What You'll Do
- Identify and build highly targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn) with strong focus on personalization and performance
- Continuously deliver qualified leads and ensure a steady flow into the sales pipeline
- Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and improve conversion rates over time
- Own and optimize the lead generation tech stack, leveraging automation and AI wherever possible
- Work closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting based on real market feedback
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound, sales, or growth — ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments
- Relentless sales mindset — you don't stop after the first or second touchpoint; results come from consistent follow-up
- Ownership & execution — you think in systems, act independently, and get things done without waiting for instructions
- Strong interest in SaaS, performance marketing, and data-driven growth
- Fluent in English
- High drive to learn and improve — you want to grow fast and take on responsibility
