What server-side tracking puts an end to

  • Conversions eaten by ad blockers
  • iOS 14 and ATT signal loss
  • Safari and Firefox deleting cookies
  • Third-party cookies going away
  • Meta pixel double counting
  • GA4 numbers that never match the CRM
  • The algorithm optimizing on half your data
  • Rising CPAs from thin conversion signals
  • "Why does Meta report more sales than we made?"

The data leak nobody put on the dashboard

You are not losing budget on bad ads. You are losing it on conversions your pixel never saw.

A browser pixel has to survive ad blockers, iOS opt-outs, Safari and Firefox cookie limits, consent tooling and its own JavaScript before it counts a single conversion. A big chunk of your real conversions never make it. And you cannot optimize, report on or get credit for a conversion you never tracked.

  • Roughly a third of B2B visitors run an ad blocker. Your Meta and GA4 pixels never load for them, so those conversions do not exist in your data.
  • Since iOS 14 and ATT, a large share of Apple users opt out of tracking. The pixel never fires and Meta is left guessing.
  • Safari and Firefox cap cookies at 7 days or delete them outright. The visitor who converts three weeks later looks brand new, so the journey breaks.
  • With less data coming in, the ad algorithm optimizes on a fraction of your conversions. It learns slower, targets worse, and your CPA quietly climbs.
  • Meta says 180 sales, GA4 says 120, your CRM says 150. Nobody trusts the numbers, and every reporting call turns into a debate about the data.
  • You raise budget on a campaign the pixel says is winning, only to find out later it was under-reported all along, or inflated by double counted events.
  • Third-party cookies are going away in Chrome. The tracking stack you rely on today gets weaker every quarter, not stronger.
  • Closed deals and paid invoices never make it back to the ad platform, so the channel that sourced your best revenue looks like your worst.

The teams with the best ad results are not the ones with the best creatives. They are the ones whose tracking actually captures what happened.

From leaking pixel to complete picture

A single line of code changes your tracking accuracy. Every conversion captured server-side, clean data flowing back.

LeadJourney runs on your own first-party domain, so the conversion is counted on your server before an ad blocker, an iOS opt-out or a cookie limit can touch it. Every form, booking, payment and CRM deal is captured with rich first-party data, deduplicated, and sent back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing through their conversion APIs. Your team reports on the real numbers and the algorithm optimizes on them.

Everything you need to track what actually converts

Capture the conversions pixels drop. Feed the algorithm the truth.

Bypass ad blockers

Tracking runs first-party on your own server, so ad blockers have nothing to block. The conversions your pixel never saw get counted.

Recover iOS and ATT loss

Capture no longer depends on a pixel firing in the browser, so the iOS 14 and ATT signals your ad platforms lost start coming back.

Survive ITP and cookie loss

First-party server-side identifiers outlive Safari's 7-day cap and Chrome's third-party cookie deprecation, so long journeys stay intact.

Server-side conversion sync

Push qualified leads and closed-won deals back to Meta CAPI, Google, LinkedIn and Bing, so the algorithms optimize on revenue, not form fills.

Rich first-party data

Every event carries dozens of first-party parameters, which lifts event match quality on the ad platforms and sharpens attribution.

Deduplicated events

No pixel double counting, no phantom conversions. One clean event per conversion, matched to the real deal in your CRM.

Reporting that matches the CRM

Close the gap between what Meta claims, what GA4 shows and what landed in your pipeline. One source of truth everyone can trust.

Full multi-touch journey

Because the first-party identity survives, you see the complete path from first click to closed deal, not a handful of disconnected sessions.

Native CRM and payment sync

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel, Stripe and more. Closed-won revenue flows back to the channel that earned it.

More data in means better results out

When the algorithm sees every conversion, it stops guessing and starts lowering your CPA.

Ad platforms are only as smart as the conversions you feed them. Send back the conversions the pixel dropped, enriched with your qualified-lead and closed-deal events, and the machine learning has far more to optimize against. Better signal in, better targeting, lower cost per result, and a ROAS your CRM can confirm.

Capture rate

Capture the conversions your pixel silently drops.

See exactly how many conversions server-side tracking recovers versus a browser pixel alone. Ad blockers, iOS opt-outs and cookie loss stop being invisible holes in your data and become conversions you can optimize on.

  • 95%+ of conversions captured, against a fraction on pixel only
  • Ad blocker, iOS and cookie loss recovered
  • The exact lift over pixel-only tracking, per channel
  • Every recovered conversion is a real, matched event

Reporting gap

Close the gap between what the pixel reports and what actually happened.

Meta, Google and GA4 only ever see what survived the browser. LeadJourney matches every conversion to the real deal in your CRM, so instead of three tools disagreeing you get one number everyone trusts.

  • Platform-reported against actually tracked, per channel
  • Every conversion matched to your CRM revenue
  • No pixel double counting or phantom conversions
  • One source of truth your whole team can trust

Conversion sync

Send the ad platforms the data they have been missing.

Qualified leads and closed-won deals get pushed back to Meta CAPI, Google, LinkedIn and Bing straight from your CRM, server-side. The algorithms stop optimizing for cheap form fills and start optimizing for the conversions that make you money.

  • Server-side conversion API for every major ad platform
  • Qualified-lead and closed-deal events, not just clicks
  • High event match quality from rich first-party data

Down:

CPA

Feed the algorithm the conversions it was missing and it optimizes on the full picture. Better targeting, faster learning, a lower cost per result.

Up:

Captured conversions

Recover the conversions ad blockers, iOS and cookie loss were deleting. 95%+ captured means real revenue you can finally attribute.

Up:

Provable ROAS

Every conversion tied back to closed-won revenue in the CRM. Report a return your finance team and your ad platforms both agree on.

Done:

Trusted reporting

No more Meta against GA4 against CRM standoff. One number everyone believes turns reporting calls from a data debate into a decision.

Down:

Wasted spend

When under-reported winners and double counted losers become visible, budget moves to the channels actually driving revenue.

Lasting:

Future-proof

First-party and server-side by design, so third-party cookie deprecation and the next browser change do not break your tracking.

Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.

Common questions

Everything you would ask on the call, answered

The questions performance marketers ask before they switch their tracking.

How does server-side tracking get past ad blockers?

Ad blockers work by blocking known third-party pixel and script domains in the browser. LeadJourney runs on a first-party subdomain of your own site and records the conversion on the server, so there is no third-party request for a blocker to stop. The conversion is counted before the browser gets a say.

Do I need a developer or a self-hosted server GTM?

No. You point a subdomain at LeadJourney and add one script tag, then connect your ad platforms and CRM. There is no server-side Google Tag Manager container to host and no cloud infrastructure to maintain. Most teams are live in under half an hour, and we do the setup with you on a call.

Does it send conversions back to Meta, Google and LinkedIn?

Yes. LeadJourney pushes conversions back to the major ad platforms through their server-side conversion APIs, including Meta CAPI, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Microsoft. You can send enriched events such as qualified leads and closed-won deals from your CRM, so the algorithms optimize on the conversions that make you money.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Server-side tracking is not a way around consent. It is a more reliable, first-party way to collect the data you are already permitted to collect. LeadJourney is hosted in the EU, works alongside your consent management setup, and keeps you in control of what is captured and for whom.

Will it double count conversions against my existing pixel?

No. Events are deduplicated, so a conversion captured both server-side and by an existing pixel is counted once. That is exactly what removes the phantom conversions and double counting that make pixel-only reporting disagree with your CRM.

Which CRMs and tools does it connect to?

Native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel, Zoho and more, plus Stripe and other payment tools, and an API and webhooks for anything custom. Offline and closed-won revenue flows back to the channel that sourced it automatically.
