Tracklution vs LeadJourney: clean events for the ad platforms against attribution built on the same tracking

Tracklution sends first-party conversion events to Meta and Google server-side. LeadJourney does that too, then follows every lead to the closed deal.

LeadJourney vs Tracklution

Delivery and attribution are different layers

Tracklution hands the ad platforms a clean event; LeadJourney keeps the journey behind the event and answers what it was worth. The rows are the features our pricing page lists, so the table shows where each layer stops.

Tracklution compared with LeadJourney, row by row
Built forTracklutionPerformance marketers and agencies in e-commerce, SaaS and lead gen who want lost conversions back without a tracking project.LeadJourneyLead generation first, B2B and B2C: forms, calls, CRM stages and closed deals are the conversion model, plus e-commerce through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, for advertisers, agencies and affiliates.

Credit where it is due

Tracklution is a very good version of the delivery layer: a fifteen minute setup, every platform's API maintained for you, Stockholm hosting, a free tier. A team whose only question is whether Meta and Google see its conversions should take it. The table is about the question after that: which campaign produced the deals, and what each cost.

Pricing

Both price lists are public. Here they are side by side.

Tracklution prices by tracked events, LeadJourney by marketing spend. The ladders below are the published tiers, so you can place your own business on each before anyone books a call, remembering that Tracklution's price buys the delivery and not what comes after it.

What the two ladders buy

Tracklution's ladder is cheap because it buys delivery: the event, sent cleanly to the platform that should learn from it. LeadJourney's buys everything after it too: the journey, the CRM stages as conversions with their value, spend next to revenue, from €129 a month.

Why teams switch

Why marketing teams choose LeadJourney over conversion forwarding

Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.

The same server-side delivery, kept as a journey

  • Server-side tracking, 95%+ accuracy

Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.

  • Conversions API sync on every plan

Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.

  • Forms, calls and CRM stages as conversions

Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.

  • Logs, blacklist, tags and rules

Full logs for clicks, conversions and postbacks, a blacklist by referrer, IP, user agent, email or entry URL, and tags applied by rule as traffic arrives. Included on every plan.

  • UTM builder

Clean, consistent tracking links for every campaign built inside LeadJourney, so traffic never lands in your reports as unknown.

Attribution and CRM revenue on top of the events

  • Multi-touch attribution, every model

First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.

  • CRM revenue attribution

Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.

  • Offline conversion tracking

Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.

  • The full journey of every lead

Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.

  • Lead quality by channel

See which channels bring leads that qualify and close, not just the ones that fill the form.

Reports and answers, not only events

  • Reports ready on day one

Channel, campaign, landing page and conversion path reports, plus the lead overview, built in and filled the moment data arrives.

  • Cost sync every two hours, faster as an add-on

Spend from your ad platforms refreshes every two hours on every plan; 30, 15 and 5 minute refreshes are add-ons for buyers who cut campaigns intraday.

  • Ask Atlas, the AI marketing analyst

Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.

  • Organic and AI search as sources of their own

Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.

  • Public pricing by spend

Public tiers from €129 per month, set by your marketing spend and visible before you talk to anyone, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.

Switching

From Tracklution to LeadJourney in 21 minutes

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.

  1. 1About 5 minutes

    Add the LeadJourney script

Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the Tracklution script. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.

  2. 2About 10 minutes

Connect your ad accounts and CRM

Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.

  3. 3About 6 minutes

Map your CRM stages to conversions

Choose which stages count as a qualified lead and which count as revenue. From then on every stage change flows back to the ad platforms, and you can switch Tracklution off once both tools agree.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

FAQ

Tracklution vs LeadJourney, your questions answered

The questions marketing teams ask before choosing between conversion forwarding and a platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.

What is the actual difference between Tracklution and LeadJourney?

Tracklution is server-side conversion tracking: a first-party script on your domain records the event and sends it to Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok and the rest over their Conversions APIs, with offline conversions by webhook, so the platforms see more of what happened. LeadJourney is the all-in-one attribution platform, lead generation first, B2B and B2C, with e-commerce through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop. It has that delivery layer built in and keeps going: it syncs spend from the ad platforms, follows every form fill, call and order through the CRM stages to the closed deal, attributes that revenue with every model including AI search as a source, sends stage changes back as offline conversions with their value, and reports on it with Atlas. One delivers the event, the other answers what it was worth.

Tracklution reports 34.2% more conversions than a pixel. Does LeadJourney recover as much?

The mechanism is the same, so the recovery is the same in kind: first-party collection on your own domain and server-side delivery to the platforms, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less. LeadJourney captures 95% or more of conversions. The difference is what is kept: Tracklution forwards the event and shows the recovered count on its dashboard, LeadJourney stores the journey behind every event, from the first click to the CRM stage, so the recovered conversion can also be attributed, valued and reported.

How does the pricing compare?

Both publish their prices. Tracklution is free up to 5,000 events a month with the Meta and Google connectors, then Grow at €39.20 a month billed annually for 50,000 events and every connector, €0.0008 per extra event, with Enterprise and Agency on quote. LeadJourney publishes its tiers by marketing spend: €129 a month up to €5,000 of spend, €249 up to €15,000, €499 up to €50,000, €799 up to €100,000 and from €999 above that, monthly or yearly, with tracking, attribution, the CRM stages and Atlas included, after a 14-day trial without a card.

We already use Tracklution. Can they run side by side?

Yes. Add the LeadJourney script next to the Tracklution one, connect the ad accounts and the CRM, and both record the same visits for a week or two. Do not let both send the same event to the same platform, or Meta and Google count it twice: keep Tracklution on the platforms until LeadJourney's numbers agree with it, then move the Conversions API connections over. Setup takes about 21 minutes, and the standard reports fill as data arrives.

Tracklution sends offline conversions from our CRM by webhook. Is that the same as LeadJourney's CRM sync?

It is the same destination reached differently. On Tracklution you build the webhook in your CRM or in a tool like Zapier that fires on a stage change and carries the click identifier. LeadJourney connects HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign and Odoo natively and reads the stages and deal values itself, so a stage change becomes an offline conversion with its value without a build, is attributed across every touch, and is written back into the CRM record as source, campaign and keyword.

Tracklution hosts in Stockholm. Does LeadJourney match that?

Yes. LeadJourney hosts in Frankfurt with full EU data residency, tracks first-party on your own domain, provides an Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request and two-factor authentication on every plan. Tracklution runs on AWS in Stockholm with other regions on request, holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 and is a Finnish company, so on hosting the two are peers. The difference on this page is not where the data sits, it is what is done with it once it has arrived.
