HockeyStack's pricing page has a headline, four lines under "Every plan includes" and a form to book a call. It has no number, no tier and no trial. What the contract costs is decided in the sales conversation.

This guide collects what can be known before that call: what buyers report paying, what the documentation says costs extra, how the usage credits work, and the prices the page itself printed in 2023 and 2024. Every HockeyStack fact below was read on hockeystack.com, its documentation, Vendr or an archived copy of its pricing page on 13 September 2026.

HockeyStack Pricing in Short

In short

HockeyStack publishes no price: every plan is quoted after a demo and includes integrations, a success team and a custom setup. Buyer data on Vendr puts the median contract at $29,702 a year across 33 purchases, with deals from $24,040 to $77,500, sold as annual contracts. On top, the documentation names a Data Warehouse add-on, an Enhanced Fingerprint add-on, a Salesforce Sync add-on, an implementation fee for new dashboard builds, and credits for agents and enrichment. The page used to show a price: from $949 a month in April 2023 and Growth at $1,399 a month, billed annually by August 2024.

How HockeyStack Pricing Works

HockeyStack sells custom plans. The pricing page lists what every plan includes (integrations with your GTM tools and CRM, hands-on support from the success team, custom setups for complex data environments, real-time ROI tracking and reporting) and then asks for your name, email and what you want from the call. A September 2025 version of the page added that startup pricing is available.

What the quote is built on

The page no longer names a unit, but the old ones are on record. In 2023 the price started at 10,000 visitors a month, then at 10,000 monthly tracked users, which HockeyStack defined as anything that denotes a unique person or entity: anonymous visitors, identified visitors, CRM leads and companies. Vendr's buyer data today names tracked contacts or accounts as the largest lever, followed by data volume, features, contract term and services.

  • The price follows reach, not results or budget. More visitors, a larger CRM and more connected sources all add tracked records.
  • Scope is part of the price. Account Intelligence, professional services and the add-ons are quoted on top of the analytics platform.
  • The term is part of the price. Buyer data describes annual contracts as standard, with discounts for longer ones.

What HockeyStack Includes, and What Costs Extra

The platform is broad. Marketing Intelligence covers every attribution model with lookbacks and custom weighting, lift reports, buyer journeys for accounts and contacts, and Odin, the AI analyst, in the app and in Slack. Account Intelligence adds scoring from first-party and third-party signals, stakeholder maps and workflows that sync audiences and tasks to other tools. The integrations run from LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and Reddit ads to Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense and the warehouses.

What costs extra

  • Data Warehouse add-on. The docs say plainly that data imports and exports require it, whether you want trials in from Snowflake or unified data out to BigQuery.
  • Enhanced Fingerprint. A premium add-on for cross-device and VPN visitors, enabled by your HockeyStack representative.
  • Salesforce Sync. Sending unified company and person records, touchpoints and journey stages back to Salesforce is an add-on.
  • Implementation services. New dashboard builds, modifications and additional implementation services are subject to an implementation fee. Buyer data puts onboarding for complex setups at $5,000 to $15,000 or more.
  • Credits. Agents spend credits per reasoning step, lookup and action; enrichment and Account Intelligence features are metered the same way.

The documentation publishes what each action costs in credits, not what a credit costs in dollars or how many a contract includes. Ask for both, because an agent that enriches phone numbers across a target account list spends credits fast.

What HockeyStack Costs in Practice

With no price on the page, the best public evidence is what buyers pay. Vendr, which negotiates software contracts, reports a median of $29,702 a year across 33 HockeyStack purchases, with deals from $24,040 to $77,500. Its estimates by size run wider:

HockeyStack contract values estimated by Vendr, updated February 2026

The first year column adds the $5,000 to $15,000 onboarding range Vendr reports for complex setups, which not every contract carries. The smallest band starts below the lowest of the 33 purchases, so read it as an estimate and the purchase data as the firmer number. The same source describes annual contracts as standard, monthly billing as less common and priced higher, 10 to 25% off for two or three year terms, and renewal increases of 5 to 15%.

How HockeyStack Pricing Changed

Articles still quote HockeyStack at $949 or $1,399 a month. Both prices were on its pricing page. Archived copies show when:

The August 2024 page is the most useful one to read today. Growth at $1,399 a month billed annually is $16,788 a year, and it already marked Snowflake and BigQuery, marketing mix modeling, company identification by IP, forecasting, lead scoring and SSO as paid add-ons. Since then the product has added Odin, Account Intelligence and agents, and the price has moved into the call. Buyer data suggests the typical contract now lands well above that old Growth plan.

What HockeyStack Costs Next to a Published Price

HockeyStack's price follows tracked records and LeadJourney's follows ad spend, so any side-by-side needs an assumption. The table pairs each of Vendr's bands with a monthly ad budget a B2B team of that size might plausibly run, then prints both LeadJourney billing options as a yearly total.

HockeyStack as Vendr reports it vs LeadJourney as published, US dollars per year

Within the ranges buyers report there is no crossover: the closest point is LeadJourney's Enterprise plan on monthly billing, from $12,948 a year, against the bottom of Vendr's smallest band at $12,000. Neither side publishes its top end, so for a very large budget the only honest comparison is two quotes.

The gap is not the same product at two prices. A HockeyStack contract buys account intelligence, third-party intent, stakeholder maps and an analyst over the whole GTM stack, which LeadJourney does not attempt. The question is whether your team needs those, or needs to know which click became which deal.

When HockeyStack Is Worth the Price

HockeyStack resolves an enterprise's CRM, ad, ABM, product and warehouse data into one dataset a whole go-to-market team can reason over. The contract earns its size when:

  • You sell to accounts, not leads. Scoring, stakeholder maps and account journeys are what an account-based programme runs on.
  • Your stack is large. Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong and a warehouse feeding one model is the problem the product is built for.
  • Sales uses the output too. Workflows push tasks, audiences and records to reps and tools, not only to a dashboard.
  • You want lift and not only attribution. Lift reports measure incremental impact on pipeline, beside every attribution model.
  • You have RevOps to run it. A success team and custom setups help, and someone on your side still owns the data model.

When HockeyStack Pricing Works Against You

  • You want a number before a call. No price is published for any size, and the unit behind the quote is no longer named on the page.
  • You want to try it first. There is no trial on the page; the interactive demo is a demo account, not your data.
  • You budget a year at a time. Annual contracts, add-ons, credits and renewal increases of 5 to 15% as reported make the second year hard to predict.
  • Your conversion is a named lead. When revenue arrives as a form, a call or a booked meeting, account intelligence is capability you pay for and may not use.
  • You want every ad platform to learn from the deal. The documented syncs are the LinkedIn Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions for Leads; Meta and Microsoft take a webhook through Zapier or Make.

HockeyStack Pricing vs LeadJourney Pricing

LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform, built lead generation first for B2B and B2C, with e-commerce through Shopify beside it. It follows every named lead from the first click through the form, the call and the CRM stages to the closed deal, and its plans are priced by monthly ad spend and published in full.

The LeadJourney ladder

Where HockeyStack is ahead, it is ahead: account intelligence, third-party intent, lift reports and an analyst across the whole GTM stack. LeadJourney is built differently around the lead. It tracks server-side on your own domain, attributes every named lead with every model on every plan, connects HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign and Odoo natively, counts ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek as sources, and sends stage changes and closed deals to four ad platforms without an add-on, hosted in Frankfurt.

How to Estimate Your HockeyStack Price Before the Demo

  1. Count your tracked records. Monthly website visitors, CRM contacts with activity and the companies behind them, since buyer data names contact or account volume as the largest lever.
  2. Place yourself in a band. Use the Vendr figures above, with the median of $29,702 as the anchor, and budget onboarding on top for the first year.
  3. List the add-ons you would need. Warehouse imports or exports, Salesforce Sync and Enhanced Fingerprint are each priced separately.
  4. Ask what a credit costs. And how many the contract includes, what an agent run typically spends, and what happens when the balance runs out.
  5. Ask about the renewal and the data. The escalator, the discount for a longer term, and where your data is hosted: the 2024 pricing page said AWS in Frankfurt, and today the answer sits behind a trust centre request.
  6. Price the alternative on the same needs. A tool priced by ad spend needs only your monthly budget, which you already know.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions B2B teams ask about HockeyStack pricing before the demo.

How much does HockeyStack cost?

HockeyStack publishes no price; every plan is quoted after a demo. Buyer data on Vendr, updated February 2026, puts the median contract at $29,702 a year across 33 purchases, with deals from $24,040 to $77,500, sold as annual contracts. Onboarding for complex setups is reported at $5,000 to $15,000 or more, and add-ons and usage credits are priced on top.

Does HockeyStack have a free trial?

Its pricing page offers no trial. The way in is a demo form, and the page links to a public interactive demo, a demo account rather than your own data. In April 2023 the page offered a 30-day refund period instead of a trial; later versions dropped it. The documentation describes a self-serve product onboarding once you are a customer.

Did HockeyStack use to publish its prices?

Yes. An archived copy of the pricing page from April 2023 shows plans from $949 a month for 10,000 visitors and 10 seats. From December 2023 to at least August 2024 the Growth plan cost $1,399 a month, billed annually on the August 2024 page, with Enterprise on custom pricing and several paid add-ons. By February 2025 the page no longer printed a price.

What costs extra on HockeyStack?

HockeyStack's documentation names a Data Warehouse add-on for imports and exports, an Enhanced Fingerprint premium add-on, a Salesforce Sync add-on and an implementation fee for new dashboard builds and extra services. Agents, enrichment and Account Intelligence features spend credits, from 0.1 per company for LLM scoring to 10 per phone number, and no price per credit is published.

Is HockeyStack billed monthly or annually?

The current pricing page does not say. Its August 2024 version described the Growth price as billed annually, and Vendr's buyer data describes annual contracts as standard, monthly billing as less common and priced higher, discounts of 10 to 25% for two or three year terms, and renewal increases of 5 to 15% a year.

What is a cheaper alternative to HockeyStack?

For a team whose revenue arrives as named leads, forms, calls and CRM deals, LeadJourney publishes its price and bills by ad spend: $139 a month up to $5,000 of spend and $539 up to $50,000, monthly or yearly, with the conversion sync to four ad platforms on every plan and a 14-day free trial. It does not identify anonymous companies or score accounts, which HockeyStack does.
