LeadJourney vs Fibbler

Company-level LinkedIn attribution and lead-level attribution are different lenses

Both connect ad spend to pipeline in the CRM. The rows are the features our pricing page lists, so the table shows where each lens stops rather than a winner per row.

Credit where it is due

Fibbler answers a question click-based attribution cannot: which companies saw your LinkedIn Ads and what they became in the CRM, without anyone clicking. For a B2B team whose pipeline is built on LinkedIn that is the right lens. The table is about the rest of the funnel: the other platforms, the organic and AI sources, the named lead, and the closed deal sent back.

What the axis means for a lead gen business

Fibbler's entry price is lower and it buys the LinkedIn lens. A team spending €10,000 a month across LinkedIn and Google pays $129 plus $59 on Fibbler, or €249 on LeadJourney's Starter plan with every channel included. The price is close; what is included is not.

Why teams switch

Why marketing teams choose LeadJourney over Fibbler

Three arguments come up in almost every evaluation. Each one is a set of concrete capabilities, not a slogan.

From the company to the named lead

  • The full journey of every lead

Every touchpoint from the first click to the closed deal on one timeline, with the CRM stage on it, for any single lead your sales team asks about.

  • Forms, calls and CRM stages as conversions

Every conversion type a lead gen business has, tracked out of the box, with the CRM stage as the signal that matters rather than a checkout event.

  • CRM revenue attribution

Closed revenue from your CRM matched to the campaign, ad and keyword that created it, so return on ad spend is measured on deals, not on lead counts.

  • Lead quality by channel

See which channels bring leads that qualify and close, not just the ones that fill the form.

  • CRM enrichment

Attribution written back into the CRM, so every lead carries its real source, campaign and keyword where sales works.

Every channel, and the loop back to the platforms

  • Conversions API sync on every plan

Real conversions and revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft server-side, so their algorithms optimise on deals that actually closed.

  • Server-side tracking, 95%+ accuracy

Conversions are recorded on your own domain and sent server to server, so ad blockers, iOS and declined consent lose far less of them. 95%+ of conversions captured.

  • Organic and AI search as sources of their own

Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, referrals and the AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek) attributed next to your ads at no extra cost.

  • Multi-touch attribution, every model

First click, last click, linear, position based and the rest on every plan, switchable without re-tracking anything; custom models on Enterprise.

  • Offline conversion tracking

Calls, meetings and signed contracts connected back to the exact ad that generated them, and sent to the ad platforms as the conversion they should optimise on.

The same price transparency, more included

  • Public pricing by spend

Public tiers from €129 per month, set by your marketing spend and visible before you talk to anyone, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.

  • Ask Atlas, the AI marketing analyst

Atlas reads your campaign, lead and CRM data and answers questions in plain language; Atlas agents watch the data and send daily or weekly reports to email, Slack or WhatsApp.

  • MCP connection, API and Zapier

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about your own data over MCP, pull it through the API or move it with the Zapier app. The export to BigQuery or Snowflake is on the roadmap.

  • Frankfurt EU hosting

Frankfurt, Germany, with full EU data residency. GDPR compliant by design, with no transfer mechanism to document.

  • 21 minute setup

From signup to live tracking in under 21 minutes, self-serve; an onboarding call with a tracking expert from Starter, and 14 days of setup support.

Switching

From Fibbler to LeadJourney in 21 minutes

Nothing to export by hand. Add the script, connect the accounts, and run both tools for a week or two until the numbers agree.

  1. 1About 5 minutes

    Add the LeadJourney script

Paste one snippet into your site or your GTM container, alongside the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It starts recording sessions, click IDs and form fills immediately, and nothing about your current setup changes.

  2. 2About 10 minutes

Connect your ad accounts and CRM

Sign in to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over OAuth, then connect the CRM where your deals live. Historic campaign data and spend are imported for you.

  3. 3About 6 minutes

Map your CRM stages to conversions

Choose which stages count as a qualified lead and which count as revenue. From then on every stage change flows back to the ad platforms, and you can switch Fibbler off once both tools agree.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.

FAQ

Fibbler vs LeadJourney, your questions answered

The questions teams ask before deciding between LinkedIn attribution and a platform, answered the way we answer them on calls.

What is the actual difference between Fibbler and LeadJourney?

The unit of attribution. Fibbler works at the company level: it reads from the LinkedIn Marketing API which companies saw or engaged with your ads and organic posts, matches those companies to the deals in your CRM and shows what each campaign reached before a deal existed, with Google Ads as an add-on. LeadJourney works at the lead level: it records the click on your own domain, follows that person through the form, the call (static or dynamic tracking numbers as an add-on), the CRM stages and the closed deal, attributes the revenue across every channel with every model, treats the organic and AI sources as channels, and sends the stage changes back to LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Microsoft so they optimise on real pipeline. It is the all-in-one attribution platform: lead generation first, B2B and B2C, with e-commerce beside it through the Shopify integration or a manually connected shop, and Atlas as the analyst on top.

Fibbler attributes LinkedIn impressions without a click. Can LeadJourney do that?

No, and it is Fibbler's strongest feature. LeadJourney attributes on clicks and first-party identifiers: a person who saw a LinkedIn ad, never clicked, and booked a demo from a Google search later that month is attributed to Google, with LinkedIn absent from the journey. Fibbler would show that the person's company was reached by the LinkedIn campaign before the deal was created. If the question is how much pipeline LinkedIn touches without clicks, Fibbler answers it. If the question is which ad, campaign and keyword brought the named lead that closed, and how to send that deal back to the platforms, LeadJourney answers it.

How does the pricing compare?

Both publish their prices. Fibbler's Growth plan is $89 a month for one user, Unlimited is $129 with unlimited users, Salesforce and MCP, Agency is $159 with two client workspaces, annual billing up to 22% lower, and Google Ads attribution is a $59 per account per month add-on, with a 30-day free trial. LeadJourney prices by marketing spend: €129 a month up to €5,000 of spend, €249 up to €15,000, €499 up to €50,000, €799 up to €100,000 and from €999 above that, monthly or yearly, with every channel, the CRM integrations and the Conversions API sync included, after a 14-day trial without a card.

We already use Fibbler. Can the two run side by side?

Yes, and for a LinkedIn-heavy team that is a reasonable end state rather than a transition. Fibbler puts no script on your site and reads the LinkedIn and CRM APIs, so adding LeadJourney changes nothing in it: the LeadJourney script goes on the site next to the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the ad accounts connect over OAuth and the CRM connects natively, and within 21 minutes the reports fill. Fibbler keeps answering the impression question on LinkedIn; LeadJourney covers the clicks on every channel, the named leads and the loop back to the platforms.

Does LeadJourney cover Meta and Microsoft Ads?

Yes, on every plan. Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads connect over OAuth, with cost sync and a Conversions API connection each, so a qualified stage or a closed deal arrives on all four as an offline conversion. Fibbler covers LinkedIn Ads on every plan and Google Ads as a $59 per account add-on, and lists Meta Ads as coming soon on its pricing page. A team running Meta lead forms or Microsoft search next to LinkedIn has those channels in the same journey and the same reports in LeadJourney from the first day.

Fibbler hosts in the EU and processes no personal data. Is LeadJourney comparable?

Both host in the EU: Fibbler on Google Cloud in Belgium, LeadJourney in Frankfurt. The difference is what each one holds. Fibbler stores company records and deals from the CRM and no personal data, which keeps its data protection review short. LeadJourney attributes named leads, so it processes personal data by design: first-party on your own domain, hashed identifiers, no third-party cookies, an Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request and two-factor authentication on every plan. Fibbler's SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits are in progress; LeadJourney offers a custom contract with a security review on Enterprise.
