Use case

Every brand measures success differently. The group needs one number.

Five brands, five stacks, five definitions of a lead. LeadJourney applies one standard, with each brand measured against its own CRM revenue.

Live and comparable

Same brands, same budgets. The difference is that a euro spent in one market is finally measured the same way as a euro spent in another.

The problem

When every brand measures differently, the group number is a negotiation

Each brand chose its own stack at a different time, for good local reasons. The result is that 'lead', 'qualified' and 'ROAS' mean something slightly different in every market, and comparing brands means normalising five exports in a spreadsheet, every quarter.

Why the decks cannot be compared

Reasonable local choices, incompatible results

  • Every brand runs its own analytics setup, pixels and tag manager, configured differently.
  • "Lead" and "qualified" are defined by each market, so the same word means different things.
  • One brand reports platform numbers, another GA4, a third whatever its agency's deck says.
  • Consolidation is quarterly spreadsheet work: five exports, five currencies of metrics, one intern.
  • Underperformance can hide behind a metric definition for years, because nothing is comparable.
  • The group budget split gets defended with anecdotes, because the numbers cannot argue.

The same group with LeadJourney

One method, applied to every brand

  • Every brand is tracked the same way: server-side, first-party, at 95%+ accuracy.
  • One attribution standard group-wide, with the same models applied to every market.
  • Each brand is measured against the revenue in its own CRM, not against a platform's claim.
  • Paid, organic, social and AI search report in the same currency: leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Brands and regions are compared like for like, so a strong quarter means the same thing everywhere.
  • Budget follows measured return across the group, rather than the most confident deck.

The fix

One standard for the group, autonomy for every brand

Standardising measurement does not mean centralising marketing. Every brand keeps its own channels, its own CRM and its own team; what becomes shared is the method the results are measured by.

One standard in the group view

The same yardstick for every brand

  • The same server-side tracking on every brand's site, so no market wins by losing less data.
  • The same multi-touch attribution models everywhere, so credit is assigned one way group-wide.
  • Leads, pipeline and closed revenue as the shared currency, matched to each brand's CRM.
  • AI search, organic and social measured like paid, so new channels report identically in every market.

Each brand keeps its own house

Local teams, local tools, shared method

  • Brands and regions run in their own workspaces, separated cleanly instead of mixed into one account.
  • Each brand connects its own ad accounts and its own CRM, native or over a webhook, nothing migrates.
  • Local teams and their agencies work from the same live numbers in shared workspaces.
  • EU hosting, a signed DPA and first-party tracking, so one legal review covers every market.

What changes

The questions a group can only ask on one standard

Every one of these needs the same definition of a lead and the same attribution in every market. That is exactly what one measurement standard buys.

  • Which brand turns ad spend into revenue most efficiently?

  • What does a qualified lead cost in each region, measured the same way?

  • Which channels work in one market but not in another, and why?

  • How much revenue does AI search produce across the whole group?

  • Which subsidiary's growth is real, and which is a definition change?

  • Where should next year's group budget move, brand by brand?

FAQ

What groups ask before standardising measurement

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

How do you standardise marketing measurement across brands?

By standardising the method, not the marketing. Every brand gets the same server-side tracking, the same attribution models and the same definition of a lead, a qualified lead and revenue, matched to its own CRM. Once the method is shared, the numbers become comparable and the local strategies can stay different.

Does every brand have to give up its own tools?

No. Each brand keeps its ad accounts, its CRM and its site exactly as they are; LeadJourney connects to them rather than replacing them. GA4 can stay for site behaviour. What changes is where the group reads results: one place, one standard.

Can brands keep separate CRMs?

Yes, and most groups do. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio and GoHighLevel connect natively, and a webhook plus Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest. Each brand is measured against the revenue in its own CRM, whichever one that is.

Can each brand's team see only its own data?

Brands run in their own workspaces, and access is scoped to the workspace a login belongs to. Local teams and their agencies work in their own brand's numbers, while the group level sees across them.

How long does a group rollout take?

Each brand takes about 21 minutes: one script, its ad accounts, its CRM, no developer required. Groups usually start with two brands, read the first like for like comparison, and roll the standard out from there instead of running a big-bang migration.

Is this GDPR compliant across EU markets?

Yes. Data is processed and stored in the EU, we sign a data processing agreement, and tracking runs first-party and server-side, so it respects consent decisions in every market. One legal review covers the whole group rather than one per brand.

What does it cost for a group with several brands?

Plans are based on tracked events rather than seats, so brand teams, regional teams and their agencies can work in the same account without per-user maths. The pricing page has the current tiers, and for a group-wide rollout the demo call is the honest starting point.
