For SEO and GEO agencies

Reporting rankings instead of revenue is costing you clients

Search Console counts impressions, GA4 stops at the session, and the client's CRM files every organic lead under Direct. LeadJourney follows each organic and AI search visit to the deal in their CRM, so you report the revenue SEO earned.

What changes

The client questions rankings cannot answer, answered in the report

Six lines every SEO agency has heard on a client call, and what the report says instead.

  • Rankings are up. Why are leads flat?

Leads per entry page, not sessions

Every organic visit is followed to the form, the call or the CRM stage, so the report says which pages produce leads and which only produce sessions.

  • Our CRM says every lead came in as Direct.

Every organic lead keeps its source

Tracking runs server-side on the client's own domain, so a lead reaches the CRM as Google organic, Bing or the AI engine that sent it. 95%+ of visits captured, ad blockers included.

  • Is anyone actually finding us through ChatGPT?

AI search as a channel of its own

Visitors from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot are recorded as their own sources and followed to the deal, next to Google organic rather than folded into Direct.

  • Which articles actually make us money?

    Revenue per entry page

The entry page report ranks every page by the leads and the revenue it closed, so the content plan follows money rather than impressions, and the client sees why.

  • Paid search got the credit for the deal SEO started.

    First touch credit for organic

Multi-touch models credit the organic visit that opened a journey even when a branded search closed it, and the report shows both reads side by side.

  • So what are we paying you for?

    Revenue next to the retainer

The revenue SEO closed per client, in a branded report on a schedule, so the renewal call starts from what the retainer earned rather than from a ranking chart.

The entry page report

Every article ranked by the revenue it closed

Entry pages by leads, pipeline and closed revenue, mapped through the client's CRM. The content plan follows money, and the client sees why.

  • Organic and AI search entry pages side by side
  • Leads, pipeline and closed revenue per page
  • Branded, scheduled, in the client's inbox before they ask

FAQ

What SEO agencies ask before they book

If yours is not here, ask it on the call. That is what the 30 minutes are for.

How can you attribute leads from ChatGPT and AI search?

Visitors arriving from AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot are captured server-side and stitched to the lead and the deal in the client's CRM. Instead of a vague direct or referral blob in GA4, you see how many leads and how much revenue each AI engine produced.

How is this different from GA4 and Search Console?

GA4 and Search Console stop at the session: impressions, clicks, positions, sessions. LeadJourney continues past the session into the CRM, so you report leads, pipeline and closed revenue, with multi-touch credit for organic that last-click GA4 never gives it. Most agencies keep both for query and site data and build the client report on LeadJourney.

Does SEO really get fair credit against paid and brand search?

Yes. Every touchpoint from the first organic visit to the closed deal is mapped in the CRM, and you switch between first-touch, last-touch, linear, U-shaped and time-decay models in one click. Organic usually introduces the lead, and the journey view finally shows it doing so.

Will my clients see it, and can it be branded?

Both are up to you. Every client workspace supports unlimited client logins with access to their own live dashboards and nothing else, and reporting is white label. A client who can open their organic numbers any day trusts the monthly report a lot more.
