Steal the tracking system that lets you scale paid ads profitably, while Meta and Google finally optimize for buyers instead of form fills.
Without another agency that reports clicks instead of revenue, without the rollercoaster of platform numbers that never match your bank account, and without a developer project that takes months.

Step 1 of 3About you
Why most ad accounts stay stuck
There's a reason your ad spend isn't printing money.
The old way
- Launching new creatives every week and praying one of them wins
- Scaling a winner, watching ROAS drop, and pulling the budget back
- Reading three dashboards that never agree with each other
- Paying an agency that reports clicks and leads, never revenue
- Staying stuck at the same monthly spend for years
The new way
- Every click captured server-side, on your own domain
- Every lead joined to the deal it became in your CRM
- Revenue per campaign, ad set and ad, in one report
- Closed deals sent back to the platforms, so the algorithm hunts buyers
- Budget moved on what actually closed, not on what the platforms claim
So if that sounds familiar, it's almost never because you're bad at buying ads. It's because nobody ever built the layer underneath: the one that tells you, and the algorithm, which ad made money.
Read this before anything else
The reason you can't scale has almost nothing to do with your ads.
I know how that sounds, because everyone out there is telling you to test more creatives, try a new bidding strategy or go broad. And look, better ads are great...
They're just not your bottleneck.
The bottleneck is what happens after somebody clicks. Your pixel tells Meta one thing: somebody filled out a form. It never finds out who qualified, who booked a call, or who signed a five figure deal three weeks later, because that happens in your CRM, and your CRM doesn't talk to Meta.
So the algorithm does the only thing it can with what it's given: it finds you more people who fill out forms. That's like paying a salesperson on commission and never telling them which of their calls turned into customers.
So it's not your offer, and it's not your creatives. The signal between the ad and the sale is broken.
The current problems
Paid ads changed. Most tracking did not.
The platforms went blind, on purpose.
iOS opt-outs, ad blockers, cookie banners and browsers that delete cookies after a week. Every year your pixel sees a little less, so the algorithm guesses a little more, and you pay for every wrong guess.
Running a six figure ad budget on a browser pixel and a last click report used to work. It doesn't anymore.
These are the four problems almost every account we open runs into (most have all four at once).
Scaling inconsistency
Every time you raise the budget, ROAS drops and you pull back. It feels like luck, not a system.
Numbers that never match
Meta claims one number, Google another, your CRM a third. Every platform takes credit for the same sale.
Leads that never close
Cost per lead looks great, but sales says half the calls were never going to buy. The algorithm is paid for the form, not the deal.
The Direct black hole
ChatGPT, podcasts, word of mouth: your CRM files your best customers under Direct, so the channels that work get cut first.
And then there's the one almost nobody says out loud: "I honestly don't know which of my ads make money."
That isn't a side effect of the problem. It is the problem. You can't scale what you can't see, so every budget increase is a bet, and the advertisers who break through aren't the ones with the best creatives. They're the ones who can see what's working.
And yet this is the best time there has ever been to scale on paid ads, if you can see what's working. Every competitor still feeding the algorithm form fills is a competitor the algorithm is quietly working against.
What we actually install
The LeadJourney tracking system: three layers, one source of truth.
Trusted by 100+ advertisers and agencies, live in about 21 minutes. Here's exactly what gets installed.
Layer 1
Capture every click, server-side
One script on your own domain records every ad click and every lead with 95%+ accuracy, unaffected by iOS, ad blockers or a declined cookie banner. Everything else stands on this.
Layer 2
Join every lead to its revenue
Each lead in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close carries the campaign, ad set and ad that produced it, all the way to the closed deal. Now you know which ads bring buyers, not just forms.
Layer 3
Send the buyers back to the algorithm
Qualified leads, booked calls and closed revenue go back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing, with the deal value. The algorithm stops hunting form fills and starts hunting buyers.
On top of all three layers

The window is open. It doesn't stay open.
Ten years ago a browser pixel and a last click report were enough to scale. Then iOS, ad blockers, cookie banners and AI search took most of that signal away, and the platforms started guessing.
Right now most advertisers still run on those guesses. The ones who fix their tracking first get an algorithm that learns from their revenue, while their competitors' algorithm learns from form fills, and that gap grows every single month.
Meanwhile the competitor one notch above you is not waiting. Once they can see which ads make money and you can't, they can outbid you on the exact same audience, and that position is brutal to take back.
So run the math on waiting: at $50,000 a month in ad spend, with 20% of it going to campaigns that never produce a customer (an example, not an average), that's $10,000 a month you're burning, $120,000 over a year. The plan that tracks that budget costs $539 a month. Sooner or later you're going to fix your tracking... the only question is how much you burn first.
If you've been burned before
What this costs you next to the alternatives.
Most tracking projects fail the same way, and it's almost never a bad-freelancer problem. It's a wrong-model problem: a setup built once, by one person, that breaks the day a platform changes and nobody left knows how it works.
What it usually costs
- Hire a tracking engineer. A full salary, months of ramp-up, and the setup walks out the door when they do
- Freelancer or server-side GTM project. A fee up front, a container nobody else understands, and still no revenue from your CRM
- Keep guessing. The share of your budget that goes to campaigns that never close a deal, every single month
What you get here
- Tracking live in about 21 minutes, set up with you on a call
- Every lead joined to its revenue in your CRM, from day one
- Closed deals sent back to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing automatically
- A plan priced by the ad spend you track, with 14 days free to start
We'll show you the exact plan for your spend on the call. What I'll tell you now is that the money is almost never the real block. It's the decision to stop guessing, and that's what separates the advertisers who scale from the ones who stay stuck.
Is this for you?
We qualify hard, on purpose.
This is for you if
- You spend $10k+ a month on Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok and want to scale it
- Your sales land in a CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close, or in a Shopify store
- You want to decide budgets on revenue, not on what the platforms claim
- You can put one script on your site and connect your CRM (about 21 minutes)
- You want your data first-party, on your own domain
This is NOT for you if
- You spend under $3k a month on ads, or haven't launched yet
- You want someone to run your ad account for you: we never touch your campaigns
- You expect tracking to fix an offer nobody wants
- You're not willing to act on what your numbers tell you
- You sell only on marketplaces, with no site of your own to track

If you're not the only decision maker, bring them.
The thing that kills a good fit most often isn't price and it isn't doubt. It's one person trying to explain attribution to a co-founder or a CFO second-hand, three days later, from memory.
So don't do that. Book the demo and bring your co-founder, your head of sales, whoever signs off on the budget, and we'll walk all of you through your own numbers at the same time, so everyone asks their own questions and nobody has to be sold on it afterwards.
And if it turns out we're not a fit, you've still had a tracking specialist go through your ad accounts and your CRM with you, together. That's worth the 30 minutes on its own.
FAQ
Every question, answered.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. That's what the 30 minutes are for.
What exactly happens on the demo?
30 minutes with a tracking specialist. We look at how your ads are tracked today, where the signal breaks between the click and the sale, and which campaigns your CRM says actually made money. Then we show you how LeadJourney would run on your account and which plan fits your spend. No pitch if it's not a fit.
How long does setup actually take?
About 21 minutes: one script on your site and the CRM connection, set up with you on a call. No developer and no three month project.
We already run the Conversions API. Why do we need this?
It's a good start. In most setups it sends the same form fill or purchase the pixel saw, just from the server. What it doesn't send on its own is what happened afterwards, in your CRM: qualified leads, booked calls and closed revenue. That's the signal that tells the algorithm who buys, and the one that tells you which ads made money.
Do you run my ads?
No, we never touch your campaigns. You keep control of your ad accounts, your data stays first-party on your own domain, and your team or your agency keeps doing what it does, with numbers it can finally trust.
Can't I just build this myself with server-side GTM?
Some of it, sure. A server container can forward events. What it won't do on its own is join every lead to its deal in your CRM, keep that join working when a platform changes its API, and send closed revenue back with the deal value. That's the part that takes months to build and a person to maintain, and it's what LeadJourney does out of the box.
I think my budget might be too small.
If you spend a few thousand dollars a month or more on paid ads and your sales land in a CRM or a store, you're not too small. Plans are priced by the ad spend you track, so a smaller budget pays for a smaller plan. Under that, fix the offer first: tracking shows you what works, it doesn't create demand.
Does this work for my business?
If your revenue comes from paid traffic and lands in a CRM or a Shopify store, yes: B2B and B2C lead generation, SaaS, agencies, coaching, local services and e-commerce. Our customers include a tax consultancy, an SEO agency, a business coach and a SaaS marketplace.
What does it cost?
Plans are priced by the ad spend you track each month, and every plan starts with a 14 day free trial, no credit card required. We'll show you the exact plan for your spend on the call.
