The gap
WebinarJam knows who registered and who showed up. It never learns which ad filled the seat or what the attendee was worth.
Webinar analytics answer the question they were built for: how the room behaved. The click that filled the seat happened on another site weeks earlier, and the deal closes in your CRM long after the replay stops playing.
WebinarJam analytics on their own
Accurate about the room, blind to the click before it and the deal after it
- WebinarJam analytics show each webinar's registrants, attendees, attendance rate, time in the room, replay views and offer clicks.
- The registration page carries your pixels, so the platforms hear about a registration in the browser, when the pixel fires and consent allows it.
- Where a registrant came from is the pixel's or the autoresponder's story. The webinar report shows how the room behaved, not which ad filled the seat.
- A no-show and an attendee who stayed fifty minutes are two rows in the same report. The ad platform only ever heard "registered".
- Whether the attendee booked a call, bought the offer or closed a deal weeks later lives in your CRM or your checkout, outside the webinar report.
- Replays keep filling seats for weeks after the live session, long after the attribution windows the ad platforms apply have closed.
- Spend lives in the ad accounts and attendance lives in WebinarJam, so cost per attendee across Meta, LinkedIn and Google is a spreadsheet exercise.
WebinarJam with LeadJourney
One journey per registrant, from the first click to the closed deal
- Every registration, attendance and no-show arrives as a conversion, matched server-side to the ad click, post or referral that filled the seat.
- The registration is stitched to the visitor's full journey, so the LinkedIn ad, the organic search and the AI answer before the sign up are on the record.
- Attendance is its own stage. A registrant who showed up and stayed is worth more than one who did not, and the ad platforms learn the difference.
- The attendee is followed through your CRM to the won deal, and the deal value lands on the campaign that filled the seat.
- A replay registration weeks after the live session is credited to the click that started the journey, because the journey has no window.
- Attendance and won deals go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads as offline conversions with value, so bidding buys attendees who buy.
- Spend is pulled from every connected ad account, so cost per registrant, per attendee and per closed deal are live at 95%+ accuracy.
How it works
WebinarJam attribution for every seat, then for every deal the room produced
Both run on their own once connected: the first turns a registration and an attendance into conversions with a journey behind them, the second gives the attendee a value and hands it to the ad platforms.
1 Every registration and attendance becomes a conversion with its journey attached
WebinarJam fills the room. LeadJourney records which click filled each seat.
Visits and click IDs are tracked server-side across paid, organic and AI search, before anyone reaches the registration page.
Registrations, attendance and no-shows arrive from WebinarJam as they happen, each as its own stage on the lead.
LeadJourney matches the registrant to the visitor's journey and stitches the seat to the ad click, post or referral that filled it.
Cost per registrant and per attendee, by channel, campaign, landing page and webinar, next to every other conversion.
2 From the attendee to the closed deal, and back to the ad account
So the platforms optimise on attendees who buy, not on registrations.
The attendee becomes a lead in your CRM, and LeadJourney reads stage changes, deal value and closed won as they happen.
The won amount is placed on the registration, and on the campaign, channel and webinar that produced it.
Attendance and won deals go back as offline conversions, matched on the click ID with the deal value attached.
Bidding learns which audiences produce attendees who buy, so show up rates rise and the price per qualified attendee falls.
The return path
Attendees and won deals, back in the ad account that filled the room
A registration is not a result. Once a registrant attends, and once their deal is won in your CRM, the amount goes back to the platform that produced the click.
MetaConversions API
Registration, attendance and deal won, with value and currency
Google AdsOffline conversion import
Attendees and won deals matched on gclid, with deal value for value based bidding
LinkedIn AdsConversions API
Attendance and won revenue matched on li_fat_id
Microsoft AdsOffline conversions
Conversions matched on msclkid, with deal value
TikTok AdsEvents API
Server-side registration, attendance and revenue events
You choose what counts as a conversion
Map the registration, the attendance or the won deal to any platform event, or all three at their own stages.
Value based bidding gets a real value
The deal amount from your CRM travels with the event, so tROAS strategies optimise on revenue instead of a flat value per registrant.

Reporting
The questions webinar analytics cannot answer yet
Every one of these is a report in LeadJourney rather than an export. WebinarJam stays where you host and run the room, and LeadJourney shows what filling it produced.
Which campaigns fill seats with people who actually show up, not just register?
What does an attendee cost us on LinkedIn compared with Meta and Google Ads?
Which webinars produce registrants who become customers, and which fill the room with people who never buy?
How many of last month's registrants had visited from an organic search or an AI answer first?
Which landing pages and posts send the registrants who attend and stay?
How much revenue did webinars produce last quarter, by channel?

Keep WebinarJam. Give its registrations a source and a value.
WebinarJam stays the system that hosts, runs and replays your webinars. LeadJourney takes each registration and attendance as a conversion, joins it to everything that happened before and after, and hands the result to the platforms where the budget is spent.

“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH “With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”

FAQ
What webinar hosts ask before connecting
If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.
How is this different from WebinarJam attribution and analytics on their own?
WebinarJam analytics tell you how the room behaved: who registered, who attended, how long they stayed and who clicked the offer. LeadJourney starts from those events and adds the two halves the analytics do not cover: the journey before the registration page, across every channel and device, and the deal after the room closes, read from your CRM. The result is a registration with a source and an attendee with a value, which the ad platforms otherwise never learn.
How does LeadJourney connect to WebinarJam?
You connect your WebinarJam account from the integrations screen in LeadJourney, without a developer. From then on every registration, attendance and no-show arrives in LeadJourney as a conversion. Your registration pages, reminders and replay settings stay exactly as they are.
Which webinar events come through?
Registrations, attendance and no-shows, each as its own stage on the lead. That means a registrant who showed up is a different conversion from one who did not, both in your reports and in what goes back to the ad platforms. The chat, the polls and the questions asked in the room stay in WebinarJam.
My registration page is hosted by WebinarJam. Does the match still work?
Yes. The click and the visit are tracked server-side on your own pages before the visitor reaches the registration page, and the registration coming back from WebinarJam is matched to that visitor's journey. If you embed WebinarJam's registration form on your own site instead, the match happens on the same page.
Can I optimise ads on attendees instead of registrants?
Yes, and this is where the integration pays for itself. Attendance goes back to the ad platforms as its own event, so you can run campaigns that optimise on it directly. Meta, Google and LinkedIn stop buying the audiences that register cheapest and start buying the ones that show up, so attendance rates rise and the price per attendee falls.
Someone registers from a replay link three weeks after the live session. Is the click still credited?
Yes. The journey has no window, so a replay registration is credited to the click that started it, however long ago that was. The ad platforms apply their own attribution settings to the events they receive, so late registrations mainly improve optimisation there. The report that matches the seat to the ad lives in LeadJourney.
The offer leads to a payment or a sales call. Is that attributed too?
Yes. When the attendee pays through Stripe, books a call or becomes a deal in your CRM, that outcome lands on the same lead as the registration, and it goes back to the ad platforms with its value. The webinar, the campaign that filled it and the revenue it produced end up on one line.
Do I need a developer?
No. The tracking script is one line in your site or GTM container, connecting WebinarJam and your CRM is done from the integrations screen, and mapping webinar stages to platform events is a settings screen. Most accounts are live in about 21 minutes, and our team will do the setup with you on a call if you prefer.
Is webinar attribution with LeadJourney GDPR compliant?
Yes. LeadJourney reads the registration and attendance data, not the chat, polls or questions from inside the room, and those stay in WebinarJam under your existing consent setup. LeadJourney itself processes and stores data in the EU, signs a data processing agreement, and tracks first-party and server-side, so consent decisions are respected rather than worked around.
What does it cost?
The WebinarJam integration is part of the platform rather than a paid add on. Plans are priced on tracked events instead of seats, so your whole team and your agency can share one workspace, and every plan starts with a 14 day free trial without a credit card.
