Credit where it is due

AdBeacon was built by media buyers for the day a media buyer actually has: see which platform is claiming sales the store never made, move budget without leaving the dashboard, compare creatives on the orders they produced. For a Shopify brand it does that at a flat price with nothing gated. The table is about breadth: LeadJourney tracks the store and, beside it, everything sold by a form, a call or a CRM, priced by spend rather than by the revenue it tracks.

Pricing

Both price lists are public. Here they are side by side.

Why the axis matters more than the entry price

A lead gen business closes far more revenue than it spends on ads, often five to ten times as much. Priced by tracked revenue, a €20,000 budget that closes €150,000 a month sits in AdBeacon's $499 tier and climbs with every good quarter; priced by spend, the same business stays on LeadJourney's €499 plan. The entry prices are close; where they go from there is not.

Why teams switch

Why marketing teams choose LeadJourney over AdBeacon

Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.

Built around the lead, with the store beside it

  • Forms, calls and CRM stages as conversions

Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.

  • CRM revenue attribution

Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.

  • Offline conversion tracking

Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.

  • Lead quality by channel

See which channels bring leads that qualify and close, not just the ones that fill the form.

  • The full journey of every lead

Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.

Tracking and sync built for every funnel

  • Server-side tracking, 95%+ accuracy

Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.

  • Conversions API sync on every plan

Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.

  • Multi-touch attribution, every model

First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.

  • Organic and AI search as sources of their own

Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.

  • CRM enrichment

Attribution written back into the CRM, so every lead carries its real source, campaign and keyword where sales works.

European, priced by spend, with the analyst included

  • Frankfurt EU hosting

Frankfurt, Germany, with full EU data residency. GDPR compliant by design, with no transfer mechanism to document.

  • GDPR-native architecture

First-party tracking on your own domain, hashed identifiers and no third-party cookies, with an Art. 28 DPA on request. Compliant by default, not by configuration.

  • Pricing in euros

Predictable pricing in euros, monthly or yearly, signed contracts and transparent SLAs, ready for European procurement.

  • Public pricing by spend

Public tiers from €129 per month, set by your marketing spend and visible before you talk to anyone, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.

  • Ask Atlas, the AI marketing analyst

Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.

Switching

From AdBeacon to LeadJourney in 21 minutes

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.

  1. 1About 5 minutes

    Add the LeadJourney script

Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the AdBeacon pixel. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.

  2. 2About 10 minutes

Connect your ad accounts and CRM

Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.

  3. 3About 6 minutes

Map your CRM stages to conversions

Choose which stages count as a qualified lead and which count as revenue. From then on every stage change flows back to the ad platforms, and you can switch AdBeacon off once both tools agree.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.

FAQ

AdBeacon vs LeadJourney, your questions answered

The questions teams ask before choosing between a media buyer's dashboard and an all-in-one attribution platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.

What is the actual difference between AdBeacon and LeadJourney?

Depth against breadth. AdBeacon is a first-party attribution dashboard for e-commerce media buyers: the store order is the conversion, and the product is about seeing which ad, creative and channel produced it and acting on that inside the dashboard, with Meridian MMM on top. LeadJourney is the all-in-one attribution platform: lead generation first, B2B and B2C, with the form, the tracked call, the booking, the CRM stage and the closed deal as conversions, tracked server-side on your own domain and attributed with every model; e-commerce through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, with ROAS and customer origin; organic and AI search as sources of their own; every conversion sent back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft; and Atlas as the analyst. It hosts in Frankfurt and prices by spend rather than by tracked revenue.

AdBeacon lets us change budgets and creatives from the dashboard and runs MMM. Does LeadJourney?

No, and it is the honest place to draw the line. LeadJourney does not push budget changes into Meta or Google from its interface and does not run media mix modelling; a media buyer who lives in those two features should keep AdBeacon. What LeadJourney sends the platforms instead is the conversion itself: the qualified lead, the booked meeting, the paid order and the closed deal with its value, over the Conversions API on every plan, so their own algorithms optimise on revenue. The decisions a marketing team takes from that are in the channel, campaign and conversion path reports, or asked of Atlas.

How does the pricing compare?

Both publish their prices, on different axes. AdBeacon prices by tracked revenue: $299 a month up to $50,000 of monthly revenue, $399 up to $100,000, $499 up to $200,000, then $100 more per $100,000 to $1,299 at $1,000,000, custom above, after a 30-day trial. LeadJourney prices by marketing spend: €129 a month up to €5,000 of spend, €249 up to €15,000, €499 up to €50,000, €799 up to €100,000 and from €999 above that, monthly or yearly, after a 14-day trial without a card. For a lead gen business the axis matters more than the entry price, because revenue closed through a sales team is several times the ad spend.

Does LeadJourney track Shopify orders like AdBeacon does?

Yes. Shopify connects as an integration, any other shop system connects manually, and Stripe joins as a payment source, so an order or a payment lands on the click that produced it next to the CRM deals, with ROAS per campaign and the origin of every customer, and the return on spend covers both. What stays with a dedicated store tool is the product-level layer AdBeacon is built for: product journeys, returns and coupon codes, new against returning customers, RFM and inventory. A store that runs on those gets more of them from AdBeacon; a business that wants one attribution model across the store, the forms, the calls and the CRM gets it on LeadJourney.

We are an EU company. Does it matter where AdBeacon hosts?

For a procurement or data protection review it does. AdBeacon is a California company that covers transfers out of the EEA with standard contractual clauses and does not publish a data region, which is a legitimate mechanism and one more thing to document. LeadJourney hosts in Frankfurt with full EU data residency, tracks first-party on your own domain, and provides an Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request. For DACH and EU teams that removes a step from the evaluation.

We already run AdBeacon for our store. Can the two run side by side?

Yes, and for a business that sells online and generates leads that is a reasonable end state, not only a transition. Setup takes about 21 minutes: the LeadJourney script sits next to the AdBeacon pixel, the ad accounts and the CRM connect over OAuth, and the CRM stages are mapped to conversions. If both tools send conversions to Meta, keep one of them as the sender so the platform does not count each sale twice. Historic campaign data and spend are imported from your ad platforms during setup.
