LeadJourney sends events server to server through the Conversions API, enriched with the hashed email, phone and fbclid the Pixel never had.

Connects the ad platforms you buy on
One Lead event, before and after
Same event name, same campaign, same Events Manager screen. The difference is how many identifiers the event carries when it arrives, because that is all the score has ever measured.
The problem
Event Match Quality measures how much customer information your events carry when they reach Meta. A browser pixel can only send what it can read in the browser at that moment, and after consent banners and iOS that is often close to nothing.
It can only send what the browser exposes
The identifiers come from the server and the CRM
The fix
Two places, one event. LeadJourney owns the journey, the click ID and the CRM record, and sends them as one enriched event. Meta receives more identifiers per event, which is the only lever the score has.
Where the identifiers actually live
Where match quality is scored
What changes
Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney, not an Events Manager guess. Meta keeps scoring what arrives; what arrives just gets a lot richer.
Which of my conversions is Meta actually able to attribute to an ad?
How many conversions was the Pixel losing to blockers and declined banners?
Which campaigns produce the leads that qualify in the CRM, not just fire events?
What does a closed deal cost per campaign once late conversions flow back?
How does Meta compare with Google and LinkedIn on cost per qualified lead?
Which events reached Meta this week, and what identifiers did each one carry?
Case studies
One measured result per customer, reported by the customer. The stories closest to this use case come first.

FAQ
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
A score Meta assigns to each conversion event based on how much customer information it carries: email, phone, click ID and other identifiers. The more Meta can match, the more conversions land on the ad that earned them. It measures the data on the event, not the quality of your campaigns.
Because a browser pixel can only send what it can read in the browser at the moment the event fires. Declined consent banners, iOS and ad blockers strip the identifiers first, the fbclid is gone by any later session, and email and phone are only available if advanced matching was wired up by hand. A low score is the ceiling of client-side data, not a settings mistake.
By changing where the identifiers come from. Events go out server to server through the Conversions API, enriched with the hashed email and phone from the CRM record and the fbclid captured server-side at click time. The more identifiers an event carries, the more conversions Meta can land on the ad that earned them.
We do not promise a score, because Meta computes it and no honest vendor controls it. What LeadJourney controls is what the score measures: how many identifiers each event carries when it arrives. You can verify what was sent on every single event in the transparent logs.
No. LeadJourney can run alongside it or instead of it. If the Pixel stays, events are deduplicated through shared event IDs, so nothing is counted twice in Events Manager.
The hashed email and phone from the CRM record, plus the fbclid captured server-side at click time. Everything is hashed before it leaves, and you choose which fields are used for matching; nothing is sent that you have not mapped.
Identifiers are hashed before they leave, you control the field mapping, and LeadJourney itself processes and stores data in the EU with a signed data processing agreement. Tracking runs first-party at 95%+ accuracy, so consent decisions are respected rather than worked around.
