What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads to understand their tracking and attribution challenges
- Deliver compelling product demos that connect LeadJourney's capabilities to each prospect's specific use case
- Own the full sales cycle — from first call through negotiation, closing, and smooth handover to onboarding
- Maintain a clean CRM, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-up across every opportunity
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation to feed back what's resonating and where the pitch needs to evolve
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a closing role — ideally in SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling skills — you ask sharp questions and tailor every demo to what the buyer cares about
- Comfort with technical products and the ability to translate features into business outcomes
- Ownership mindset — you run your pipeline like a business and don't wait to be told what to do
- Fluent in English
