Same partner, same offer, same payout terms. The difference is a click that was recorded on your side, and a conversion you can trace back to it in the logs.

The problem

Traffic counted only on the partner's side can never be verified on yours

Most affiliate disputes are not fraud, they are two tracking systems disagreeing. Browser pixels drop conversions, cookies expire mid journey, and each side counts in its own dashboard. Without a record of your own, the partner's number wins by default, because it is the only number that exists.

Why affiliate traffic is hard to verify

The counting happens on someone else's side

  • The click count lives in the partner's or the network's dashboard, produced by tracking you cannot inspect.
  • Browser pixels drop conversions when ad blockers, iOS or cookie banners interfere, so even honest numbers drift apart.
  • The click and the sale live in different systems, so nobody can point at the exact click behind a commission.
  • Several partners can touch the same buyer, and the last cookie wins the payout whether it earned the sale or not.
  • Every network reports in its own format, so comparing partners means spreadsheets and goodwill.
  • Disputes come down to your word against theirs, and the invoice usually wins.

The same partners with LeadJourney

Every click recorded where you can check it

  • Every partner click is recorded server-side on your own domain, the moment the visitor lands on your page.
  • Postbacks register each sale server to server, so a conversion is recorded even when the browser drops the pixel. 95%+ accuracy.
  • Each conversion is tied to the exact click that produced it, with the full path logged in between.
  • Multi-touch attribution shows every partner that touched the journey, credited in the model you choose.
  • Networks and offers report in one format side by side, and both are unlimited on every plan.
  • Transparent logs hold every click, conversion and postback, so a dispute is settled by a record, not a memory.

The fix

Record every click yourself, then pay and scale on what it produced

Two halves, one answer. LeadJourney keeps the primary record: every click, conversion and postback on your own tracking. The partner report reads from it, so payouts, renegotiations and scaling decisions run on numbers you can defend.

Verify every partner click in LeadJourney

The record lives on your side

  • Clicks are recorded server-side on your own domain the moment partner traffic lands, before blockers can touch them.
  • Server-side postbacks register each conversion against the click that produced it, even when the browser drops the pixel.
  • Transparent logs keep every click, conversion, postback and cost update, so any number can be checked line by line.
  • Direct linking is supported, so partners can send paid traffic straight to the offer and the journey is still tracked.

Pay and scale partners on verified numbers

Cost, revenue and ROI per partner

  • Every commission is matched to the sales behind it, so payouts follow conversions you recorded yourself.
  • Cost, revenue, profit and ROI sit in one report, per partner, per network and per offer.
  • Affiliate network integrations pull conversions and payouts back automatically, so nothing is copied by hand.
  • Scale the partners whose clicks become customers, and renegotiate with the ones whose clicks never do.

What changes

The questions you can answer once every click has your own record

Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney, not an export project. Your partners keep their dashboards, and you finally have one of your own to hold them against.

  • Which of my affiliate partners actually produce sales, not just clicks?

  • Do my partner's click numbers match what actually reached my site?

  • Which conversion is behind each commission I paid last month?

  • What is my real ROI per partner, per network and per offer?

  • Which offers convert best for each traffic source?

  • Which partners send traffic that turns into repeat customers, and which send traffic that bounces?

FAQ

What teams ask before verifying their partner traffic

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

How do I verify the traffic an affiliate says they sent me?

By counting it yourself. LeadJourney records every partner click server-side on your own domain the moment it lands, registers each sale through a postback, and ties the two together. You compare the partner's report against your own record instead of taking the invoice on faith.

What is a server-side postback?

A conversion signal sent server to server instead of fired by a pixel in the buyer's browser. Because no browser is involved, the sale is registered even when the visitor runs an ad blocker, declines cookies or converts on iOS. It is the standard mechanism in affiliate tracking, and LeadJourney records every postback in the logs.

Does LeadJourney integrate with affiliate networks?

Yes. Connect the networks you work with and conversions and payouts are pulled back automatically, so cost, revenue, profit and ROI sit in one place. Network integrations, offers and traffic sources are unlimited on every plan.

Can partners send traffic directly to the offer page?

Yes. Direct linking is supported, so paid traffic can go straight to the offer without a bridge page and the whole journey is still tracked.

How accurate is server-side tracking compared to the pixels we use now?

Server-side tracking records at 95%+ accuracy, because ad blockers, iOS and cookie banners cannot remove what never ran in the browser. And you do not have to take that number on faith either: the transparent logs let you inspect every click, conversion and postback we record.

Can I see the exact click behind a specific commission?

Yes, that is the core record. Each conversion is tied to the click that produced it, with the path in between, so a commission traces back to a specific click on a specific offer from a specific partner.

Does this work for a partner program I run myself, without a network?

Yes. Give each partner their own tracked link, and their clicks, conversions and revenue report the same way network traffic does. Anything that can send or receive data connects over the webhook and the open API.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is processed and stored in the EU, we sign a data processing agreement, and tracking runs first-party and server-side, so it respects consent decisions rather than working around them.
