LeadJourney vs Swydo

A report can only say what its sources know

Swydo formats and sends what the platforms report; LeadJourney creates, attributes and explains the number the client asks for. The rows are the features our pricing page lists, so the table shows where a reporting tool stops.

Credit where it is due

For an agency whose deliverable is a monthly PPC report, Swydo is hard to argue with: one flat plan, white label in the price, unlimited clients, and a per-source fee that falls as the roster grows. The table is about what the report says: Swydo can only pass on the conversions each platform claims.

Pricing

Both price lists are public. Here they are side by side.

Swydo prices by data sources on one plan, LeadJourney's agency plans by managed spend and the leads and sales you generate. Both ladders below are the published tiers.

What the axis means for an agency

Data sources price the reports; managed spend and leads price the attribution. Fifteen clients on Google Ads, Meta and GA4 run 45 sources on Swydo, about €227 a month, for the numbers the platforms claim. The same agency on LeadJourney's €999 Growth plan gets its own tracking, the CRM stages attributed and the conversions sent back.

Why agencies switch

Why agencies choose LeadJourney over a reporting tool

Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.

The report is built on data the agency owns

  • Server-side tracking, 95%+ accuracy

Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.

  • Conversions API sync on every plan

Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.

  • Organic and AI search as sources of their own

Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.

  • Forms, calls and CRM stages as conversions

Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.

  • Call tracking as an add-on

Static numbers per campaign or dynamic number insertion per visitor, on every plan, billed per number plus usage, and CallRail or Podium if you already run one. Every call lands on the click that made the phone ring.

What the client actually asks: which campaign made the deal

  • Multi-touch attribution, every model

First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.

  • CRM revenue attribution

Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.

  • Offline conversion tracking

Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.

  • Lead quality by channel

See which channels bring leads that qualify and close, not just the ones that fill the form.

  • The full journey of every lead

Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.

Per client, on schedule, without the export

  • Client workspaces for agencies

A workspace per client with its own tracking, reports and unlimited client seats, a cross-client overview on top, built for agencies that run lead generation for others.

  • Scheduled reports

Reports that arrive by email on the rhythm you choose, per client for agencies, without anyone exporting a CSV.

  • Ask Atlas, the AI marketing analyst

Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.

  • Custom report builder

Build any report from raw data, pick the metrics, dimensions and layout, then save it as a live dashboard. No SQL required.

  • Reports ready on day one

Channel, campaign, landing page and conversion path reports, plus the lead overview, built in and filled the moment data arrives.

Switching

From Swydo to LeadJourney in 21 minutes

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.

  1. 1About 5 minutes

    Add the LeadJourney script

Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the tags that feed your Swydo reports today. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.

  2. 2About 10 minutes

Connect your ad accounts and CRM

Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.

  3. 3About 6 minutes

    Ask for your first number

The standard reports are there the moment data arrives: channels, campaigns, landing pages, conversion paths and the journey of every lead. For anything else, ask Atlas in plain language or build the report yourself from raw data, then save it as a dashboard.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

Swydo vs LeadJourney, your questions answered

The questions agencies ask before choosing between a reporting tool and an attribution platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.

What is the actual difference between Swydo and LeadJourney?

Swydo is a client reporting tool: it connects the accounts an agency manages, formats what Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and 38+ other sources report into branded templates, and sends them to clients on a schedule for one flat fee by data source. LeadJourney is an all-in-one attribution platform with a workspace per client: it tracks on each client's domain server-side, follows every lead through the CRM stages to the closed deal, tracks a client's shop orders through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, records calls with static and dynamic numbers as an add-on, attributes that revenue with every model, sends the deal back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft, and reports it, on a schedule, per client. Swydo reports the platforms' numbers; LeadJourney produces the number the client wants.

Swydo is €69 a month for everything. How does LeadJourney's pricing compare?

Both are public and they price different things. Swydo is €69 a month (€62 billed annually) for the first 10 data sources, then €4.50, €3.00 and €2.00 per source in bands, with unlimited clients and users, so a fifteen-client roster on three sources each is about €227. LeadJourney's agency plans follow the spend you manage and the leads and sales you generate: €399 a month up to €50,000 of managed spend and 1,000 leads and sales, €999 up to €250,000 and 7,500, €1,999 up to €750,000 and 20,000, and from €2,999 above that, monthly or yearly, client workspaces included, after a 14-day trial without a card.

We send Swydo reports to thirty clients. Can the two run side by side?

Yes. Plenty of agencies keep the reporting tool the client is used to and change what goes into it. There is no native Swydo connector for LeadJourney, but Swydo reads any third-party data from Google Sheets, and LeadJourney's API and Zapier app can write cost per qualified lead and closed revenue by campaign into a sheet per client on a schedule. Webhooks and the MCP connection are the other routes today; the data warehouse export to BigQuery or Snowflake is on the roadmap. Most agencies then find the LeadJourney client workspace, with unlimited client seats and its own scheduled email reports, replaces the PDF for the clients who care about revenue.

Swydo's white-label reports and client portals are why we bought it. What does LeadJourney give the client?

Something different, and it is worth being clear about it. Swydo puts your logo on every report and portal, and LeadJourney does not white-label. What the client gets instead is a workspace of its own with unlimited client seats, the standard reports filled from its own tracking, the journey of every lead it can look up by name, scheduled client email reports on the rhythm you choose, and Atlas to ask questions in plain language. The agency sees every workspace on one cross-client overview. If the deliverable is the branded PDF, keep Swydo for it; if the deliverable is proof of revenue, the workspace is where that proof lives.

Can Swydo show a client which campaign produced the closed deals?

Not from what its pricing page lists. Swydo brings in HubSpot and ActiveCampaign as data sources and CallRail for call counts, so pipeline numbers and calls can sit on the report next to the spend, but each source reports its own figures and nothing on the feature list joins a deal to the click that started it. LeadJourney records that click on the client's domain, follows the lead through the CRM stages to the closed deal, attributes the revenue with every model, and sends the deal back to the ad platforms as an offline conversion, so the client's campaigns optimise on revenue rather than on form fills.

How long does it take to move thirty clients?

About 21 minutes per client to be live, and the first one comes with an onboarding call with a tracking expert. One-click client onboarding creates the workspace; add the script to the client's site or GTM container, connect its ad accounts and CRM over OAuth, and the standard reports fill as data arrives. Historic campaign data and spend are imported from the ad platforms during setup, so the channel and campaign reports are not empty on day one. Views a client insists on are built once in the report builder and saved, and the scheduled client email report takes over from the PDF.
