Dear media buyer,

You already know there is no channel that scales like paid ads.

So when the numbers stall, you do what every media buyer does. You launch more creatives. New hooks, new angles, new UGC, a fresh batch every week.

For a week or two, it works. Then you push past $10k, $20k, $30k a month, and the account goes south.

Cost per lead climbs. Lead quality drops. Sales tells you half the calls were never going to buy. So you brief the next batch of creatives.

Here's why that never fixes it.

Your ads are learning from the wrong signal.

Your pixel tells Meta one thing: somebody filled out a form. It never finds out who qualified, who booked a call, or who signed a five figure deal three weeks later. That happens in your CRM, and your CRM doesn't talk to Meta.

So the algorithm does the only thing it can with what it's given:

Meta's algorithm

Great, a form fill. I'll find you more people like that.

But those people aren't buyers. They're form fillers, tire-kickers and no-shows, and they happen to be the cheapest people on the platform to convert.

A better creative doesn't change that. It finds more of the wrong people, faster. And the more budget you put behind it, the faster the algorithm learns the wrong lesson.

You're not buying wrong. You're teaching wrong.

And it isn't just you. Almost every account we open looks the same: platform numbers that don't match the CRM, conversions counted twice or not at all, and not one closed deal ever sent back to the platform that paid for it.

I learned this the expensive way. Before LeadJourney I built a performance marketing agency to 16 people and more than €2M in annual recurring revenue. We had strong creatives and funnels that converted, and some months the algorithm still would not scale.

We weren't short on creatives. We were feeding the platforms the wrong data.

So we built the fix, as a system you can have running on your own account in about 21 minutes. It has three parts.

The signal system

Three parts that teach the algorithm who actually buys

And your creatives? Keep making them. Once the signal is right, the good ones finally get the budget.

  1. 1Minute one

    Capture every click, server-side

One script on your own domain records every ad click and every lead with 95%+ accuracy, unaffected by iOS, ad blockers or a declined cookie banner. Everything else stands on this.

  2. 2On the same call

Join every lead to its deal in the CRM

Each lead in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close carries the campaign, ad set and ad that produced it, all the way to the deal. Now you know which ads bring buyers, not just forms.

  3. 3Every day after

Send the buyers back to the algorithm

Qualified leads, booked calls and closed revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing automatically, with the deal value. The algorithm stops hunting form fills and starts hunting buyers.

Who this is for

For media buyers whose leads close on a sales call. And only those.

If revenue closes on a call and real ad spend fills that pipeline, this was built for you. If not, the audit won't be worth your 30 minutes.

This is for you if...

  • You run paid acquisition for a business, your own or a client's, where revenue closes on a sales call or a demo
  • You spend $5k+ a month on Meta, Google or LinkedIn and know how the platforms work
  • Your leads land in a CRM, and nobody can tell you which ads the closed deals came from

This is not for you if...

  • You sell through an online checkout, with no sales step in between
  • You haven't launched paid ads yet and are still figuring out the basics
  • You're looking for somebody to make you more creatives

Subject: Why I'd fix the signal before the next creative

Hi,

My name is Jonas. Before LeadJourney I built a performance marketing agency to 16 people and more than €2M in annual recurring revenue, running Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing for B2B service businesses, coaches and consultants.

We had the creatives and the funnels. What we didn't have was a way to tell the platforms which leads became customers. Every platform claimed the same lead, and none of them knew who actually paid.

LeadJourney is the tool that agency needed and couldn't buy: server-side tracking of every click, every lead joined to its deal in the CRM, and the outcome sent back so bidding learns from buyers instead of forms.

Book the audit and one of our specialists will go through your account with you. If your signal is already clean, we'll tell you, and it cost you 30 minutes. If it isn't, you'll know exactly what your next budget increase is teaching the algorithm.

Jonas

FAQ

What media buyers ask before they book

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. That's what the 30 minutes are for.

What exactly is the signal audit?

30 minutes with a tracking specialist on your own ad accounts and CRM. We go through what Meta, Google and LinkedIn receive from your account today, where that stops, and which stages in your CRM the platforms never hear about. You leave knowing what your ads are actually learning from.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

It's a demo, and we say so. The first part is your account and its signal. If LeadJourney is the fix, we show you how it would run and what it costs. If your tracking is already clean, we tell you that instead. Either way you leave knowing what your budget is teaching the algorithm.

We already run the Conversions API. Isn't that enough?

It's a good start. In most setups it sends the same form fill the pixel saw, just from the server. What it doesn't send on its own is what happened after the form, in your CRM: qualified leads, booked calls and closed revenue. That's the signal that tells the algorithm who buys.

I run ads for clients. Does this work across accounts?

Yes. Every client gets its own workspace with its own ad accounts, CRM and conversion sync, and agency plans are priced by the spend you manage across them. Bring one client account to the audit.

Which ad platforms and CRMs does it work with?

Outcomes go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Attio and GoHighLevel are native CRM integrations, and a webhook plus the REST API cover anything custom.

Do I need a developer?

No. It's one tracking script on your site plus the CRM connection, about 21 minutes in total, set up with you on a call.

I don't have time for another call right now.

That's why it's 30 minutes and not a pilot project. You spend them on your own account, not on slides, and you find out whether your next budget increase teaches the algorithm the right lesson or the wrong one.
