54% better lead quality after using LeadJourney for marketing

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce record the last session, not the first click. LeadJourney tracks the whole journey and writes the real source back.
Rated by the teams who fixed this first
Enriches the CRM you already run
One lead, before and after
Same lead, same CRM, same fields your reports already run on. The difference is a journey that was tracked before the record existed.
The problem
Your CRM records what it can see, which is the last session before the form was submitted. Everything before that, the ad click three weeks ago, the podcast mention, the ChatGPT recommendation, happens where the CRM cannot look.
It only ever sees the last session
The journey is captured before the CRM record exists
The fix
Two places, one answer. Marketing works in LeadJourney, where every journey is laid out touch by touch. Sales stays in the CRM, where the real source now sits on the record they already open.
The dashboard marketing runs on
Attribution where sales already works
Watch it
What the lead source field looks like once the whole journey is recorded instead of the last touch before the form.
What changes
Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney, not a data project. Your CRM stays the source of truth for the pipeline, and LeadJourney supplies the source that produced it.
Which channels actually produced the leads my CRM calls Direct?
Which campaign created the leads that became customers, not just form fills?
How many leads did organic and AI search really send us last month?
What does a lead from each channel cost, based on real ad spend?
Which sources produce leads that close, and which only fill the top of the funnel?
How many touchpoints does a lead need before it converts, and which ones repeat?

FAQ
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
Because the CRM's tracking starts and ends in the visitor's browser, in one session. UTM parameters are gone by the time a lead returns through a bookmark or a typed URL, iOS and ad blockers strip the tracking script, and every anonymous visit before the form submission is invisible to it. All of those journeys collapse into Direct or Website Form Submission. It is not a CRM bug, it is a limit of where the CRM can look.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, monday.com and GoHighLevel have native integrations, and a webhook plus Zapier, Make and n8n cover everything else. The attribution fields are the same whichever CRM receives them.
First and last touch channel, source and campaign, the ad and creative, every UTM parameter, the click ID from each platform, the landing page and referrer, and a link to the full journey in LeadJourney. You choose which of those are in scope before anything is written.
No. Nothing is written to a field you have not mapped. Most teams write the attribution into dedicated LeadJourney fields and leave their existing source fields untouched, so historic reporting stays comparable.
Tracking starts when the snippet goes live, so journeys are captured from that day forward and historic leads keep the source they have. That is the strongest argument for installing early: every week before the snippet is another week of leads filed under Direct. Setup takes about 21 minutes.
They get a real source too. Organic search, referral, email and social are tracked as first class channels, AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini are separated from direct traffic, and custom channels cover podcasts, newsletters and affiliates.
Self reported attribution is a memory, and it usually names the last thing the lead recalls rather than the ad that started the journey. Keep the question if it works for you; LeadJourney puts the measured journey next to the answer, so you can see both and spend against the one that is complete.
Yes. Data is processed and stored in the EU, we sign a data processing agreement, and tracking runs first-party and server-side, so it respects consent decisions rather than working around them.
