spend from the ad platforms, follows the lead through the CRM stages to the closed deal, tracks the shop order through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, records calls with static and dynamic numbers as an add-on, attributes that revenue with every model including AI search as a source, sends stage changes back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft, and reports on it per client workspace with Atlas. Whatagraph presents the numbers; LeadJourney produces them.
Yes, and for a mixed roster that is often the right answer: keep Whatagraph for the SEO, social and brand accounts, where the report is the deliverable, and put LeadJourney under the accounts where the client asks what the ad budget returned: the lead gen clients, B2B and B2C, and the shops, which LeadJourney tracks through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop for ROAS and customer origin. Today the API, the Zapier app or a webhook fills a Google Sheet, which Whatagraph reads as a source; the data warehouse export to BigQuery, which it reads too, is on the roadmap. There is no native Whatagraph connector for LeadJourney, so the join goes through one of those routes. What Whatagraph cannot do on its own is track the click on the client's domain, read the CRM stage and send the closed deal to the ad platforms.
Both publish their prices. Whatagraph's Max plan starts at €699 a month billed annually with 50 source credits, one per connected account, and Prime is on quote. LeadJourney's agency plans follow the spend you manage and the leads and sales you track: €399 a month up to €50,000 of managed spend and 1,000 leads and sales, €999 up to €250,000 and 7,500, €1,999 up to €750,000 and 20,000, and from €2,999 above that, monthly or yearly, with five to forty client workspaces included and €19 for each further one, after a 14-day trial without a card.
Not the design, and it does not try to. Whatagraph's templates, themes and blends are the best reason to use it, and an agency that sells on the look of its monthly report should keep it. LeadJourney's client dashboards are branded, live and open to unlimited client logins, the standard reports fill on day one, the report builder covers the views a client insists on from Growth, and scheduled client emails go out on every plan. The difference is what the report can say: cost per closed deal and revenue per campaign, because LeadJourney tracked the lead and read the CRM, rather than cost per click.
It puts CRM figures in the same report as the ad figures, which is useful, but the two stay separate columns: the CRM source reports deals and the ad source reports clicks, and nothing joins a particular deal to the campaign that started it. LeadJourney records the click on the client's domain, matches the lead when the form is sent, follows it through the stages in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or the other connected CRMs, and attributes the closed revenue to the campaign, ad and keyword with every model. The result is written back into the CRM and sent to the ad platforms as an offline conversion.
About 21 minutes per client workspace: add the script to the client's site or GTM container, connect the ad accounts and the CRM, and the standard reports fill as data arrives. Historic campaign data and spend are imported during setup, so the channel and campaign reports are not empty on day one. Every agency plan includes an onboarding call with a tracking expert and 14 days of setup support, and the trial runs alongside Whatagraph so the numbers can be compared before anything is switched off.
