Three threads in Claude, one LeadJourney workspace

A revenue question, a journey question and a request that changes something. All numbers are example data.

Which campaigns closed the most revenue last quarter?

Four campaigns closed revenue last quarter. The top three hold 214,600 EUR of the 268,400 EUR total:

Google Ads, Brand
94,600 EUR from 11 deals, 8,600 EUR each. Shortest path to signature.
LinkedIn, Retargeting
73,500 EUR from 7 deals, 10,500 EUR each. Seven touchpoints on average.
Meta, Lookalike DACH
46,500 EUR from 15 deals, 3,100 EUR each. Cheapest qualified lead.

List every touchpoint behind the deal that closed yesterday.

Nordwind Logistik, 32,400 EUR, took nine touchpoints over 74 days. The three that moved it:

Day 1, LinkedIn Ads
First touch on the CFO creative. Last click never credited it.
Day 23, Google Ads brand
Searched the company name, read pricing, left without a form.
Day 68, demo booked
Third pricing visit, then the form. Signed six days later.

Want the other six touchpoints in order?

Ask anything about a lead journey

Build a channel report for last quarter and save it to my dashboard.

Saved to your Q3 dashboard, last quarter as the range, six channels in it. Three of the columns are ones your ad platforms cannot fill:

Closed revenue
From your CRM, not from a platform's own conversion count.
Cost per qualified lead
Spend over the leads sales actually accepted, not over form fills.
Days to close
Median from first touch to signature, per channel.

Scope

What Claude sees, and where the connector stops

The connector hands Claude every number LeadJourney holds and the right to change the workspace. Everything past that edge is untouched.

What Claude can read

Journeys and touchpoints
Every visit, click and form fill in a lead's history, first touch through to the signed deal.
Campaign spend
Cost by platform, campaign and ad set, the same figures your own LeadJourney reports run on.
CRM outcomes
Lead stages, qualified counts, booked demos and won revenue out of your connected CRM.
Channels and pages
Where traffic arrives, which landing pages it lands on, and what each one turns into.

What Claude can change

Reports and dashboards
Build a report, add a column, save it to a dashboard. The Report Builder, driven by a sentence.
Attribution settings
Move a report between first click, last click and data driven, or widen its lookback window.
Workspace settings
The settings you would open the dashboard for, changed from the thread you are already in.
Only on your message
It acts when you send something and never between messages. Nothing runs on a schedule behind the connector.

Where it stops

Nothing outside LeadJourney
It cannot pause a campaign, move budget or edit a CRM record. LeadJourney reads those tools rather than writing to them.
One workspace, yours
You sign the connector in with OAuth and it reaches that workspace only. Revoke it in Claude and the access is gone.
No logins handed to Claude
Claude gets one server URL, never your ad account or CRM credentials. Those stay where you connected them.
What Anthropic does is your agreement
LeadJourney puts the answer into your thread and nothing more. How Anthropic treats that thread is governed by your own Claude plan.

Hosting, data processing and the rest of the controls are on the security page.

Setup

Connected to Claude in about three minutes

No package to install and nothing to build. The connector is a URL that Claude signs itself into.

  1. 11 minute

    Copy your server URL

Open Ask Atlas, then Settings, then the MCP tab, and copy the server URL. It is the same endpoint for every client, and the workspace it reaches is decided when you sign in.

  2. 22 minutes

Add it as a custom connector

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste the URL. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds it once under Organization settings and everyone else just connects.

  3. 3Instant

    Sign in once, then ask

Claude sends you through the LeadJourney sign in, you approve it, and the thread you are in can read your workspace. Ask it which campaigns closed revenue last month.

Setup guides

Step by step in the assistant you use

The same server and the same URL everywhere. What changes per client is where the setting lives and which plans may use it.

FAQ

Claude and LeadJourney, answered

Which plans can add it, where it works, what it may change, and what happens to the numbers once they are in a thread.

Which Claude plans can add the LeadJourney connector?

Custom connectors over remote MCP are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, with Free limited to a single custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds LeadJourney once under Organization settings, then Connectors, and members connect it from their own settings. Anthropic's own documentation is the authority here, and it moves faster than this page.

Does it work in Claude Desktop and on my phone?

Yes. A remote connector is held on your Claude account rather than on one machine, so it shows up in Claude on the web, in Claude Desktop and in the mobile apps once you have added it. The connection to LeadJourney is made from Anthropic's servers, so a closed laptop changes nothing.

Can Claude change things, or only read?

Both, inside LeadJourney. It can build a report, add a column, save it to a dashboard or switch an attribution model while you talk. Outside LeadJourney it can do nothing: it cannot pause a campaign, move budget or edit a record in your CRM, because LeadJourney reads those tools rather than writing to them.

Is my attribution data used to train Claude?

LeadJourney returns the answer to your question into your own thread and nothing else leaves your workspace. What happens to that thread afterwards is governed by your agreement with Anthropic and by the settings on your Claude plan, exactly as it would be for a table you pasted in by hand.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. The server is already built and hosted by us, so there is no package to install, no key to generate and no configuration file to edit. What you paste into Claude is a URL, and the sign in that follows is the same OAuth screen every other connector uses.

How is this different from Claude showing up as a traffic source?

Two different directions. Claude as a traffic source is LeadJourney naming the visitors Claude sends you, so a referral from an AI answer gets credited to the deal it produces. This page is the way back: your own numbers, read inside Claude. Most teams end up with both, and neither needs the other.
