Event match quality for Meta advertisers
Your ads are not underperforming because of the creative. It is the data: a low match score leaves Meta's algorithm half-blind.
Rated by Meta advertisers who fixed their data
Event match quality raised at
The same Lead event, before and after
The score Meta shows in Events Manager, per event. Higher means more conversions matched to a real person.
The real reason your ads stall
Every conversion you send Meta gets scored on how well it matches a real person. When that score is low, the algorithm is half-blind. It cannot find your buyers, your CPMs climb, and your best campaigns look like losers. You blame the creative and start over, when the real problem was the data feeding the machine.
Same event, same budget, completely different data. The difference is the match score.
The difference is the match score
Most ad accounts send Meta partial, unmatched parameters and score around 5/10. LeadJourney sends every Lead and Purchase event server-side through the Conversions API with the first name, last name, email, phone, IP address, click id and browser id attached, hashed where Meta requires it, consent-aware and deduplicated against your pixel. The score climbs to 9.3/10, more conversions match, and the algorithm finally gets the best data possible.

What you learn on the call
The nine chapters of our match quality playbook, walked through on your own ad account in one call instead of in a PDF.
The hidden number Meta uses to rank your data quality, and why a 4/10 quietly doubles your cost per result.
Email, phone, name, IP, fbc, fbp and more. Which ones move the score the most and which advertisers always forget.
How to send clean, deduplicated events through the Conversions API so iOS and ad blockers stop hiding your sales.
Stay GDPR-compliant while still passing the parameters that lift your match quality. Most setups get this wrong.
The deduplication setup that stops Meta double counting or throwing away your best conversions.
Push closed deals and purchase value back to the algorithm so it optimizes for buyers, not cheap clicks.
Exactly where to find your score per event and how to diagnose what is dragging it down in minutes.
The same checklist top advertisers run before every scale, so the algorithm always has the best data possible.
How a higher match score compounds into cheaper results, more conversions tracked and a ROAS you can trust.
Higher score, lower CPA
Meta finds buyers by recognizing the ones you already have. Every parameter you add makes more of your conversions recognizable, every recognized conversion is one more the algorithm can learn from, and every improvement in learning shows up as a lower CPM and a lower cost per result. The data fix pays for itself in the first week of scaling.

No new pixel, no developer ticket, no tag manager rabbit hole.
Point a first-party subdomain at LeadJourney and add one script to your site. From now on every form, booking and purchase is captured on your own server.
Connect your Meta ad account, your CRM and your shop. Every event picks up the email, phone, name and ids Meta scores, hashed before they leave your server.
Open Events Manager and watch the match quality move per event as the enriched, deduplicated events arrive. Closed deals and purchase values follow the same path.
What changes when the score goes up
From around 5/10 to 9.3/10 on your Lead and Purchase events, with every parameter Meta scores present on every event.
When Meta can recognize your buyers it needs fewer impressions to find the next one. The auction gets cheaper for you, not for your competitors.
More matched conversions means faster learning, better audiences and a lower cost per lead and per purchase.
The events iOS, ad blockers and unmatched parameters were hiding show up in Ads Manager. 95%+ captured, deduplicated.
Hashing and consent handled server-side, so the fields that lift your score never leave your domain in the clear.
Purchase values and closed deals feed the same events, so the return Meta reports is one your CRM can confirm.
Original reviews

“Before LeadJourney, we had no reliable tracking concept for our five-figure ad spend. We were manually building spreadsheet and CRM reports, inaccurate and time-consuming. Within two days, everything was set up. For the first time, I know exactly what I pay per lead and which campaigns actually bring in the best-qualified prospects.”
Florian BuckCEO, Klickkraft GmbH“With LeadJourney we are able to track all our leads and connect them with sales and attribution data to make better decisions. In the first month of using it we scaled from 0 to 100k revenue from paid ads only.”
“LeadJourney finally fixed my Marketing Analytics. It goes way beyond basic Ad Tracking Software. The Customer Journey Report saves hours of digging, and capturing everything from Offline Conversions to AI Search Tracking makes it the Best B2B Attribution Platform available.”
“Connected LeadJourney for 2 clients, setup took literally 20 minutes each. The data became more accurate, the reports actually make sense. Now clients look at the dashboard and the 'why don't the numbers match?' questions are gone.”
Alexander SamarPerformance Marketing Agency“With LeadJourney, we have finally found a tool that provides us with the data we need to scale our performance marketing campaigns. The most important KPI is no longer lead price but cost per qualified lead.”
Steffen SiesingCEO, Bilanzmanufaktur GmbH“The ability to track both online and offline conversions in one unified dashboard has given us insights we never had before. Our ROI has improved dramatically since we started integrating LeadJourney with our CRM. We're finally able to see the full customer journey, and it's been a game changer for our strategy.”
Andre WitzelFounder, Trading.de“The ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple channels and see real-time insights has significantly improved our campaign results. We now focus on metrics that truly matter, like ROI and qualified leads.”

Common questions
The questions Meta advertisers ask before they fix their match quality.
Event match quality is the score, from 1 to 10, that Meta gives each event you send through the Conversions API. It measures how well the parameters on the event let Meta match it to a real person. You find it in Events Manager, per event, under the event's details. Most accounts we look at sit between 4 and 6.
Email and phone, hashed, carry the most weight, followed by first and last name, the click id (fbc), the browser id (fbp), IP address and user agent, and an external id. LeadJourney sends all of them on every event where they are available, which is what pushes the score from around 5/10 to 9.3/10.
No. You point a first-party subdomain at LeadJourney and add one script to your site, then connect your Meta ad account and your CRM. The parameters are picked up from your forms, your CRM and the click itself, hashed on the server and sent through the Conversions API. We do the setup with you on a call, and most teams are live in under half an hour.
Sending hashed parameters is how the Conversions API is designed to work, and it is not a way around consent. LeadJourney respects your consent setup, hashes personal fields server-side before they leave your domain and is hosted in the EU, so the fields that lift your score are handled the way your privacy team expects.
No. Every event carries an event id, so a conversion captured by both the pixel and the server-side layer is counted once. That is the deduplication setup that stops Meta double counting some conversions and throwing away others.
Yes. Order values from your shop or payment tool and closed-won deals from your CRM go back to Meta as events with a value attached, on the same enriched, deduplicated path. The algorithm optimizes for buyers, not for cheap clicks.
