Meta drives the most sign-ups. Email shows up and converts best. One report, and the budget conversation changes.

Why webinar reporting is broken

You are filling webinars from every channel. But you cannot prove which one actually drives the revenue.

Registrations are easy to count. Show-rate, attendee quality and real pipeline per channel are a black box, scattered across your ads manager, your webinar platform and a spreadsheet you rebuild every single time.

  • You see total registrations, but not which channel each sign-up came from.
  • You know your overall show-rate, but have no idea what it is per channel.
  • Meta drives the most sign-ups, but you cannot tell if any of them actually show up or buy.
  • Your data lives in the Meta Ads Manager, in WebinarJam or Zoom and in a spreadsheet, and they never agree.
  • You cannot connect a registration back to the ad, email or post that actually drove it.
  • Someone attends, then Googles you and buys two weeks later, so the last click steals the credit from your webinar.
  • Leadership asks "are webinars actually worth it?" and the honest answer is nobody really knows.

The teams that win with webinars are not the ones with the most sign-ups. They are the ones that know which channel fills the room with buyers.

From three tools that disagree to one number per channel

Every registration tagged with its source, attendance read from your webinar platform, deals pulled from your CRM. The whole funnel, per channel.

Each traffic source gets its own tracked link to your webinar landing page: paid ads, emails, organic posts and social all carry their own identifier. LeadJourney captures the channel, campaign and ad at sign-up, pushes the registrant into WebinarJam, Zoom or GoToWebinar, reads live attendance the moment they join, and follows the person through your CRM, so registrations, show-rate, attendees and pipeline all sit on one row per channel.

How the magic works

Your channels, your webinar platform and your CRM, connected by AI attribution.

LeadJourney pulls every signal from your traffic channels, your landing page, your webinar platform and your CRM into one place. The attribution engine connects the dots and tells you which channel drove each registration, who showed up, and how much pipeline it produced, with full multi-touch credit so the webinar keeps the credit it earned, however long the journey took.

What changes once it is set up

Questions you will finally answer with data.

Which channel fills my webinars?

Registrations broken down by channel, campaign, ad and email, so you know exactly what drives sign-ups.

What is my show-rate per channel?

Live attendance tied to each source, so you see which channels bring people who actually turn up.

Which channel brings buyers?

Qualified leads and pipeline per channel reveal who brings real revenue, not just registrations.

Are my webinar ads profitable?

A live ROAS per campaign and ad, from spend all the way through to closed pipeline.

Did the webinar really start this deal?

First-touch attribution proves the webinar started the journey, even when the deal closed weeks later via Google.

Where do I spend to fill the next one?

With every channel measured the same way, you pour budget into what fills the room with buyers.

What is each channel's pipeline per attendee?

Two channels can fill the same room with very different value. Pipeline per attendee makes the quality obvious.

Where does each channel drop off?

Registered, attended, stayed for the offer, booked a call, closed. The whole funnel, filtered to one channel or campaign in a click.

Which ad, email or post drove that sign-up?

Every registration tagged with its real source down to the campaign, ad and email, and the cost per registration calculated automatically.

The number teams love most

The channel with the most sign-ups is often the one with the worst show-rate. Now you can see it.

Because every registration carries its source and attendance is read live from your webinar platform, LeadJourney shows exactly what share of each channel's registrations actually showed up. A registration is worthless if nobody turns up, and the channel that looks cheapest per sign-up is rarely the one that fills the room.

Every webinar question, visualized

Discover how each channel shapes your webinar funnel and lead pipeline.

Meta fills the most seats and the fewest of them get sat in. Email brings a third as many sign-ups and nearly as many attendees.

Show-rate

Stop guessing your show-rate. See it per channel.

A registration is worthless if nobody shows up. LeadJourney ties live attendance back to the channel that drove each sign-up, so you finally see which channels bring people who actually turn up.

  • Live show-rate per channel, campaign and email
  • Spot the channels that inflate sign-ups but never attend

Cost per registration says Meta wins by a mile. Pipeline per euro says all three are within a few points of each other. Only one of those numbers pays the bills.

Paid webinar ads

Turn webinar ad spend into a real ROAS.

Most teams run Meta, Google and LinkedIn ads to fill webinars and only ever see cost per registration. LeadJourney follows that spend through registration, attendance and pipeline, then turns it into a live ROAS per campaign and ad.

  • Spend to registration to attendance to pipeline, per ad
  • Live ROAS that updates as deals close
  • Server-side tracking, so iOS and ad blockers do not break it
  • Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok in one view

What changes when every channel has a number

Webinars defend their own budget. Per channel, per euro.

Up:

Show-rate you can act on

Live attendance per channel, campaign and email, so the next promotion goes where people actually turn up.

Down:

Spreadsheets

The Ads Manager export, the webinar platform export and the CRM export stop needing to be reconciled by hand. One dashboard, one number per channel.

Done:

Buyers told apart from bodies

Qualified leads and pipeline per attendee, so two channels that fill the same room stop looking the same.

Done:

First-touch credit kept

When the attendee buys through Google two weeks later, the webinar and the ad that filled it keep the credit.

Up:

Live ROAS on webinar ads

Spend followed through registration, attendance and pipeline, per campaign and ad, not just a cost per registration.

Lasting:

One source of truth

Traffic channels, landing page, webinar platform and CRM in one place, for every webinar you run.

Subject: Why I built webinar attribution

Hi,

I'll keep this short and personal. Before LeadJourney, I scaled a performance marketing agency, and webinars were one of our best channels for booking real sales calls. The problem? I could never actually prove which channel filled them.

We drove registrations from paid ads, organic, email and social, then ran the webinar in WebinarJam and Zoom. But to understand a single campaign I had to jump between the Meta Ads Manager, the webinar platform and a messy spreadsheet, and even then I couldn't tell you which channel actually showed up live, let alone which one turned into pipeline. Registrations are easy to count. Show-rate and revenue per channel were a black box.

I looked everywhere for a tool that just did this properly, and there simply wasn't a good one on the market. So I built the thing I wish I'd had: LeadJourney connects your traffic channels, your landing page, your webinar platform and your CRM so you see registrations, show-rate, attendees and pipeline per channel in one dashboard, a single source of truth for every webinar you run.

If you're running webinars and you're not 100% sure which channel actually fills the room (almost nobody is), I'd genuinely love to show you what this looks like on your own data. Get started and I'll walk you through it personally. No deck, no pressure.

Talk soon,
Jonas

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

Common questions

Everything you would want to know, answered upfront

The questions webinar marketers ask before they connect their platform.

How do you know which channel a registration came from?

Each traffic source gets its own tracked link to your webinar landing page. Your paid ads, emails, organic posts and social all carry their own identifier. When someone registers, attends and later becomes a lead or a deal in your CRM, LeadJourney ties that whole chain back to the exact channel, campaign and ad it came from.

Do you integrate with WebinarJam, Zoom and GoToWebinar?

Yes. We have native, one-click integrations with WebinarJam, Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, Demio and Livestorm, plus a webhook and API for anything else. Registrations sync both ways and live attendance and engagement flow straight into your dashboard, so show-rate per channel is automatic.

Can you really show show-rate per channel?

Yes, and it is the metric teams love most. Because every registration carries its source and we read live attendance from your webinar platform, we can show you exactly what percentage of each channel's registrations actually showed up. You will often find the channel with the most sign-ups has the worst show-rate.

What about attendees who buy later through another channel?

That is the case most tools get wrong. If someone attends your webinar, then Googles you and buys a week later, last-click attribution credits Google. LeadJourney keeps the full multi-touch journey and credits the webinar (and the ad that filled it) as the first touch that started the deal. You can switch between first-touch, last-touch and multi-touch in one click.

Can I track paid ads that fill my webinars?

Yes, across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. We follow your ad spend through registration, attendance and pipeline, then turn it into a live ROAS per campaign and ad, not just a cost per registration. Tracking is server-side, so iOS and ad blockers do not break it.

Does it work with my CRM?

Almost certainly. Native integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel, Zoho and most others, plus a webhook and API for anything custom. Every CRM stage flows back into your webinar dashboard so attribution runs all the way to closed revenue.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Setup is a guided onboarding and most teams are live in under half an hour. We help you connect your webinar platform, your channels and your CRM, and create your tracked links together on a call. No engineering hours required.

What happens after I book?

A specialist gets you set up and walks you through your own data: how you fill webinars today, what registrations, show-rate and pipeline per channel look like end to end, and any setup and pricing questions. It takes about 30 minutes. No deck, no pressure.
