Account Executive

You own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal. You run discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and turn pipeline into revenue. You work hand-in-hand with the founder and our lead generation team to refine our positioning, sharpen our pitch, and accelerate growth. Your wins are visible, your voice shapes the playbook, and your earnings reflect your performance.

What You'll Do

  • Run discovery calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads to understand their tracking and attribution challenges
  • Deliver compelling product demos that connect LeadJourney's capabilities to each prospect's specific use case
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first call through negotiation, closing, and smooth handover to onboarding
  • Maintain a clean CRM, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-up across every opportunity
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation to feed back what's resonating and where the pitch needs to evolve
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a closing role — ideally in SaaS
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you ask sharp questions and tailor every demo to what the buyer cares about
  • Comfort with technical products and the ability to translate features into business outcomes
  • Ownership mindset — you run your pipeline like a business and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience selling to performance marketers, agencies, or lead generation businesses
Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution, or tracking tools
Experience in an early-stage startup environment
Working knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive
