DashThis publishes every price it charges, down to a selector that runs to 1,500 dashboards. What changed in 2026 is the second number on each plan: every plan now carries a limit on connected sources as well as dashboards, and the prices moved up with it.
This guide lists every plan and every step above them, how a source is counted, what is included and what costs extra, what DashThis charged in 2024 and 2025, and what a growing roster pays, next to LeadJourney's agency plans. Every DashThis price below was read on dashthis.com, its help centre or an archived copy of its pricing page on 13 September 2026.
DashThis Pricing in Short
In short
DashThis has four plans priced by dashboards and connected sources: Individual $44 a month paid yearly (3 dashboards, 15 sources), Professional $139 (10, 40), Business $279 (25, 100) and Standard $429 (50, 200), or $54, $164, $324 and $499 billed monthly, in US dollars. Above 50 dashboards the price climbs in steps to $3,377 a month for 1,500 dashboards, with custom pricing beyond. A dashboard is one report, usually one per client; a source is one connected account or property. White label and unlimited users come with every plan, AI Insights Pro costs $15 to $19 a month extra, and the trial runs 14 days with 10 dashboards. The source limits arrived in 2026 with price rises of 3% to 6%, at least the third increase on Standard since January 2024.

How DashThis Pricing Works
A DashThis plan is two limits, and you need to fit inside both. Users and integrations are unlimited, so dashboards and sources are the only numbers that decide the price.
- A dashboard is one marketing report. It can hold any number of integrations and accounts. The help centre says users usually create one per client, but a client who gets a separate SEO and paid report is two.
- A source is one connected account or property. Each GA4 property, ad account or Facebook page counts once, even when several come through the same login.
- A source counts once it sits in a dashboard. Connected but unused sources do not count, and a source used in ten dashboards counts once.
- At the limit, nothing new can be added. You remove a source or move up a plan; the price does not change on its own.
Which limit decides your plan
The four plans allow between four and five sources per dashboard, and every step above Standard allows four. A roster with more sources per client than that reaches its source limit before its dashboard limit, and the selector on the pricing page moves the dashboard step up with the source count: choosing 1,000 sources selects the 250 dashboard step.
Changing plans
An upgrade is charged at once, with a credit for the unused days of the current plan. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. DashThis also offers in-between plans on request for rosters that sit between two steps.
Every DashThis Plan and Step in 2026
Past Standard, the pricing page offers a selector in steps of 25 dashboards from 100 to 1,500. The step names read Enterprise, but the prices are published like the plans. A selection of them:
DashThis steps above Standard, read from the pricing page's selector on 13 September 2026, US dollars per month
| Dashboards | Sources | Paid yearly | Billed monthly | Per dashboard, yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | 400 | $664 | $779 | $6.64 |
| 125 | 500 | $759 | $890 | $6.07 |
| 150 | 600 | $864 | $1,014 | $5.76 |
| 200 | 800 | $1,074 | $1,263 | $5.37 |
| 250 | 1,000 | $1,284 | $1,511 | $5.14 |
| 500 | 2,000 | $1,849 | $2,178 | $3.70 |
| 1,000 | 4,000 | $2,877 | $3,385 | $2.88 |
| 1,500 | 6,000 | $3,377 | $3,972 | $2.25 |
The unit price falls fast with volume: a dashboard costs $8.58 a month on Standard paid yearly and $2.25 at 1,500. The jump from 50 to 100 dashboards, though, is one step with nothing in between, so 51 clients cost the same $664 as 100.
Monthly or yearly?
Paying yearly saves between 14% and 19% depending on the plan: $120 a year on Individual, $840 on Standard, $1,380 at 100 dashboards. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and a cancelled plan stays usable to the end of the period already paid, with the dashboards kept.
What Every Plan Includes and What Costs Extra
The feature matrix ticks almost everything on every plan, Individual included:
- Unlimited users and all 30+ integrations, plus Google Sheets and CSV for custom data
- AI Insights with four preset insights: summary, opportunities, wins and issues
- Calculated widgets, multi-integration dashboards and data blending
- Preset and custom templates, a drag-and-drop editor, comments and widget notes
- White-labelled dashboards with your logo, colour themes, custom domain and custom email
- Automated email dispatch, link sharing and PDF export
- Mark-up on any widget, for example a management fee on cost
- Email and chat support
Business and Standard add a customer success specialist, personalised onboarding, priority support and 1-on-1 screen-sharing sessions. An older help centre answer still says white label starts at Professional, so check it on the trial if you plan to buy Individual.
What costs extra
- AI Insights Pro: chat mode, dashboard context and unlimited insights, at $19 a month or $15 billed yearly.
- More sources than your plan allows: there is no per-source fee, so the extra source is the next plan.
In the other direction, nonprofits get 30% off, and the help centre says the discount applies on top of an annual plan.
How DashThis Pricing Changed
If you have seen DashThis at $38, $42 or $49 a month, those prices were real. Archived copies of the pricing page show four price lists since January 2024:
dashthis.com/pricing as archived, and on 13 September 2026, paid yearly (billed monthly), US dollars per month
| Plan | January 2024 | December 2024 | March 2025 to February 2026 | Since April 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual, 3 dashboards | $38 ($45) | $42 ($49) | $42 ($49) | $44 ($54), 15 sources |
| Professional, 10 | $119 ($139) | $127 ($149) | $135 ($159) | $139 ($164), 40 sources |
| Business, 25 | $229 ($269) | $246 ($289) | $264 ($309) | $279 ($324), 100 sources |
| Standard, 50 | $349 ($419) | $382 ($449) | $409 ($479) | $429 ($499), 200 sources |
| 100 dashboards | $539 ($639) | $586 ($689) | $629 ($739) | $664 ($779), 400 sources |
| 1,000 dashboards | $2,337 ($2,806) | $2,549 ($2,999) | $2,740 ($3,224) | $2,877 ($3,385), 4,000 sources |
From at least December 2024 to February 2026 the page's own headline was "Pay for dashboards, not data sources." The update that followed, by April 2026, added the source limits and raised the yearly prices by 3% to 6%, and monthly billing by up to 10% on Individual. Across those snapshots Standard went from $349 to $429 paid yearly, 23% in under three years.
What DashThis Really Costs as Your Client Roster Grows
The table gives every client one dashboard and four sources (say GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads), plus $5,000 of managed ad spend and 50 leads and sales a month. It reads the DashThis plan that fits both limits and the LeadJourney agency plan whose band fits, with $19 a month ($15 on yearly billing) for each client workspace beyond the ones included.
DashThis vs LeadJourney by roster size, US dollars per month, four sources, $5,000 spend and 50 leads and sales per client
| Clients | DashThis plan | DashThis, monthly (yearly) | LeadJourney plan | LeadJourney, monthly (yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | Professional | $164 ($139) | Starter | $429 ($343) |
| 10 | Professional | $164 ($139) | Starter + 5 workspaces | $524 ($418) |
| 20 | Business | $324 ($279) | Growth + 10 workspaces | $1,269 ($1,013) |
| 40 | Standard | $499 ($429) | Growth + 30 workspaces | $1,649 ($1,313) |
| 60 | 100 dashboard step | $779 ($664) | Scale + 40 workspaces | $2,919 ($2,327) |
| 100 | 100 dashboard step | $779 ($664) | Scale + 80 workspaces | $3,679 ($2,927) |
DashThis is far cheaper at every roster size in this table, and the gap in dollars widens as the roster grows: at 100 clients it is $6.64 a client paid yearly against about $29 on LeadJourney. There is no crossover on these numbers.
Where the assumptions move the numbers
- A fifth source per client moves DashThis up early. Ten clients then need 50 sources, past Professional's 40, so Business at $279; 100 clients need 500, the 125 dashboard step at $759.
- Bigger budgets move LeadJourney, not DashThis. A roster spending $20,000 a client reaches a higher band sooner. Dashboards and sources ignore spend.
- A roster just above a band can stay on the lower LeadJourney plan. Extra spend is $215 a month per $50,000, so the 20 clients above cost $929 a month on Starter with add-ons rather than $1,269 on Growth.
- Not every client needs attribution. Twenty clients on DashThis Business at $279, plus LeadJourney Starter at $343 for the five whose budgets are questioned, is $622 a month paid yearly.
When DashThis Is Worth the Price
DashThis is the quickest route from a connected account to a branded client report, and at volume it costs a few dollars a report. It earns its price when:
- The report is the deliverable. SEO, social and local clients who read a monthly report on sessions, rankings and followers are what the templates are built for.
- You want white label from the first plan. Custom logo, domain and email are ticked on Individual.
- Your roster is large. A dashboard costs $6.64 a month at 100 and $2.88 at 1,000, paid yearly.
- Your team is not technical. Templates, a drag-and-drop editor and unlimited users mean account managers build their own reports.
- You run a nonprofit. 30% off, on top of annual billing.
When DashThis Pricing Works Against You
- Your clients ask what the budget returned. DashThis reports what each connected platform reports. It does not track visits, and joining a HubSpot deal to the click that started it is not a published feature.
- Your clients have many sources. Five or six accounts per client hit the source limit before the dashboard limit, and the next plan is the only fix.
- Your roster sits just past a plan. Four clients need Professional's 10 dashboards at $139, and 51 clients pay the same $664 as 100.
- You want support on a small plan. The success specialist, onboarding and 1-on-1 sessions start at Business.
- You budget on last year's price. At least three increases since January 2024 took Standard from $349 to $429 paid yearly.
DashThis Pricing vs LeadJourney Pricing
LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform, built lead generation first for B2B and B2C with e-commerce through Shopify beside it, and agencies are one of the audiences it prices for. Its agency plans follow the spend you manage and the leads and sales you track, with client workspaces included.
How DashThis and LeadJourney price for agencies, side by side
| Pricing | DashThis | LeadJourney |
|---|---|---|
| Priced by | Dashboards and connected sources | Managed spend and tracked leads and sales |
| Entry price | $44 / mo paid yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 sources, $54 monthly | $429 / mo up to $50,000 managed spend, 5 client workspaces |
| Largest published price | $3,377 / mo paid yearly for 1,500 dashboards | From $3,239 / mo above $750,000 or 20,000 leads and sales, 40 workspaces |
| Each further client | Free until the next dashboard or source limit | $19 / mo beyond the included workspaces |
| Billing | Monthly, or yearly at 14% to 19% off | Monthly, or yearly at 20% off |
| Free trial | 14 days with 10 dashboards | 14 days, no credit card |
| Extras | AI Insights Pro | Workspaces, spend, leads, seats and call tracking numbers |
| What the report is built from | The numbers each connected platform reports | Leads and sales tracked server-side on the client's domain, joined to CRM deals |
The LeadJourney agency ladder
LeadJourney agency plans in US dollars; also priced in euros, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars
| Plan | Managed spend, leads and sales a month | Client workspaces | Monthly billing | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Up to $50,000 and 1,000 | 5 | $429 / mo | $343 / mo |
| Growth | Up to $250,000 and 7,500 | 10 | $1,079 / mo | $863 / mo |
| Scale | Up to $750,000 and 20,000 | 20 | $2,159 / mo | $1,727 / mo |
| Enterprise | Above $750,000 or 20,000 | 40 | From $3,239 / mo | From $2,591 / mo |
These are different products, and for pure white-label reporting DashThis is the cheaper choice by a wide margin, with templates and a builder LeadJourney does not try to match. LeadJourney produces the numbers such a report is missing: first-party, server-side tracking on the client's domain with 95%+ accuracy, each lead followed through HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another native CRM to the closed deal, every attribution model on every plan, closed deals sent back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and hosting in Frankfurt.
Plenty of agencies keep both: DashThis for the reports whose numbers come from the platforms, LeadJourney under the paid accounts whose clients ask what the budget returned. The full DashThis comparison goes row by row, including how the two connect, and how agencies prove ROI to clients covers the report itself. For attribution priced by tracked volume, see Dreamdata pricing.
How to Estimate Your DashThis Price Before You Buy
- Count dashboards, not clients. One per report you send, so a client with a separate SEO and paid report is two.
- Count sources per client. Every GA4 property, Search Console site, ad account and social page in a dashboard is one source; add them up across the roster.
- Read the plan off both limits. Take the higher of the plan your dashboards need and the plan your sources need.
- Plan on next year's roster. An upgrade is charged at once and a downgrade waits for the renewal, so size for where you will be.
- Choose the billing cycle. Yearly saves $840 on Standard; monthly keeps you free to cancel.
- Price attribution separately, for the clients who need it. Add up those accounts' monthly spend and leads and read the band on LeadJourney's pricing page.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions agencies ask about DashThis pricing before they pick a plan.
How much does DashThis cost per month?
DashThis costs $44 a month paid yearly or $54 monthly for Individual (3 dashboards, 15 sources), $139 or $164 for Professional (10, 40), $279 or $324 for Business (25, 100) and $429 or $499 for Standard (50, 200), in US dollars as its pricing page showed in September 2026. Above 50 dashboards the steps start at $664 paid yearly for 100 dashboards and reach $3,377 for 1,500.
What counts as a source in DashThis pricing?
A source is one connected account or property, such as a GA4 property, a Google Ads account or a Facebook page, and each counts separately even through the same login. It counts once it sits in at least one dashboard, however many dashboards or widgets use it. Connected but unused sources do not count, and at the limit you remove one or upgrade.
Does DashThis have a free trial?
Yes. The pricing page offers 10 dashboards free for 14 days. When the trial ends without a subscription the dashboards still exist but are not accessible until you pick a plan. DashThis takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, and does not accept PayPal for subscriptions.
Is DashThis cheaper paid yearly?
Yes, by 14% to 19% depending on the plan. Standard costs $429 a month paid yearly instead of $499, which saves $840 a year, and Individual $44 instead of $54. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay usable to the end of the paid period. Upgrades are charged at once with a credit for unused days; downgrades wait for the renewal.
Did DashThis raise its prices?
Yes, several times, going by archived copies of its pricing page. In January 2024 the plans cost $38, $119, $229 and $349 a month paid yearly, in December 2024 $42, $127, $246 and $382, and from March 2025 to February 2026 $42, $135, $264 and $409. By April 2026 they cost $44, $139, $279 and $429, with a source limit on every plan.
What is an alternative to DashThis for reporting revenue?
For clients who ask what the ad budget returned, LeadJourney tracks leads and sales server-side on the client's domain, joins them to CRM deals and attributes them to the campaign. Agency plans start at $429 a month up to $50,000 of managed spend with five client workspaces and $19 for each further one, after a 14-day free trial. For reporting alone DashThis is much cheaper, and many agencies run both.
