AgencyAnalytics has one of the simplest price lists in agency software: one plan, one rate per client, every feature included. The number on the page is $20. What the page leaves to arithmetic is what that rate becomes across a roster of 10, 40 or 100 clients, and what the tiers it replaced used to charge.

This guide covers the plan in six currencies, what counts as a client, what costs extra, how the price changed since 2024, and what a growing roster pays, next to LeadJourney's agency plans. Every AgencyAnalytics price below was read on agencyanalytics.com, its help centre or an archived copy of its pricing page on 13 September 2026.

AgencyAnalytics Pricing in Short

In short

AgencyAnalytics has one plan, Core, at $20 per client a month billed annually or $25 billed monthly, with every feature included, from white-label reports and the client portal to MCP and API access. A client is one website or URL. Enterprise starts at 25 clients on a quote with volume discounts. AI Tracker and Rank Tracker cost extra. The trial runs 14 days with no credit card, and a first purchase carries a 30-day refund guarantee. The single plan replaced the Freelancer, Agency and Agency Pro tiers in spring 2026, so small rosters now pay more and larger ones less.

How AgencyAnalytics Pricing Works

The unit is the client. Data sources, reports, dashboards, staff and client users are unlimited, so the client count is the only number on the invoice before add-ons.

What counts as a client

The help centre defines a client as one website or URL you report on. A customer with several websites or several Google Business Profiles can take more than one, and each client connects as many of the 85+ integrations as it needs.

How the count is billed

  • You pay for the count on the subscription, not the clients in use. Deleting a client does not lower the renewal until you reduce the count in billing.
  • Adding clients mid-term is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and the next renewal carries the new total.
  • Reducing the count gives a credit, not a refund. The difference is applied to future charges.
  • Clients cannot be paused or archived. A deleted client can be restored, and restoring it is charged pro rata too.
  • Annual billing is a one-year commitment. Cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund for the months left.

The AgencyAnalytics Plan and the Enterprise Tier

Core is the whole price list for a roster under 25. The page shows it in six currencies, and the annual rate is 20% below the monthly one in US dollars:

AgencyAnalytics Core, per client per month, read in each currency on 13 September 2026

The page adds that pricing and available plans may vary by region.

Enterprise, from 25 clients

From 25 clients AgencyAnalytics offers a custom plan with volume discounts, database connectors, priority support and dedicated training. No Enterprise price is published, and buyer data on Vendr has no contract figures for AgencyAnalytics, so the discount is a conversation.

What Is Included and What Costs Extra

Every client on Core gets the same list. The page's key features:

  • Automated client reporting
  • White-label branding, custom domain and email
  • Client portal
  • AI insights, goals, alerts and anomaly detection
  • Benchmarks and forecasting
  • MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude
  • API access and 85+ integrations
  • Unlimited staff and client users
  • Email and chat support, and a free onboarding call

The full list adds report scheduling and approvals, roll-up reports and dashboards across clients, agency markup, version history, bulk operations, custom metrics and the Google Sheets integration. In August 2025 AI insights, custom metrics, benchmarks, forecasting, bulk operations and API access still sat on the higher tiers only.

Both trackers can be trialled free for 14 days, and the help centre notes that they bill automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.

How AgencyAnalytics Pricing Changed

If you have seen AgencyAnalytics at $12, $59, $79 or $179 a month, those prices were real. Archived copies of the pricing page show three price models in under three years:

agencyanalytics.com/pricing as archived, and on 13 September 2026

In between, the page ran promotions: 30% off in spring 2025, and a Black Friday price of $41.30, $125.30 and $244.30 in November 2025. The additional client rate also rose inside the old model, from $10 on Freelancer and $15 on Agency in May 2025 to $20 on both by August.

Who pays more since the switch

On annual billing, five clients cost $59 on the old Freelancer plan and cost $100 on Core. Ten cost $179 on Agency and cost $200. Fifteen cost $349 on Agency Pro and cost $300, and 25 cost $549 and cost $500. A small roster pays more for features it may not have missed; a roster of 15 or more pays less and gets everything Agency Pro had.

What AgencyAnalytics Really Costs as Your Client Roster Grows

Per-client pricing is easy to plan with: the invoice is the roster times the rate. The table takes six roster sizes, gives every client $5,000 of managed ad spend and 50 leads and sales a month, and sets the AgencyAnalytics price next to the LeadJourney agency plan whose band fits, with $19 a month ($15 on yearly billing) for each client workspace beyond the ones the plan includes.

AgencyAnalytics vs LeadJourney by roster size, US dollars per month, $5,000 spend and 50 leads and sales per client

On list price AgencyAnalytics is cheaper at every roster size in this table, and from 25 clients its Enterprise quote adds volume discounts that only widen the gap. What narrows is the ratio: on yearly billing LeadJourney works out at about $69 a client with five clients and about $29 with 100, against a flat $20.

Where the assumptions move the numbers

  • Bigger budgets move LeadJourney, not AgencyAnalytics. A roster spending $20,000 a client reaches a higher band sooner. A per-client price ignores spend entirely.
  • A roster just above a band can stay on the lower plan. Extra spend is $215 a month per $50,000 and extra leads $159 per 2,500, so the 20 clients above cost $929 a month on Starter with add-ons rather than $1,269 on Growth.
  • Not every client needs attribution. Twenty clients on AgencyAnalytics at $400 a month, plus LeadJourney Starter at $343 for the five whose budgets are questioned, is $743 for both.

When AgencyAnalytics Is Worth the Price

At $20 a client AgencyAnalytics is probably the best value in agency reporting. It earns its rate when:

  • The report is the deliverable. SEO, social and local clients who measure rankings, traffic, reviews and followers are what the 85+ integrations cover best: 14 SEO sources and 16 social ones.
  • White-label polish matters. Custom domain and email, the client portal, report approvals, roll-ups across the roster and agency markup are all on the one plan.
  • Your roster is many small clients. Ten local businesses cost $200 a month on annual billing, and a new client adds $20, whatever its budget.
  • You have 15 or more clients. Since the switch you pay less than Agency Pro cost and every feature comes with it.

When AgencyAnalytics Pricing Works Against You

  • Your clients ask what the budget returned. AgencyAnalytics reports what each connected platform reports. It does not track visits, and joining a closed deal to the click is not a published feature, so the report stops at cost per click and cost per form fill.
  • One customer is several clients. Multi-site customers and some multi-location ones are counted per website or URL, so the roster on the invoice can be longer than your customer list.
  • Your roster moves. You pay for the count on the subscription until you lower it, a lower count becomes a credit rather than a refund, and annual plans are not refunded pro rata.
  • Your SEO clients track many keywords. Rank Tracker is billed per 500 keywords on top of the per-client rate.
  • You need a warehouse in the report. Database connectors come with Enterprise or on a quote.

AgencyAnalytics Pricing vs LeadJourney Pricing

LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform, built lead generation first for B2B and B2C with e-commerce through Shopify beside it, and agencies are one of the audiences it prices for. Its agency plans follow the spend you manage and the leads and sales you track, with client workspaces included.

How AgencyAnalytics and LeadJourney price for agencies, side by side

The LeadJourney agency ladder

LeadJourney agency plans in US dollars; also priced in euros, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars

These are different products, and for pure white-label reporting AgencyAnalytics is both cheaper and more complete: approvals, roll-ups, agency markup, a custom domain and email, rank and AI visibility tracking. LeadJourney produces the numbers such a report is missing: first-party, server-side tracking on the client's domain with 95%+ accuracy, each lead followed through HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another native CRM to the closed deal, every attribution model on every plan, closed deals sent back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and hosting in Frankfurt.

Plenty of agencies run both: AgencyAnalytics for the SEO and social accounts, LeadJourney under the paid accounts whose clients ask what the budget returned. The full AgencyAnalytics comparison goes row by row, including how the two connect, and how agencies prove ROI to clients covers the report itself. How to Estimate Your AgencyAnalytics Price Before You Buy

  1. Count clients the way AgencyAnalytics does. One per website or URL, so a customer with three sites is three clients.
  2. Plan on your peak roster. The count on the subscription is what renews, and lowering it mid-term earns a credit rather than a refund.
  3. Choose the billing cycle. At 30 clients, annual billing saves $1,800 a year over monthly, in exchange for a year's commitment.
  4. Add the add-ons. Total the keywords across your SEO clients and divide by 500 for Rank Tracker; add AI Tracker credits if clients ask about AI visibility.
  5. From 25 clients, ask for the Enterprise quote. Volume discounts exist, and database connectors come with it.
  6. Price attribution separately, for the clients who need it. Add up those accounts' monthly spend and leads and read the band on LeadJourney's pricing page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions agencies ask about AgencyAnalytics pricing before they add their roster.

How much does AgencyAnalytics cost per month?

AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client a month billed annually or $25 per client billed monthly, as its pricing page showed in September 2026. There is one plan, Core, with every feature included, so ten clients cost $200 a month on annual billing. Agencies with 25 or more clients can ask for an Enterprise quote with volume discounts, and AI Tracker and Rank Tracker are paid add-ons.

What counts as a client in AgencyAnalytics pricing?

A client is one website or URL you report on, and each can connect as many of the 85+ integrations as it needs. A customer with several websites or several Google Business Profiles can take more than one client. Billing follows the client count on your subscription rather than the clients in use, so deleting one lowers nothing until you reduce the count in billing.

Does AgencyAnalytics have a free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 14 days with every feature and needs no credit card, and an account without payment details closes when it ends. A first purchase carries a 30-day, 100% refund guarantee. Rank Tracker and AI Tracker can also be trialled free for 14 days, and they bill automatically afterwards unless you cancel them.

Is AgencyAnalytics cheaper billed annually?

Yes, by 20% in US dollars: $20 per client a month instead of $25. In euros it is €17 instead of €21, in pounds £15 instead of £19. The annual plan commits you for a year, and cancelling mid-term keeps access to the end of the paid period without refunding the months left. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

What happened to the Freelancer, Agency and Agency Pro plans?

Archived copies of the pricing page show them replaced by a single plan between mid-April and mid-May 2026. In August 2025 Freelancer cost $59, Agency $179 and Agency Pro $349 a month billed annually, with 5, 10 and 15 clients included and $20 for each further client. Core charges $20 per client for every feature, so small rosters pay more and rosters of 15 or more pay less.

What is an alternative to AgencyAnalytics for reporting revenue?

For clients who ask what the ad budget returned, LeadJourney tracks leads and sales server-side on the client's domain, joins them to CRM deals and attributes them to the campaign. Agency plans start at $429 a month up to $50,000 of managed spend with five client workspaces and $19 for each further one, after a 14-day free trial. On list price AgencyAnalytics is cheaper, and many agencies run both.
