Where they started

Good enquiries and weak ones looked identical

The firm was never short of enquiries. The question was which of the campaigns behind them produced the ones worth taking on.

How they did it

Three steps from form fills to clients

The setup behind Guhr's growth, and the one we would build on your site.

  1. 1Server-side, first click

    Every enquiry tracked

Tracking runs server-side from the first visit, at 95%+ accuracy, so the journey survives ad blockers, iOS and a declined cookie banner.

  2. 2Every enquiry

    The journey on the enquiry

An enquiry often starts on an article, returns through an ad and is sent after a search for the firm by name. Now it arrives with that journey in order.

  3. 3Every budget round

    Budget follows clients

Campaigns are judged on the enquiries that fit the practice, not on cost per form fill, so each increase is argued from the clients the last one produced.

The report behind the result

Which campaign brings clients, not just enquiries

The report the budget is decided on: every enquiry joined to whether it fit the firm and whether it became a client.

  • Enquiries, fit and clients won per campaign
  • Organic search next to Google Ads and Meta Ads, on the same enquiries
  • The cheap form fills that never become clients, visible at a glance

The questions a busy inbox hides, answered in the report

Six things every firm with more enquiries than clients has asked, and what the report says instead.

  • We get plenty of enquiries. Most aren't a fit.

    Fit traced to its campaign

Every enquiry carries the campaign that sent it, so the ones that fit your practice point back at the campaigns worth paying for.

  • Meta brings our cheapest leads. Why cut it?

Cost per client, not per form

A cheap form fill that never signs is the most expensive lead you have. The report shows which campaigns' enquiries became clients, next to what they cost.

  • Google and Meta both claim the same client.

    One journey per enquiry

Every touch is on one record, in order, so each platform is credited for the part it played instead of claiming the whole enquiry.

  • Is the blog doing anything for new clients?

    Organic next to paid

Organic visits are read on the same enquiries as the ads, so an article that opens a client journey gets its share of the credit.

  • Can we raise the budget without wasting it?

    Increase on evidence

Budget goes to the campaigns whose enquiries became clients last month, so each increase is argued from results rather than hope.

  • Why do so many enquiries have no source?

    The source on every enquiry

Tracking runs server-side and first-party on your domain, so 95%+ of enquiries keep the campaign that produced them.

FAQ

What firm owners ask before they book

If yours is not here, ask it on the call. That is what the 30 minutes are for.

Will we see the same result as Guhr?

Nobody can promise you a lead quality figure, and the 54% is Karsten's measurement of his own firm. What we can give you is the setup behind it: every enquiry arriving with the campaign that created it, so you can see which campaigns bring clients and move budget there. Which campaigns those are at your firm is what the report tells you.

Can it attribute mandates that take months to sign?

Yes, and it is the main reason firms switch. The first-party click ID persists across weeks and months, so a mandate signed in March still credits the guide or campaign from January that started the relationship. Five attribution models show how content, ads and referrals share the credit, which is what settles the argument about whether the content budget is doing anything.

How is the tracking GDPR compliant?

Tracking runs first-party and server-side on your own domain, with no third-party cookies anywhere in the setup. It works together with your consent management rather than around it, and the full data flow is documented so a compliance review has something concrete to assess. The details are on our GDPR and security pages.

What happens when a visitor declines cookies?

That is exactly the case the architecture is built for. Because tracking is server-side and first-party rather than dependent on third-party cookies, campaign attribution keeps working within your consent setup instead of collapsing to modelled estimates. In practice that is the difference between 95%+ accuracy and losing a third of your data.

How long does setup take?

About 21 minutes: one script on your site, ad accounts linked, CRM connected, first-party tracking domain verified. No developer needed, and you get a setup you can document for the compliance file.

What happens on the demo?

30 minutes with a tracking specialist. We walk through the enquiry report on live demo data, then map the setup for your firm: your site, your ad accounts and your CRM, so you know what it takes before you start the trial.
