Meta and Google claimed 70 conversions between them. The client's CRM received 63 leads and closed 12. The report now holds all three numbers, plus the one that renews the retainer: what the spend returned.

The problem

The report takes a night per client because the numbers live in five tools

Every platform reports its own version of the month, the client's CRM says Direct, and the one number the client actually asks about, what the spend returned, is in none of the exports. So the answer gets stitched together by hand, every month, per client.

Why reporting night exists

Each tool sees only its own slice

  • Meta, Google and LinkedIn each count their own conversions, and the same lead is claimed twice.
  • GA4 loses a share of every client's journeys to consent banners, ad blockers and iOS.
  • The client's CRM files most leads under "Direct", so spend and revenue never meet.
  • Joining spend to outcomes means CSV exports and a spreadsheet the night before the call.
  • On the call, the client compares your slide to their CRM and the two disagree.
  • The retainer gets defended with clicks and cost per lead, the two numbers clients trust least.

The same clients with LeadJourney

One live dataset per client, spend to revenue

  • Every client's channels land in one workspace, tracked server-side from the first click.
  • Tracking runs past ad blockers and iOS at 95%+ accuracy, so the report is the full picture.
  • Each lead carries its real source, written back onto the record in the client's CRM.
  • Spend is pulled from the platforms automatically and matched to the client's closed revenue.
  • The client checks the same live dashboard you do, so the call starts from shared numbers.
  • The retainer is defended with ROAS on real CRM revenue, a number the client can verify.

The fix

Every client in one view, every client seeing their own

Two sides of the same dataset. You work across all your clients at once, and each client gets a live, white label view of exactly their own numbers, tied to the revenue in their CRM.

Run every client from one view

The overview your agency works in

  • Spend, closed revenue and blended ROAS per client workspace at a glance, then any account in one click.
  • Every lead's journey from the first ad click to the deal in the client's CRM, per campaign and creative.
  • Organic, referral and AI search attributed next to paid, the line in the report most agencies cannot produce.
  • Alerts on cost spikes and drops in lead quality, so you hear about drift before the client does.

Give each client their report

Live numbers the client can check

  • White label dashboards your clients can open any day, scoped to their own workspace and nothing else.
  • Unlimited client logins, never a paid seat, so access to their own numbers is never a line item.
  • Scheduled summaries built from live data and delivered to Slack, email or WhatsApp.
  • Every figure ties back to the client's own CRM, so the monthly call stops being an argument about whose dashboard is right.

Watch it

The report that keeps the client

One setup that connects every channel to real revenue in the client's CRM, so the retainer stops being a line of cost.

What changes

The questions you can answer before the client asks them

Every one of these is a live report in LeadJourney, not a spreadsheet project. The client's CRM stays the source of truth for their pipeline, and LeadJourney supplies the spend and journeys that produced it.

  • What did this client's retainer return last month, in their own CRM revenue?

  • Which campaign created the deals this client closed, not just the form fills?

  • What does a qualified lead cost this client, per channel and per campaign?

  • Which channel starts this client's journeys, and which one closes them?

  • Which client account needs budget moved before the monthly call?

  • How many leads did organic and AI search send each client this quarter?

FAQ

What agencies ask before changing how they report

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

How do I show clients what their ad spend actually returned?

By reporting ROAS on the client's own CRM revenue instead of platform conversions. LeadJourney follows every click from Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads to the lead and the deal it created in the client's CRM, and pulls spend from the platforms automatically. The return on the retainer becomes one number the client can verify in their own CRM.

Can my clients see their own dashboard?

Yes. Every client workspace supports unlimited client logins with access to their own live dashboards and nothing else, and reporting is white label. A client who can open the numbers any day trusts the monthly report a lot more.

Do I need access to the client's CRM?

You need a connection, not admin rights. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Attio and GoHighLevel connect natively, and a webhook plus Zapier, Make and n8n cover anything custom. You choose which fields are read and written, and the client's existing setup stays untouched.

How long does it take to set up a new client?

About 21 minutes: one script on the client's site, their ad accounts, their CRM. No developer hours from your side or the client's, and we do the first clients with you on a call if you prefer.

What if my report and the client's CRM disagree?

They stop disagreeing, because the report is built from the client's CRM. The dashboard holds what the platforms claimed, what actually arrived and what it closed into, side by side. When the numbers differ, the report says why instead of leaving you to defend a slide.

Does this replace our Looker Studio reports?

For client reporting, most agencies stop building them. Looker Studio only rearranges the numbers you feed it, and those are usually GA4's, which lose journeys to consent banners and iOS. LeadJourney reports from server-side tracking joined to CRM revenue, and the client-facing dashboard comes built in.

How does pricing work for an agency with many clients?

Agency plans include client workspaces well above what an agency of that size normally runs, client logins are unlimited, and the plan follows the combined spend across your workspaces. Per advertiser tools have no agency tier, so every client pays the full price; here your tenth client does not renegotiate your bill.

Is it GDPR compliant enough for cautious clients?

Yes. Data is processed and stored in the EU, we sign a data processing agreement, and tracking runs first-party and server-side, so it respects consent decisions rather than working around them. That answer holds up in the client's own legal review.
