Use case

Every marketing question becomes a ticket. Atlas answers in seconds.

Atlas is the AI analyst built into LeadJourney. It reads your tracking and CRM data, not the internet, and answers in plain language.

  • Plain language, no SQL
  • Every answer links its report

Same question, same data. The difference is an analyst that already has every journey, every cost and every deal in front of it, and never has a backlog.

The problem

The number exists. It is just locked behind a queue.

Most marketing questions are already answerable from data you collect today. But the answer spans the ads managers, the analytics and the CRM, so getting it means an export, a join and a pivot, and the only person who can do that has a backlog.

Why questions wait days

Every answer is a small data project

  • The answer spans three or more tools, and none of them holds the whole journey.
  • Someone has to export, join and pivot by hand, and that someone has a queue.
  • Dashboards answer last quarter's questions; today's question needs a new one built.
  • The analyst backlog prioritises, so small questions quietly never get answered.
  • By the time the number arrives, the decision it was for has already been made.
  • Asking twice feels expensive, so people estimate instead, and the estimate wins the meeting.

The same questions with Atlas

The joining is already done, so asking is free

  • Journeys, campaign spend and CRM outcomes sit in one dataset, joined before you ask.
  • You ask in plain language and get the number in seconds. No SQL, no dashboard building.
  • Every answer links back to the underlying report, so anyone can check how it was counted.
  • A follow-up is the next message in the conversation, not a new ticket.
  • Scheduled agents deliver the recurring answers to Slack, email or WhatsApp before anyone asks.
  • Alerts flag cost spikes and drops in lead quality on their own, without a question at all.

The fix

An analyst in the dashboard, answers in the tools you talk in

Atlas does the analyst's joining work once, inside LeadJourney. The answers then go wherever the question came up: the dashboard, your Slack channel, or the AI assistant you already have open.

Ask Atlas in LeadJourney

The AI analyst on your own numbers

  • Answers in plain language, in seconds. No SQL, no dashboard building and no waiting on an analyst.
  • Grounded in your tracking and CRM data rather than the internet, so every number is your own.
  • Every answer links back to the underlying report, so the figure can be checked and reused.
  • Ask where the budget should move and Atlas answers with the number behind the recommendation.

Get answers where you already are

Slack, your inbox, your assistant

  • Ask Atlas in Slack in plain language and get the number, with the report behind it, in the channel.
  • Scheduled daily, weekly or monthly summaries arrive by Slack, email or WhatsApp.
  • Cost spikes and drops in lead quality are flagged as they happen, before anyone thinks to ask.
  • Over the MCP server, the same data answers inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and any other MCP client.

What changes

The questions that stop being tickets

Every one of these is answerable from the tracking and CRM data LeadJourney already holds. Nothing here needs an export, a pivot or a place in somebody's backlog.

  • Which campaign produced the cheapest qualified lead last month?

  • Where did our three biggest deals this quarter come from?

  • Which landing page converts best for LinkedIn traffic?

  • What did each channel cost per qualified lead last week?

  • What do the journeys that close have in common?

  • How long does it take from first click to signature?

FAQ

What teams ask before they trust an AI with the numbers

If yours is not here, our team answers in the chat within a few minutes.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is the AI analyst built into LeadJourney. It reads your tracking and CRM data rather than the internet, so every answer is grounded in your own numbers, and it links each answer back to the underlying report. It also runs scheduled report agents and alerts on top of the same data.

What kind of questions can Atlas answer?

Anything answerable from tracking and CRM data: revenue by campaign, cost per qualified lead, the path behind a specific deal, landing page performance, the patterns shared by journeys that close. It cannot run a campaign, move budget or write an ad; it reads data and answers questions.

How do I know the answer is right?

Every answer links back to the underlying report, so you can open it and see exactly how the number was counted. Underneath that, Transparent Logs record every click, conversion and postback, so even the raw data is auditable rather than a black box.

Can I ask Atlas in Slack?

Yes. Ask in plain language in the channel and the number comes back with the report behind it, and the same channels receive the scheduled daily, weekly or monthly summaries. Slack is where the answers land; the analysis always runs on your LeadJourney data.

How is Atlas different from the MCP server?

Atlas is the analyst inside LeadJourney, built into the dashboard and Slack. The MCP server is the same data going the other direction, into whatever assistant you already have open: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity. Most teams use both, Atlas for the deep work and MCP for the question that comes up mid-conversation somewhere else.

Does this replace our analyst or BI tool?

It replaces the queue, not the people. The custom report builder and Atlas cover the marketing questions that used to wait for an analyst, straight from raw event data, with no BI licence in the way. Company-wide BI stays where it is; marketing just stops filing tickets for its own numbers.

How fast can we be live?

About 21 minutes: one script, your ad accounts, your CRM. Atlas answers from the data collected onwards, and tracking runs server-side at 95%+ accuracy, so the answers rest on complete numbers rather than what survived the ad blockers.
