LeadJourney vs Elevar

The checkout pipeline, or the whole business on one platform

Elevar's data model starts at the Shopify order and ends at the destinations; LeadJourney's starts at the click and follows it to the order, the call or the CRM deal. The rows are the features our pricing page lists, so the table shows fit, not a winner per row.

Credit where it is due

Elevar is the reference server-side setup for a Shopify store: accelerated checkouts and subscriptions handled, a data layer that needs no theme surgery, fifty destinations, a monitor for broken tags. A store that needs that event pipeline gets more of it there. The table is about breadth: LeadJourney tracks the store and, beside it, everything sold by a form, a call or a CRM, on one platform.

What the axis means, on one example

Orders price a store; marketing spend prices what is at stake either way. A team spending €20,000 a month sits on LeadJourney's €499 Growth plan, and a store with the same spend sits on the same plan whatever its order count. On Elevar the lead gen team would be on Core at $225, with a data model that has no field for a deal stage.

Why teams switch

Why marketing teams choose LeadJourney over a Shopify tracker

Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.

Built around the lead, with the store beside it

  • Forms, calls and CRM stages as conversions

Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.

  • CRM revenue attribution

Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.

  • Offline conversion tracking

Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.

  • The full journey of every lead

Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.

  • Lead quality by channel

See which channels bring leads that qualify and close, not just the ones that fill the form.

The same server-side delivery, for every funnel

  • Server-side tracking, 95%+ accuracy

Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.

  • Conversions API sync on every plan

Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.

  • Multi-touch attribution, every model

First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.

  • Organic and AI search as sources of their own

Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.

  • Call tracking as an add-on

Static numbers per campaign or dynamic number insertion per visitor, on every plan, billed per number plus usage, and CallRail or Podium if you already run one. Every call lands on the click that made the phone ring.

Reports, answers and public pricing

  • Reports ready on day one

Channel, campaign, landing page and conversion path reports, plus the lead overview, built in and filled the moment data arrives.

  • Ask Atlas, the AI marketing analyst

Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.

  • MCP connection, API and Zapier

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about your own data over MCP, pull it through the API or move it with the Zapier app. The export to BigQuery or Snowflake is on the roadmap.

  • Frankfurt EU hosting

Frankfurt, Germany, with full EU data residency. GDPR compliant by design, with no transfer mechanism to document.

  • Public pricing by spend

Public tiers from €129 per month, set by your marketing spend and visible before you talk to anyone, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.

Switching

From Elevar to LeadJourney in 21 minutes

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.

  1. 1About 5 minutes

    Add the LeadJourney script

Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the Elevar app or data layer. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.

  2. 2About 10 minutes

Connect your ad accounts and CRM

Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.

  3. 3About 6 minutes

Map your CRM stages to conversions

Choose which stages count as a qualified lead and which count as revenue. From then on every stage change flows back to the ad platforms, and you can switch Elevar off once both tools agree.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

Elevar vs LeadJourney, your questions answered

The questions businesses ask before choosing between a Shopify tracker and an all-in-one attribution platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.

What is the actual difference between Elevar and LeadJourney?

Depth against breadth. Elevar is built around the Shopify order: the app reads the checkout, the cart and the customer, resolves identity across sessions and sends clean events to Meta, Google and some fifty other destinations server-side, with a monitor that alerts when a tag breaks. LeadJourney is the all-in-one attribution platform: lead generation first, B2B and B2C, with the form fill, the tracked call, the booking, the CRM stage and the closed deal tracked server-side on your own domain and attributed across every touch with the deal value read from the CRM; e-commerce through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, with ROAS and customer origin; organic and AI search as sources of their own; conversions sent back to the ad platforms; and Atlas as the analyst on top. Everything downstream follows from that choice.

We run a Shopify store. Should we use Elevar or LeadJourney?

Both work, and they answer different needs. Elevar is the deeper checkout pipeline: it handles Shop Pay, accelerated checkouts, subscriptions and the Shopify Web Pixel, sends profit signals and predicted lifetime value to fifty destinations, and is a Shopify Certified Technology Partner. LeadJourney connects the store through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, with Stripe as a payment source, so every order carries the campaign, ad and keyword that brought the customer, ROAS is measured on real revenue, and the reports and Atlas sit in the same product rather than in the destinations. What stays with a dedicated store tool is product-level catalogue analytics: product and cohort reports, inventory, AOV cohorts. A store that runs on those, or that needs the fifty destinations, gets more from Elevar; a store that wants attribution and reporting in one place, or that also sells by a form, a call or a CRM, is at home here.

How does the pricing compare?

Both publish their prices. Elevar prices by orders and destinations: Core at $225 a month for 2,000 orders and two destinations, Advanced at $650 for 10,000 orders and four, Premium at $1,250 for 30,000 and ten, Elite from $3,000 for 75,000 and twenty-five, with $125 a month per extra destination, a per-order overage and expert installation at $1,000, after a 15-day trial. LeadJourney prices by marketing spend: €129 a month up to €5,000 of spend, €249 up to €15,000, €499 up to €50,000, €799 up to €100,000 and from €999 above that, monthly or yearly, with every destination and attribution included, after a 14-day trial without a card.

We already use Elevar. Can they run side by side?

Yes, and for a store with a sales team that is a reasonable end state. Add the LeadJourney script next to the Elevar app, connect the ad accounts and the CRM, and LeadJourney records the visits, forms and calls while Elevar keeps sending the checkout events. Do not let both send the same purchase to the same platform, or Meta counts it twice: decide which tool owns each event before the Conversions API connections overlap. Setup takes about 21 minutes, and the standard reports fill as data arrives.

Elevar's event match quality on Meta is its strong point. Does LeadJourney match it?

Yes, because the match keys come from the same place Elevar takes them for a store. LeadJourney sends every conversion to Meta over the Conversions API server-side, enriched with the click identifier captured at click time and the hashed email and phone from the CRM record or the order, so Meta can land the conversion on the ad that earned it. Elevar does the same for a checkout from the Shopify customer record. The difference is which record holds the identity: the Shopify customer for Elevar, the lead in the CRM or the order in the connected shop for LeadJourney.

Our sales close on a call or in the CRM, not at checkout. What does Elevar do with that?

Elevar's published destinations are ad platforms, analytics, affiliate networks, BI and email or SMS tools; no CRM is on the list, and its product page describes a POS connection for offline purchases rather than deal stages. A booked call or a won deal has no checkout event for Elevar to send. LeadJourney reads HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign and Odoo natively, treats a stage change as a conversion with the deal value, attributes it across every touch and sends it to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft as an offline conversion.
