LeadJourney matches every campaign to the pipeline and closed deals in your CRM, so marketing ROI becomes one number you can defend.
Rated by the teams who fixed this first
Reads revenue from the CRM you already run
One quarter of marketing, twice
Same quarter, same spend, same CRM. The left side reports what marketing did; the right side reports what it returned, per channel and per campaign, joined from the ad platforms and the CRM.
The problem
Ad platforms report clicks and form fills, the CRM reports deals, and the campaign that started each deal is not written on either side. So the ROI question lands in a spreadsheet, or it goes unanswered.
Two systems, no shared key
Spend and revenue joined per campaign
The fix
Two places, one number. LeadJourney computes ROI per channel and per campaign from real CRM outcomes, and puts it where the budget conversation happens: the board slide, the Slack thread, the Monday report.
What went in, what came back
Where the budget gets decided
Watch it
What server-side tracking matched against closed CRM revenue shows once iOS and the ad blockers stop deciding your numbers.
What changes
Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney, not a data project. Your CRM stays the source of truth for revenue, and LeadJourney supplies the campaign behind every euro of it.
What did marketing return last quarter, in pipeline and in closed revenue?
Which channel should get the next ten thousand in budget, based on revenue rather than clicks?
Which campaigns created deals that closed, and which only created leads that went quiet?
What does a customer actually cost us from Meta, from Google and from organic?
How much of the current pipeline did marketing source, and from which campaigns?
Did raising the budget last quarter produce more revenue, or just more spend?

FAQ
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
With revenue, not with activity metrics. LeadJourney matches ad spend to the leads it created and follows those leads through your CRM to pipeline and closed deals, so marketing ROI becomes one number per channel and per campaign. The room can question a CPL slide; a revenue number joined from their own CRM is much harder to argue with.
Every visitor is tracked server-side from the first ad click, and the journey is stitched to the lead the moment the form is submitted. When that lead moves through your CRM, stage changes and deal values flow back to LeadJourney, so the deal is credited to the campaigns that produced it. You can open any deal and read the journey behind the number.
That is the normal case in lead generation, and it is why session based tools lose the connection. LeadJourney keeps click IDs and journeys for months rather than sessions, so a deal that closes in September still credits the campaign that started it in March.
Ad platforms grade their own homework: each one reports the conversions its own pixel saw, they routinely claim the same lead twice, and none of them know what a deal was worth. LeadJourney measures from your website and your CRM, so the ROI is computed on revenue that actually landed, and every platform is judged on the same yardstick.
Yes. Every CRM stage you sync is visible per channel and per campaign, so you can report pipeline created this quarter next to the revenue that has already closed. That matters when sales cycles are long and the board meets more often than your deals close.
The deal is credited to the touchpoints that produced it, with multi-touch attribution models you can switch between: first click, last click, linear and position based. That does not take anything away from sales; it answers a different question, which is where the deal came from before sales ever spoke to it.
