Reporting and alert integrations

Reporting integrations that bring the numbers to where your team already works

Atlas writes your reports and lead alerts from live campaign, lead and CRM data, then sends them to Slack, email or WhatsApp.

Beyond the report

The report is one delivery. The data behind it is yours.

A scheduled summary is the easy way to read the numbers, not the only one. Ask Atlas when the report does not cover it, or read everything out over the API.

Ask Atlas

Ask a marketing question in the dashboard or in Slack and get the answer from live data, no report needed.

Outbound webhook

Push each attributed lead, its source and its revenue into a chat tool, a ticketing system or your CRM, directly or through Zapier.

Open API

Read every click, lead and conversion out of LeadJourney over the API, webhooks and Zapier; the warehouse export is on the roadmap.

Setup

Three steps, whatever you connect

The same path for every tool on this page. No developer, no server to run, no tag manager archaeology. 21 minutes end to end.

  1. 15 minutes

    Add the tracking script

One snippet in the site header. WordPress, Webflow, Wix and every page builder in between, then every form on the site reports its true source.

  2. 210 minutes

    Connect your accounts

Sign in to your ad accounts and your CRM. Spend and campaign structure come in, and the lead stages you care about start flowing back.

  3. 36 minutes

    Send the revenue back

Closed deals go to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft as offline conversions, so the platforms optimise on revenue instead of form fills.

Questions

What people ask before switching reports on

The four that come up on nearly every demo call.

Where can LeadJourney deliver reports?

Slack, email and WhatsApp. Each report is written by Atlas from your live data and sent on the schedule you set, daily, weekly or monthly, so the channel reads the same figures as the dashboard.

What is in a report?

Plain language answers to the questions you would otherwise pull from spreadsheets: why cost per lead moved on Google Ads, which campaign drove qualified leads last week, where the pipeline came from. Atlas reads campaign, lead and CRM data, so the numbers include revenue, not just clicks.

Can I get an alert when a lead comes in?

Yes. Lead alerts post into a Slack channel alongside the scheduled reports, so sales knows about a new lead without opening the dashboard.

Do I need a developer?

No. Slack connects by signing in, and email and WhatsApp reports take an address and a schedule. No code and no server setup, and most accounts are reporting inside 21 minutes.
